城市小区雨洪利用系统降雨产流规律研究

以北京市某建有雨洪利用系统的楼房小区为例,基于实测数据,对研究区内的降雨量、产流量、回灌量及相应过程进行统计与回归分析,得出老旧居民区雨洪利用系统建成后的降雨-产流、降雨-回灌之间的规律.研究结果可为类似小区雨洪利用系统建设提供技术支持和关键参数.     

道路照明配电系统接地方式和线路保护的探讨

探讨了城市道路照明配电系统的接地方式和配电线路的保护.分析了城市道路照明采用TN-S接地方式时,接地故障保护存在的问题.提出:城市道路照明配电系统应采用TT接地方式;若城市道路照明线路不很长,可有条件地采用TN-S接地方式;城市道路照明严禁采用TN-C接地方式;采用TT接地方式和漏电保护时,漏电保护的动作电流应大于正常泄漏电流的2.5～3倍,宜整定为100～500 mA.

Defining and characterizing urban boundaries: A fractal analysis of theoretical cities and Belgian cities

In this paper we extract the morphological boundaries of urban agglomerations and characterize boundary shapes using eight fractal and nonfractal spatial indexes. Analyses were first performed on six archetypal theoretical cities, and then on Belgium’s 18 largest towns. The results show that: (1) the relationship between the shape of the urban boundary (fractal dimension, dendricity, and compactness) and the built morphology within the urban agglomeration (fractal dimension, proportion of buildings close to the urban boundary) is not straightforward; (2) each city is a unique combination of the morphological characteristics considered here; (3) due to their different morphological characteristics, the planning potential of Flemish and Walloon cities seems to be very different.     

世界技能大赛网络系统管理竞赛项目题型研究

自我院被国家确认为世界技能大赛网络系统管理竞赛项目的中国集训基地以来,我系计算机网络技术专业组 已经对该项目的题型进行深入的研究;明确了网络系统管理竞赛项目的能力要求;整理出计算机网络的相关技术,并将这些技 术文档引入到计算机网络技术专业的教学大纲,从而促进本专业培养大批量拥有世界技能大赛水平的网络技术专业人才。     

城市历史景观（HUL）视角下1949年后城市地标公共文 化价值多维度识别 ——以重庆为例

随着我国城乡遗产类型与时空谱系的 拓展,1949年新中国成立初期以及1978年改革 开放至今,与革命文化、社会主义先进文化相关 的城市标志性建筑、地段逐渐作为中华文化连 续文明传承见证的空间载体纳入到我国城乡历 史文化保护传承体系中。为此,本文将城市地标 作为城市历史景观构成要素,基于关联性、整体 性、历时性视角,建立了从地标与城市多维度关 联关系识别其公共文化价值的研究方法。该方法提出了区位关系、功能权属、形态特征、称谓方式四大地标特征识别要素和目标导向、权力话 语、审美风尚、社会思潮四项价值解析线索,通过对1949—2019年重庆市中心城区79处地标样本 的解析,揭示出上述阶段重庆乃至全国城市建设与经济、社会、文化历史背景的内在关联逻辑,以 期为1949年新中国成立后优秀历史建筑的普查筛选与保护实践提供判别、指导依据和为我国当 代城市建成环境文脉研究提供理论参考。     

Making urban real estate markets work for the poor: Theory, policy and practice

This paper explores the relationship between theory, policy and practice, linking urban real estate markets and poverty alleviation. The paper argues that the contribution of urban real estate markets to poverty alleviation has not been optimised due, in part, to inadequate or inappropriate policy. The article attributes this to conceptual and methodological problems arising from the traditional neoclassical analysis of urban real estate markets, ambivalence to the idea that freer markets in real estate are a good thing for the urban poor and insufficient regard to lessons of experience from years of implementing urban anti-poverty land projects. Based on new analytical perspectives provided by institutional economics, this paper proposes specific policy interventions more likely to facilitate pro-poor outcomes in urban real estate markets.     

Formula One’s new urban economies

The Formula One (F1) industry has become a true microcosm of the world economy, as new business opportunities surface in emerging countries. Until the beginning of the twenty-first century, this sport was mostly relevant to traditional western urban elites, but since then, the F1 calendar has been largely altered to the benefit of ‘dominant-emerging cities’ and to the detriment of more traditional destinations. This article focuses on this urban question through a historical analysis of the F1 circuit’s expansion phases as well as through a study of the current Grand Prix’s estimate sanction fee.     

Parking at the UC campus: Problems and solutions

This study underscores the importance of adopting integrated parking management policies that ensure not only more rational use of the available parking spaces, evenly balancing supply and demand and bringing in revenues to cover the parking facilities costs, but also the improved attractiveness of alternative transportation modes. Parking supply and demand flows within the UC campus are estimated. The results indicate that the parking facility is underpriced and that there is overcrowding. To reflect critically on these issues and identify research areas to address their socioeconomic implications, a survey regarding the characterization of campus commuters and their travel options is presented. Logistic regression modelling is applied to determine the relative importance of UC campus commuters’ attributes in their level of willingness to pay to have reserved parking on the campus. Finally, some policy proposals are discussed.
