通过调研美国输水钢管的发展历程,分析中美两国输水钢管的生产制作、检测等硬件以及设计技术和防腐等软性要素方面的现状可知,在以设备为主要支持的硬件方面,两国差距不是很大;主要差距是在输水钢管的设计理念、标准规范执行等以人的要素为主要支持的软性问题方面,包括壁厚设计、接口技术、防腐措施等多个重大方面都存在着较大差距。指出国内输水钢管线生产成本高,品质低。我国输水钢管生产企业应增强竞争能力,关注行业发展动向,吸收美国的发展成果经验,开创输水钢管发展新局面。 相似文献

The influence of pre-straining on the corrosion fatigue performance of two hot-dip galvanised steels
The corrosion fatigue behaviour of a hot-dip galvanised ferritic pearlitic steel and of a hot-dip galvanised Ti-alloyed high-strength interstitial free steel was investigated. The testing mode was constant displacement, fully reversed plane bending. Both materials were tested as received and 10% uniaxially pre-strained. The effect of pre-straining on the zinc coating was investigated using polarisation resistance measurements and the scanning reference electrode technique (SRET). It was found that pre-straining is detrimental to the corrosion fatigue behaviour of both steels, due to damage to the zinc coating, leading to increased localised corrosion and in general higher corrosion rates. 相似文献

Fe/Al2O3 ceramic coating was made by spraying and sol-gel. The corrosion resistance between Fe/Al2O3 ceramic coating and steel 45# was studied. By microscope and X-ray diffraction, the binding and the composition of the interface were also analyzed. The results showed that Fe/Al2O3 ceramic coating had dense struc- ture, less porosity and better binding with the substrate which was effective to prevent erosive liquor immersing into the inside of ceramic coating. Some substances that distributed homogeneously in Fe/Al2O3 ceramic coating, such as α-Al2O3, FeAlO3 and Fe3Al, could improve the corrosion resistance of this material. 相似文献

Mechanisms of nanostructure and metastable phase formations in the surface melted layers of a HCPEB-treated D2 steel 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This work investigates the mechanism of surface modification associated with the high-current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) treatment of a D2 steel with increasing numbers of pulses. The surface layers were melted and resolidified but the treated surfaces showed very different features. This variation is essentially due to the different levels of homogeneity and carbide dissolution. It is demonstrated that the presence of carbides served as nucleation sites for the surface eruption phenomenon that creates craters on the surface. After a sufficient number of pulses, most of the carbides in the surface layer were dissolved and an almost crater-free homogeneous melted layer consisting of a very stable nano-austenite structure was formed. The HCPEB technique is thus demonstrated to be a versatile technique for surface microstructure modification involving, in the case of steels, austenite stabilization and ultrafine grain formation. 相似文献
