原位生成WB-CrB增强镍基激光熔覆层的耐蚀性研究

采用静态浸泡法对原位生成WB-CrB增强镍基激光熔覆层的耐腐蚀性进行研究.使用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对熔覆层进行显徽组织和物相分析,在光学显微镜下观察样品表面腐蚀形貌.结果表明:WB-CrB增强镍基激光熔覆层(Ni60+16 wt.%(WO3/B2O3+C))在10%H2SO4(质量百分数)溶液中表现出较好的耐腐蚀性能...     

ANTARES: The first undersea neutrino telescope

The ANTARES Neutrino Telescope was completed in May 2008 and is the first operational Neutrino Telescope in the Mediterranean Sea. The main purpose of the detector is to perform neutrino astronomy and the apparatus also offers facilities for marine and Earth sciences. This paper describes the design, the construction and the installation of the telescope in the deep sea, offshore from Toulon in France. An illustration of the detector performance is given.     

贵冶失重秤控制品质优化

通过分析失重秤的系统组成及工作原理,针对失重秤实际生产中的使用情况、从多个方面分析了影响失重秤控制品质的因素。比如:失重仓重上下限、干矿仓料位、加料阀伸缩节、失重仓流态化、称重传感器、控制参数、螺旋磨损等,并对这些因素进行系统归类,按类别制定相应的控制措施,进而分步逐项实施,从而优化了失重秤的控制品质。最后,根据整个优化过程,摸索出了解决失重秤波动的一套方法,为今后失重秤的稳定高效运行奠定良好的基础。     

WB36与SA216WCB阀体的焊接

将WB36和WCB异种钢焊接工艺应用于一种新型阀门中,针对两种钢的特点,确定了合适的焊接材料和具体可行的焊接工艺,取得了令人满意的效果。     

Single‐Mode‐Based Unified Speech and Audio Coding by Extending the Linear Prediction Domain Coding Mode

Unified speech and audio coding (USAC) is one of the latest coding technologies. It is based on a switchable coding structure, and has demonstrated the highest levels of performance for both speech and music contents. In this paper, we propose an extended version of USAC with a single‐mode of operation—which does not require a switching system—by extending the linear prediction‐coding mode. The main concept of this extension is the adoption of the advantages of frequency‐domain coding schemes, such as windowing and transition control. Subjective test results indicate that the proposed scheme covers speech, music, and mixed streams with adequate levels of performance. The obtained quality levels are comparable with those of USAC.     

化学镍/化学钯/浸金的表面涂覆层的可焊性和可靠性

概述了化学镍/化学钯/浸金(ENEPIG)表面涂(镀)覆层的优点。它比化学镍/浸金(ENIG)有更好的可焊接性和焊接可靠性。化学镍/化学钯/浸金表面涂(镀)覆层应该是有发展前景的。     

回火温度对WB36钢组织及冲击韧性的影响

通过改变回火温度,研究了回火温度对WB36钢冲击韧性的影响。经室温Charpy(V型缺口)试验发现:冲击值随回火温度升高而升高,但其值并不理想。经过试样显微组织分析及冲击断口宏、微观形貌分析可知,冲击值不理想的原因在于正火冷速而非回火温度,适当改变正火后的冷却速度可改变其正火组织,再通过合适温度回火来提高冲击值。     

WB36焊接退火工艺研究

在超临界高压加热器的设计中,同时选用了WB36和15CrMo两种材料,由于高压加热器必须进行整体热处理,因此必须提高WB36焊接退火温度至600℃以上来满足高压加热器整体性能的要求。通过试验得出,WB36在630℃温度下进行退火处理后,依然能够获得良好的机械性能,满足设计的要求。     

Ultrasonic and hardness measurements for ultrahigh pressure prepared WB ceramics

The Vickers hardness of pressure synthesized WB compacts was measured using a diamond indentation method. Under the applied load of 4.9 N, our test gave a maximum Vickers hardness of 30.1 GPa for WB compacts. The hardness of WC-8 wt.% Co composites was also measured under the same load for comparison, which was found to be much lower than that of WB. The Young's modulus, bulk modulus, and shear modulus of WB and WC-8 wt.% Co were further investigated by ultrasonic measurements. The results suggest that WB might be a promising hard alloy material for industrial applications.
