介绍了ＥＰＶＣ系列导叶式旋风管的叶片形状、优化的叶片出口参数间的匹配关系以及新的防返混锥排尘结构，总结了无泄料盘时的排尘机理及尺寸设计要点。另外，还简单介绍了旋风管装置的工业应用情况。     

超声振动对聚合物结构性能的影响

介绍了聚合物挤出成型过程中的超声振动技术，并对挤出模头引入超声振动后对聚合物物理机械性能、相容性、结晶性能的影响进行了评述。     

Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis of advanced ceramics MoSi2–HfB2–MoB

This study focuses on the investigation of the macrokinetic features of SHS (combustion synthesis) of elemental mixtures Mo–Hf–Si–B, in particular the mechanisms of structure and phase formation in the combustion front as well as the structure and properties of consolidated ceramics. Two routes for the fabrication of the composite SHS powder in system MoSi₂–HfB₂–MoB were used: (1) synthesis using Mo–Si–B and Hf–B mixtures followed by mixing of the combustion products and (2) synthesis using the four-component Mo–Hf–Si–B mixture. Dense ceramic samples with a homogeneous structure and low residual porosity (0.8–3.6%) were prepared by hot pressing of SHS powders. Although the particles size distribution and phase composition of SHS powders are similar for both synthesis routes, the structure and properties of both the composite SHS powders and hot-pressed ceramics differ considerably. Synthesis using the four-component Mo–Hf–Si–B mixture allows one to produce hierarchically ordered nanocomposite material with improved mechanical properties: hardness up to 17.6?GPa and fracture toughness up to 7.16?MPa?m^1/2.     

Face recognition with Symmetric Local Graph Structure (SLGS)

Face recognition demonstrates the significant progress in the research field of biometric and computer vision. The fact is due to the current systems perform well under relatively control environments but tend to suffer when the present of variation in pose, illumination, and facial expression. In this work, a novel approach for face recognition called Symmetric Local Graph Structure (SLGS) is presented based on the Local Graph Structure (LGS). Each pixel is represented with a graph structure of its neighbours’ pixels. The histograms of the SLGS were used for recognition by using the nearest neighbour classifiers that include Euclidean distance, correlation coefficient and chi-square distance measures. AT&T and Yale face databases were used to be experimented with the proposed method. Extensive experiments on the face database clearly showed the superiority of the proposed approach over Local Binary Pattern (LBP) and LGS. The proposed SLGS is robust to variation in term of facial expressions, facial details, and illumination. Due to good performance of SLGS, it is expected that SLGS has a potential for application implementation in computer vision.

一种实验用双色染料搅拌机的结构设计与控制实现

根据教学实验需要,创新设计了一种双色染料搅拌机的主体结构,为保证设备的有效使用,将其中的主要支承部件利用Solidworks进行了三维造型设计,并运用SimulationXpress分析向导对其应力状态、安全系数进行仿真优化,最后通过Siemens S7-200 PLC对其整体结构进行控制,能够完全的满足需要.本装置有控制过程简单方便、结构新颖、占用空间小等优点,具有良好的推广与应用价值.     

单填料函滑动管板式换热器密封结构的设计

自行设计了一台单填料函滑动管板式换热器代替进口设备，运转良好。本文着重介绍该设备密封结构的设计。
