通过检验,从球罐的应力状态、球罐的金属材料和腐蚀介质等方面对200m3液氨球罐表面裂纹的形貌及产生裂纹的原因进行了分析,确定了球罐的裂纹是应力腐蚀裂纹,并对球罐进行了强度计算及安全评估。

整体炉外热处理法对移动烟罩实施消应力退火

为了解决武钢三炼钢厂烟罩这类大型构件不便于在常规热处理炉内进行热处理的难题，根据有关工艺和标准要求对烟罩实施了整体炉外热处理，施工中采用在烟罩中段外部包扎保温材料，同时在烟罩两端搭设简易炉体的方法对烟罩进行保温，并制定相应的热处理施工工艺，对工件进行消除应力退火。退火后进行的应力测试表明，应用此种退火技术，工件的焊接残余应力的下降率可以达到60％以上，完全可以满足大型工件的消应力退火要求。     

Longitudinal analysis of the relationship between symptoms and quality of life in veterans treated for posttraumatic stress disorder.

This study examined how change in posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms relates to change in quality of life. The sample consisted of 325 male Vietnam veterans with chronic PTSD who participated in a randomized trial of group psychotherapy. Latent growth modeling was used to test for synchronous effects of PTSD symptom change on psychosocial and physical health-related quality of life within the same time period and lagged effects of initial PTSD symptom change on later change in quality of life. PTSD symptoms were associated with reduced quality of life before treatment. There were synchronous effects of symptom change on change in quality of life but no significant lagged effects. On the Locus of Speed-Accuracy Trade-Off in Reaction Time: Inferences From the Lateralized Readiness Potential.

Lateralized readiness potentials (LRPs) were used to determine the stage(s) of reaction time (RT) responsible for speed-accuracy trade-offs (SATs). Speeded decisions based on several types of information were examined in 3 experiments, involving, respectively, a line discrimination task, lexical decisions, and an Erikson flanker task. Three levels of SAT were obtained in each experiment by adjusting response deadlines with an adaptive tracking algorithm. Speed stress affected the duration of RT stages both before and after the start of the LRP in all experiments. The latter effect cannot be explained by guessing strategies, by variations in response force, or as an indirect consequence of the pre-LRP effect. Intrinsic, thermal and hygroscopic residual stresses in thin gas-barrier films on polymer substrates

Intrinsic, thermal, and hygroscopic contributions to the in-plane residual stress in silicon nitride films on polyimide substrates are identified, based on iso-hygric thermal ramps and isothermal relative humidity jumps, combined with non-linear elastic modeling of the resulting dynamics of film curvature. This approach enables the thermal and hygroscopic properties of thin nitride films to be determined and provides useful input for material and process control.     

误读与纠正

静载荷和疲劳载荷作用下 C/Al 正交层压板的力学响应

本文讨论静载荷及疲劳载荷作用下 C/Al 正交层压板的力学响应,并考虑损伤过程中的临界现象,以此作为结构设计准则的基础。对静载荷作用的情况:(1)90°铺层的门槛应变ε_(FPF)随着约束程度增加而增加,而且开裂后的行为也受约束程度的影响。(2)经历加载-卸载再重新加载至断裂的过程后,初始试样存在一个剩余永久变形,其损伤状态可以用刚度的变化来表征;而疲劳试样在加载-卸载过程中刚度变化很小,反映其损伤达到一个稳定的状态。对疲劳载荷作用的情况:(1)对于给定的应力比 R,试样会趋于与它所承受的 S_(max)最大值相应的 SDS 状态。循环应力范围的不断增大,会引起基体损伤的增加,从而重新建立新的饱和损伤状态。(2)对于每一损伤状态均有一对应的循环应变范围 Δε。在 SDS 状态下,Δε保持不变。(3)以刚度下降为损伤参数对 C/Al 层压板进行了降级应力分析,并由此来预计在ΔS_(sh)以下,层压板不会发生疲劳损伤累积。
