500 kV带串联间隙复合绝缘避雷器的研制

根据500kv带串联间隙复合绝缘避雷器(SGMOA)在输电线路悬挂的防雷特点,通过分析论证,确定出其本体的荷电率、阀片直径、外绝缘爬电距离等,并分析计算出SGMOA的耐雷水平,满足了产品的性能要求.     

Polarimetry for four Stockes parameters in space

Continuously growing attention has been paid to potential of polarimetry to provide additional information of remote sounding of the earth and other planets and to detect some special targets. In the present paper the polarimetric technique in space for all the four Stockes parameters is presented.     

二元溴化物系(MBr-M′Br_2)中间化合物形成规律的逐级投影法研究

提出了一种新的模式识别建模方法-逐级投影法(hierarchical projection method),并将该方法用于二元溴化物系(MBr-M’Br_2)中间化合物形成规律的研究。在由原子键参数(z/r)_M、X_M'、I_M、I_M',张成的多维空间中,能形成和不能形成MBr-M'Br_2系中间化合物的样本点分布在不同的区域。利用HP方法得到的超多面体模型可描述MBr-M'Br_2系中间化合物在多维空间中分布区域的边界,在此基础上预报RbBr-CaBr_2和CsBr-CaBr_2这2个熔盐体系可形成中间化合物,结果得到实验证实。     

Using interval arithmetic for robust state feedback design

A problem of a modal P-regulator synthesis for a linear multivariable dynamical system with uncertain (interval) parameters in state space is considered. The designed regulator has to place all coefficients of the system characteristic polynomial within assigned intervals. We have developed the approach proposed earlier in Dugarova and Smagina (Avtomat. i Telemech. 11 (1990) 176) and proved a direct correlation between interval system controllability and existence of robust modal P-regulator.     

Ti-IF钢热轧时第二相粒子析出行为研究的最新进展

介绍了有关Ｔｉ－ＩＦ钢热轧时第二相粒子析出行为的一些最新研究成果,内容包括：第二相粒子的种类;第二相粒子在热轧时的析出过程,化学成分和热轧工艺参数对第二相粒子析出行为的影响,今后应着重研究溶度积和析出动力学、尤其是各种析出物之间的相互作用,并寻找定量分析第二相粒子的方法。     

层燃炉煤水混烧的最佳运行参数

本文根据文献[1]提出的层燃炉煤水混烧新方法和燃烧条件,通过理论分析和实验研究,得出了层燃炉煤水混烧的水蒸汽加入量、理论空气量、理论烟气量和过量空气系数等最佳运行参数。对层燃炉的煤水混烧技术的进一步研究,具有较大的指导意义。     

Robust LQ Regulator for Jump Linear Systems with Uncertain Parameters

This paper deals with the robustness stabilizability of the class of linear systems with Markovian jumping parameters and unknown but bounded uncertainties. Under the assumption of the complete access to the system's states and its modes, we establish the robust stabilizability result under norm bounded uncertainties and also under structured uncertainties. We give the conditions under which the class of uncertain linear systems with jumping parameters will remain stable.     

制备条件对Ge2Sb2Te5薄膜电学性能的影响

研究了磁控溅射制备Ge2Sb2Te5薄膜时，制备条件诸如功率、气压等对薄膜性能的影响. 主要通过测量薄膜方块电阻随退火温度的变化情况，探索Ge2Sb2Te5薄膜的成长机理. 实验结果表明，不同溅射功率下制备的薄膜经不同温度退火后方块电阻没有明显的区别，而随着溅射气压的上升，薄膜方块电阻随退火温度的增加，下降的速率增加，意味着由面心立方结构转变为六方结构所需的结晶温度降低     

Scattering Parameters Representing Imperfections in Precision Coaxial Air Lines

Scattering parameter expressions are developed for the principal mode of a coaxial air line. The model allows for skin-effect loss and dimensional variations in the inner and outer conductors. Small deviations from conductor circular cross sections are conformally mapped by the Bergman kernel technique. Numerical results are illustrated for a 7 mm air line. An error analysis reveals that the accuracy of the scattering parameters is limited primarily by the conductor radii measurement precision.
