本文根据氮肥厂废水的特点,研究了高浓度氨氮废水的处理方法-吹脱法的除氨机理和氨氮去除率的影响因素。针对pH值和温度对氨氮去除率的影响,我们做了实验,结果表明若去除率要达到90%以上,pH值必须大于12且温度高于90C。同时可以用CaO将废水的pH值调节到12以上。最后,针对这种废水的处理设计了可行的工艺方案。  相似文献

A lab-scale anaerobic-anoxic-oxic (A^2O) process used to treat a synthetic brewage wastewater was investigated. The objectives of the study were to identify the existence of denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria (DPB), evaluate the contribution of DPB to biological nutrient removal and enhance the denitrifying phosphorus removal in A^2O bioreactors. Sludge analysis confirmed that the average anoxic P uptake accounted for approximately 70% the total amount of P uptake, and the ratio of anoxic P uptake rate to aerobic P uptake rate was 69%. In addition, nitrate concentration in the anoxic phase and different organic substrate introduced into the anaerobic phase had significant effect on the anoxic P uptake. Compared with conventional A^2O processes, good removal efficiencies of COD, phosphorus, ammonia and total nitrogen (92.3%, 95.5%, 96% and 79.5%, respectively) could be achieved in the anoxic P uptake system, and aeration energy consumption was saved 25%. By controlling the nitrate recirculation flow in the anoxic zone, anoxic P uptake could be enhanced, which solved the competition for organic substrates among poly-P organisms and denitrifiers successfully under the COD limiting conditions. Therefore, in wastewater treatment plants the control system should be applied according to the practical situation to optimize the operation.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel method that uses the interception effect of gradient magnetic field on oxygen molecules to realize enrichment. The use of two opposite magnetic poles of two magnets at a certain distance forms a magnetic space having a field intensity gradient near its borders. When air injected into the magnetic space outflows from the magnetic space via its borders, oxygen molecules in the air will experience the interception effect of the gradient magnetic field, but nitrogen molecules will outflow from the magnetic space without hindrance. Thus, continuous oxygen enrichment is realized. The enrichment degree of oxygen reaches 0.65% when the inlet and outlet air flows are 40 mL/min and 20 mL/min, respectively, and the gas temperature is 298 K and the maximal product of magnetic flux density and its gradient is 563 T2/m (the distance between two magnetic poles is 1 mm). When the gas temperature rises to 343 K, the enrichment degree drops to 0.32%; and when the maximal product of magnetic flux density and field intensity gradient drops to 101 T2/m (the distance between two magnetic poles is 4 mm), the enrichment degree drops to 0.23%. The experimental results show that there is an optimal ratio between the inlet air flow and the outlet air flow. Under the experimental conditions in this paper, the value is about 2.0. It is demonstrated that the method presented in this paper can continuously enrich oxygen and has a higher enrichment degree than other oxygen-enrichment methods using magnetic separation. Effects of soil solution on the dynamics of N2O emissions: a review   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
In this review, which consists of two parts, major interactions between nitrous oxide (N2>O) and soil solution are described. In the first part, as an introduction, concentrations of dissolved N2>O in different aqueous systems are summarized. An inventory of data on maximal N2>O concentrations in soil solution (up to 9984 g N2>O-N l–1>) and in soil air (up to 8300 ppm) from literature is presented. The peak N2>O concentrations represent a N2>O supersaturation in the soil solution up to 30000 times with respect to ambient air and a soil air N2>O concentration about 25000 times higher than in the atmosphere. The main physico–chemical parameters (solubility, diffusion) controlling N2>O distribution between soil solution and soil air are outlined. The influences of cultivation practice, nitrogen turnover, water content and temperature on N2>O a ccumulation in soil solution and soil air are reviewed. In the second part some models of N2>O dynamics in soils are discussed with emphasis on N2>O transport processes. A simple qualitative scheme is developed to categorize the effects of the soil solution on N2>O dynamics in soils. In this scheme the temporary, intensive N2>O oversaturation of the soil solution is interpreted as a result of gas diffusion inhibition by water (barrier function of soil solution) resulting in an accumulation of N2>O. In addition, N2>O supersaturation is an indication that transitory much N2>O can be stored in the soil solution (storage function of soil solution). Where the soil solution flows up-, down- or sidewards it can act as a relevant transport medium for dissolved N2>O (transport function of soil solution). Catalytic behavior of silica-supported transition metals for NO reduction with propene in the presence of oxygen was investigated. While both silica and cobalt oxides did not show any activity for the selective NO reduction, impregnated CoO/SiO2 prepared from cobalt acetate showed good activity although the preparation conditions had significant effect on the activity. It was suggested that highly dispersed surface Co2+ ions on silica are responsible for the catalytic activity.  相似文献

The impregnation and sol–gel preparation methods were investigated to develop high activity catalysts and understand the significance of the indium–aluminium interaction on aluminasupported indium catalysts in NO x reduction with propene. Active In/alumina catalysts with a very high surface area (270 m2/g) and thermal stability were prepared in controlled conditions by sol–gel processing. When Al isopropoxide and In nitrate in ethyl glycol were used as precursors in aqua media, indium atoms were incorporated evenly distributed as a thermally stable form in the aluminium oxide lattice structure. In wet impregnation it was beneficial to use a certain excess of aqueous In solution (volumes of solution : pores = 2 : 1) to have the highest NO x reduction activity. The catalyst containing dispersed Al on In oxide (58 wt% In, phaseequilibrium preparation method) showed activity at lower temperatures than any other In–Al oxide catalyst or pure In2O3. The adsorption of different reaction intermediates on alumina and stable In2O3 sites were detected by FTIR studies. In/alumina catalysts have active sites to oxidize NO to NO2, partially oxidize HC, form the actual reductant which contains N–H or N–C bonding and react with NO to dinitrogen. The cooperation with indium and aluminium was evident even in the mechanical mixture of sol–gel prepared alumina (301 m2/g) and In2O3 powders (27 m2/g), where the probability for molecularscale intimate contact between indium and aluminium sites was very low (particle size 10–250 m). Shortlived gaseous intermediates and surface migration are the possible reasons for the high catalytic activities on the two physically separated active sites both necessary for the reaction sequence.  相似文献

We studied the effect of urease inhibitors on the urea hydrolysis in some Sundanese soils belonging to the orders of Vertisol and Entisol. The hydrolysis showed a lag period of about 3 days and its rate (Y) per unit time (t) could be described by a two constants exponential equation of the general form Y = K1tK 2. Statistical analysis showed that the intercept K1 (rate of urea hydrolysis) was significantly affected by soil type rather than treatment. It seems that K1 is associated with the soils' initial urease activity as it closely correlates with the Michaelis constant (km).The gradient, K2, being significantly affected by soil type as well as treatment is probably associated with the induced urease activity with time and it, therefore, varied with variations in soils and treatments. Of the so-called urease inhibitors used in this study Ca(OH)2, p-benzoquinone (PBQ) and orthophosphoric acid (OP) only PBQ reduced urea hydrolysis while the other chemicals have effects possibly related to modifying the soil pH. Samples (375 g) of the Evesham series (clay loam) soil were incubated under aerobic conditions at 20 °C following incorporation of liquid mesophilic digested sewage sludge (1150 mg N L–1). Simultaneously, pot trials under field conditions were also established. Total soluble N total oxides of nitrogen, ammonium N and headspace carbon dioxide samples were determined periodically over the first 480 day degrees C. Soluble organic N fractions were also calculated and it was found that the soil water concentration of available N (as nitrate N) could be predicted from summation of SON and NH4-N on sludge application. The accumulation of nitrate N was compared with field derived data and both correlated well to a 2 pool exponential model. High rates of nitrification were observed and 70% of the organic N applied was mineralised over 480 day degrees C. The use of the relative quantity of soluble to insoluble organic N could be a possible indicator of subsequent nitrogen availability in field application.  相似文献

The logistic model has proven very useful in relating dry matter production of warm season perennial forage grasses to applied nitrogen. A recent extension of the model coupled dry matter and plant N accumulation through a common response coefficient c. The objective of this analysis was to apply the extended logistic model to cool season Gulf annual ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum Lam.) and to establish a common response coefficient c between accumulation of dry matter and plant N. Analysis of variance established the validity of this hypothesis. The model accurately described response of dry matter, plant N removal, and plant N concentration to applied N, with an overall correlation coefficient of 0.9954. Furthermore, the model closely described the relationship between yield and plant N removal, as well as between plant N concentration and plant N removal. The logistic equation is well-behaved and simple to use on a pocket calculator. It can be used to estimate yields and plant N removal in evaluation of agricultural production and environmental quality.  相似文献
