This paper proposes a new type of steel-concrete composite deck, which is composed of orthotropic steel deck (OSD) with T-shaped ribs, concrete plate and studs connecting OSD and concrete plate. The OSD can act as framework for concrete plate and contribute to load bearing capacity at the same time, which could save construction time. Compared with conventional OSD system, this new type of composite bridge deck can also improve fatigue performance.Considering that this type of composite deck is not yet applied in practical engineering and its mechanical performance is not revealed in previous literatures, two full-scale specimens were designed and manufactured in this research. The mechanical performance, particularly, bending capacity in positive and negative region was carefully tested and analyzed. The load-deflection curve, load-slip relation, strain distribution in concrete and steel were obtained. The test results showed that the plastic performance of this kind of composite bridge deck was satisfying and the bending capacity was high. 相似文献

Most of codes and guidelines for glass fiber reinforced polymers (GFRP) - Reinforced Concrete (RC) are based on modifying corresponding formulas, originally developed for steel bars, taking into account the differences in properties and behavior between FRP and steel. The main objective of this research is to investigate the effect of cyclic environments on early-age cracking of GFRP-RC bridge deck slabs experimentally. Two full-scale (measuring 2500-mm long × 765-mm wide × 180-mm thick) cast-in-place slabs reinforced with similar amounts of reinforcement ratio of 0.7% with GFRP and steel bars, respectively, were tested in adiabatic laboratory conditions as control specimens. In comparison, two other GFRP-RC deck slabs were tested under freezing–thawing and wetting–drying conditions. The test results are presented in terms of materials degradation, cracking pattern, crack width, and spacing, and strains in reinforcement and concrete. Test results indicate that the minimum reinforcement ratio (0.7%) recommended by the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code 2006 (CHBDC 2006) for bridge deck slabs reinforced with GFRP bars satisfied the serviceability requirements after being subjected to the simulated cyclic exposures. 相似文献

Proof load tests of bridges can be very useful for structures with a lack of information, or for structures of which the effect of material degradation is difficult to assess. Contrary to diagnostic load testing, proof load testing is not well-defined in current standards in terms of required load and analysis of measurements. The risk related to the high loads used in proof load testing requires standardisation for these tests. The paper highlights important considerations for proof load testing that may lead to the development of guidelines in the Netherlands, by illustrating a pilot study on the viaduct Zijlweg in the Netherlands. This reinforced concrete bridge rates too low in shear. Topics of interest are the required load that the bridge has to withstand to be approved by the load test and the interpretation of the measurements during the test to avoid permanent damage to the structure. These measurements were compared to the stop criteria from existing codes for buildings, to examine if recommendations for the use with bridges can be formulated. The final result of the test on this case study is that the capacity of the viaduct is proven to be sufficient for shear and bending moment. 相似文献

This article presents a method to design broadband circularly polarized (CP) Fabry‐Perot Resonator (FPR) antenna. The proposed antenna is based on multi‐layer thin dielectric slabs arranged in close proximity as a partially reflecting surface (PRS) and an Archimedean spiral as a CP radiating source. Experimental results show a broadband operation from 6 to 13 GHz, in which the reflection coefficient is less than ?10 dB and the axial ratio (AR) is lower than 3 dB. In addition, good radiation patterns and high broadside gain of better than 10.8 dBic are achieved over the operating bandwidth. 锦屏一级水电站大坝作为目前世界最高双曲拱坝,对于高水头水垫塘振动安全问题最为显著。基于锦屏一级高拱坝水垫塘泄洪振动原型观测试验,分析研究了在不同组次下水垫塘底板的振动响应,研究结果表明锦屏一级水垫塘底板在深孔单独泄洪时振动强度沿程逐渐增大,在表孔单独泄洪和表深孔联合泄洪时水舌在水垫塘附着点水流紊动剧烈,振动强度大;底板振动的优势频率基本分布在0.3~1.3 Hz之间,属于水流脉动的频率范围,在水流荷载作用下,底板做受迫振动;各相邻测点底板振动有很好的相关性;各组次底板振动的空间积分尺度都维持在45m以上,底板的整体性和结构完好。给锦屏一级水电站合理调度、科学的运行以及下游泄洪建筑物的运行安全提供了参考。 相似文献

利用元胞自动机方法建立了一个具有三个进车道的信号灯控制的T形交叉口模型。在以前的无信号灯控制的模型中,一些进车道的车辆在交叉口只有一个行驶方向,而在本文模型中采用更为实际的两个行驶方向,并采用具有固定周期的三相信号灯来控制交叉口的车辆冲突。通过数值模拟给出了本文模型的相图和系统的总流量,并与无信号灯模型结果进行了比较。 相似文献

We present a collection of variance models for estimators obtained by geometric systematic sampling with test points, quadrats, and n‐boxes in general, on a bounded domain in n‐dimensional Euclidean space ?n, n = 1, 2, ... , and for systematic rays and sectors on the circle. The approach adopted ? termed the filtering approach ? is new and different from the current transitive approach. In this paper, two compact tuneable bandpass filters (BPFs) based on the coupled feed lines are introduced. To approach a compact size, the coupled feed lines are bended. To design a high performance single-band bandpass filter (BPF), coupled feed lines are loaded by T-shaped stubs (as main resonators) and rectangular stubs (as suppressor stubs). Also, the mechanism of coupled feed lines combining with T-shaped open stubs is analyzed to show a tunable passband. The dual-band BPF includes two big radial-stubs, two small radial-stubs, two T-shaped structures and spiral coupled feed lines. The LC model of big radial-stubs is analyzed to compute the equation of transmission zero using its transfer function. The passband frequency of single-band BPF resonates at 2.12 GHz (3G) with corresponded insertion loss of 0.83 dB. Also, for dual-band BPF, the measured insertion-losses of first and second passbands are close to 0.8 and 1.1 dB, respectively. The frequency responses of BPFs are easily adjusted by altering the physical dimensions, demonstrating a adjustable performance.
