高职高专现代教育技术管理体制之我见

本文从教育技术的含义和发展的历史出发，分析目前高职高专院校的教育技术管理体制现状，提出应建立完善的教育技术管理体制，以推进教育技术工作的协调发展。     

三(明)钢烧结厂电除尘灰的气力输送

三钢烧结厂130m^2烧结机电除尘输灰首次采用了气力输送系统。该系统由气源、输送、管路、灰库及控制五部分组成，本文介绍了系统的工作原理及运行调试情况。系统投产后，运行平稳，达到了设计要求。     

厦门市气源转换的技术分析

分析了气源转换时原有输配系统的管道、调压设备、计量设备、用气设备与天然气系统相适应的问题，提出了相应的措施。     

Fire performance of wood (Pinus radiata) treated with fire retardants and a wood preservative

In this work, we co‐formulated an oil‐borne copper naphthenate/permethrin wood preservative system with synthetic polymer‐based fire‐retardant additives prior to the impregnation of Pinus radiata sapwood. We evaluated what effect, if any, the preservative had upon the fire performance properties of the fire retardants and whether the fire retardants impacted on the fungicidal and termiticidal efficacy of the preservative. The fire retardants included halogenated and phosphorus‐based systems. A mass loss calorimeter, in conjunction with a thermopile, was used to measure the time to ignition and the peak heat release rate (PHRR) from which the fire performance index (FPI) was determined. The preservative properties were evaluated using termite and soil‐block decay bioassays. In summary, we found that the rate of fire growth was reduced when the fire retardants were used in combination with the wood preservative. We also found that the PHRR was a better determinant of fire performance than the FPI. The performance of the wood preservative was enhanced against fungal decay and termite attack when used in combination with the fire retardants. The fire retardants also demonstrated some wood preservative properties of their own. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

旋转式伽玛刀的辐射剂量学

旋转式伽玛刀的辐射剂量学指标的物理测试在放射性医疗设备投放医院正式临床使用前是必不可少的，是对设备及其附件的设计、加工制造、安装以及电气控制系统等的全面综合性检定。用电离室作辐射剂量学的绝对测量，用胶片法进行相对测量，给出了测量结果并进行了讨论。     

矿井串联系统模糊可靠性理论的研究

矿井系统不仅具有随机性，而且同时也具有模糊性，在系统分析与设计过程中应同时考虑这两种不确定性因素的影响。文中提出了模糊故障、模糊功能、系统模糊运营状态和广义可靠度等概念，并在此基础上提出了求单元及串联系统的生产能力、营运费用、应急维修费用、修理时间和广义可靠度等指标的方法，建立了使系统平均生产能力最大的系统最优运营策略的数学模型。

Basic concept and decentralized autonomous control of super‐distributed energy systems

New small‐scale dispersed generation systems, such as fuel cells and micro gas turbines, have made remarkable advances lately and they will be applied practically in the near future. Although a large number of researches on the introduction of small‐scale dispersed generation systems have been carried out, only a small number of small‐scale dispersed generation systems are considered in these researches. Therefore, little is known about problems to be solved when a large number of small‐scale dispersed generation systems are introduced into electric power systems. This paper deals with a super‐distributed energy system that consists of a great number of dispersed generation systems such as fuel cells, micro gas turbines, and so on. The behavior of a customer with a dispersed generation system is simulated as the Ising model in statistical mechanics. The necessity of a distribution network in super‐distributed energy systems is discussed based on the Ising model. The feasibility of decentralized autonomous control using vicinity information is also investigated on the basis of stability analysis of the Hopfield neural network model. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. SW233 PIN驱动器自动测试系统的研制

介绍了一种集成电路自动测试系统，该系统采用计算机并口作通信接口，用VB6编程，实现了对外围测试电路的控制，用IEEE-488接口卡控制测试仪器，可对SW233电路的36个参数进行自动测试，并将测试结果自动保存在数据库中。该测试系统具有自动化程度高、操作方便、测试结果精确等特点。     

高炉冲渣水在采暖工程中的应用

随着我国经济的迅速发展,能源消耗不断增加,节约能源、降低能源消耗势在必行,余热利用是节约能源的一个重要环节,冶金行业高炉冲渣水作为采暖热媒可以节约大量能源。
