“新一题多解模式”在城市规划设计类课程教学中的运用

当前针对城市规划设计课程教学主要采用的“一题多解模式”在城市规划学科发展及社会对城市规划学科人才需求的变化过程中,出现了命题方式、成果要求及评判标准等方面的滞后等问题,应形成以各个年级不同教学要求为标准,有助于学生多元化、多角度认知城市,科学合理地挖掘城市问题,培养学生创新意识的“新一题多解模式”。     

现代城市设计研究的历史进程及其特征

本文根据当前国内城市发展的客观现实,从城市设计研究的核心问题出发,以城市设计研究近60年来的发展历程为框架,对当代城市设计的内涵、外延、研究目标、研究手段和实施机制等进行了概要性的论述。     

文学中的城市想象——读谈《如此繁华》

城市文学是一种想象城市空间的方式、体验城市生活的途径和进行城市社会空间研究的素材。王德威先生的文学评论集《如此繁华》以“城市与文化”为主题,依次解析了北京、上海、香港和台北四个城市的相关文学作品,重新构建了关于这四座城池的种种想象。     

净气沼气技术在高速公路服务区生活污水处理中的应用

文中主要介绍了净化沼气池工艺,并就其工艺原理、技术特点、运行管理、投资效益上进行具体的分析。通过工艺设计实例详细地介绍了工程运行情况,并得出结论：净化沼气技术在高速公路服务区生活污水处理中的应用在节约能源和改善服务区卫生条件等方面都取得了良好的效果。     

现代城市新区规划建设的分析与探讨

本文结合笔者多年城市规划工作实践,站在发展的高度,从现代城市区域空间组织、土地利用、交通规划及内部生态环境等方面详细探讨了现代城市新城区规划与建设要点,并对城市新区未来建设发展的引导控制策略细谈了笔者个人的主张和建议。     

县域小城镇规划中存在的问题分析与解决措施探讨

Cultivating Smartcities

On 9 April 2009, Michelle Obama planted the first seedlings of onion, lettuce, peas and peppers in the 102-square-metre (1,100-square-foot) White House Kitchen Garden. She may have planted the green shoots for a smartcity. CJ Lim , author of Smartcities + Eco-warriors (Routledge, 2010), describes sustainable urban developments in the form of smartcities – a new urban exuberance reintegrating cultivated land within an urban economic and ecological context system. These verdant edible edifices of urban spatial theatre are aesthetically and culturally engaging. Soliciting an emotional as well as intellectual response they have the potential to connect with the public and involve them in the architectural possibilities of the city. The Story of Istanbul's Modernisation

Since reform started under Ottoman rule in the early 19th century, Istanbul has undergone a substantial period of modernisation that has spanned more than 150 years. İlhan Tekeli outlines the metropolis' enduring development, characterising Istanbul's transformation into a modern city into four distinct periods. It is a story that bridges the collapse of the Ottoman Empire and the reconstruction of the Turkish Republic as a nation-state, with the initial demise of the city in favour of Ankara; and continues with Istanbul regaining its status as a world city; as it evolves from a monstrous industrial city to an urban region and global centre. 以连云港市"在海一方"公园的设计和建设为例,阐述城市公园建设中要摒弃好大喜功、贪大求洋的做法,坚持"宁小勿大、宁精勿乱、宁专勿杂"的指导思想,把公园作为城市特色的一张名片,打响城市品牌,并最终成为市民休闲娱乐的胜地。
