国外最新110kV铝管母线高型布置的配电装置

我国的110～220kV高型配电装置采用的是软母线方案，其母线构架十分复杂，近年来限制了它的使用。章介绍了ABB公司在21世纪初设计并成功运行于苏丹首都喀土穆110kV城市环网2个枢纽变电站中，全新结构的110kV铝管母线高型配电装置，它采用了两层垂直交叉轻型结构铝管母线高型布置、专利制造技术A型支架铝管母线连接金具、母线隔离开关垂直布置等一系列新设计、新技术，结构简单、轻巧且美观大方，克服了软母线方案的一些缺点。建议在消化吸引．ABB公司工程经验基础上，设计出适合我国具体国情的110～220kV铝管母线高型配电装置。     

"3-Section" Technology of Full-Dimension Mining in Flat Thick-Seam

To raise coal recovery ratio and solve the key problem of full-dimension mining, a new "3-section" technology of full-dimension mining is put forward in flat thick-seam according to the theory and mining practice. This technology is proved to be rational and feasible in rodway layout system of stagger arrangement.     

Improvement on strip flatness of cold temper mills by modifying roll contour shape

A study on roll gap profile (strip profile) control was accomplished in a 1700 mm single-stand temper mill. Some critical problems such as the deviation of work roll contour caused by grinding and wear, the effectiveness of work roll bending were discussed. Using a finite element model, the effects of roll contours (ground and wear) on strip profile were investigated. The roll bending effect on strip thickness was also analyzed. It is pointed out that there are some special features of flatness control in the temper mill: during temper rolling, roll deformation is slight due to small rolling load, and the loaded roll gap profile mainly depends on work roll contour, while the backup roll has a little effect on gap crown; the effect of bending force on gauge can not be ignored due to the coupling between flatness control and gauge control. A new roll contour arrangement adaptable to the mill was presented and has been put into practical production. The application of the new set of rolls showed some good results: larger crown control range of work roll bender, higher rolling stability, better strip profile and flatness quality.

We suggest the notion of H-centred surface area of a graph G, where H is a subgraph of G, i.e. the number of vertices in G at a certain distance from H, and focus on the special case when H is a length two path to derive an explicit formula for the length two path-centred surface areas of the general and scalable arrangement graph.     

基于声辐射模态的声场重建中的测点优化方法

少测点条件下,利用声辐射模态理论重建声场时,测点布置方式是决定声场重建精度的一个关键因素。为求得最佳测点布置方式,提出了一种基于声辐射模态的最优测点选择方法,即基于声辐射模态矩阵的奇异值分解,采用循环迭代的方式,逐次去除对其最小奇异值最敏感的测点,从而得到了一组使重建方程条件数最小的测点。实验结果表明,利用文中提出的最优测点选择方法布置测点,能够对声场进行有效的重建,重建效果优于均匀布置方式,显著提高了声场重建精度。

Time estimation method for manual assembly using MODAPTS technique in the product design stage

This paper aims to propose an accurate and quick assembly time estimation method using the modular arrangement of predetermined time standards in the product design stage. It describes a classification of 2382 assembly operations that are incurred in manually assembling consumer electronics such as air conditioners, washing machines and refrigerators, and a method of choosing representative motions comprising work elements by examining the frequency distribution of the assembly operation’s motions. It then presents criteria for assigning time values associated with the movement of the representative motions using the design factors employed in design for assembly and the layout factors of an assembly line. A case study then presents the practicality of the method, the statistical results of which indicate that the proposed method would be accurate enough for practical purposes.
