Novel organic/ultrathin low work function metal bilayer cathode buffers for small molecule organic solar cells are proposed. Ultrathin low work function metal layers possess a high built-in electric field for effective carrier extraction and a high cathode reflectivity for maximum absorption in the photoactive layers. This leads to a significant increase of short circuit current density and fill factor of cells. By integrating this bilayer cathode buffer with DTDCTB:C60 small molecular heterojunction, the device exhibits a high power conversion efficiency of up to 5.28%, which is an improvement of 22% compared to a device with a traditional single organic layer buffer. 相似文献

A new type of nanostructured alignment surface is proposed and demonstrated. As in previous nanostructured alignment surfaces, a large pretilt angle of near 45° can be produced reliably. Moreover, this new structure is fabricated with a mask, and there is no randomness involved. The thermodynamics modeling of a Reiner–Philippoff-type fluid is essential because it is a complex fluid with three distinct probable modifications. This fluid model can be modified to describe a shear-thinning, Newtonian, or shear-thickening fluid under varied viscoelastic conditions. This study constructs a mathematical model that describes a boundary layer flow of a Reiner–Philippoff fluid with nonlinear radiative heat flux and temperature- and concentration-induced buoyancy force. The dynamical model follows the usual conservation laws and is reduced through a nonsimilar group of transformations. The resulting equations are solved using a spectral-based local linearization method, and the accuracy of the numerical results is validated through the grid dependence and convergence tests. Detailed analyses of the effects of specific thermophysical parameters are presented through tables and graphs. The study reveals, among other results, that the buoyancy force, solute and thermal expansion coefficients, and thermal radiation increase the overall wall drag, heat, and mass fluxes. Furthermore, the study shows that amplifying the space and temperature-dependent heat source parameters allows fluid particles to lose their cohesive force and, consequently, maximize flow and heat transfer. 相似文献

In this work, CuInS2/multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) layers are fabricated by the sol–gel spin-coating method. We introduce two forms of MWCNTs into a CIS2 solution, washed functional multiwalled carbon nanotubes (W-FMWCNTs) and unwashed-functional multiwalled carbon nanotubes (UW-FMWCNTs), in order to investigate the effects of MWCNTs and an acidic environment on the physical properties of the CIS2 absorber layers. The structure and morphology of the samples are investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), respectively. The XRD study shows that all samples crystallize in a tetragonal structure. The results obtained from the optical, thermo-electric, and electrical measurements indicate that the two groups of CIS2 layers prepared using W- and UW-FMWCNTs show the opposite behaviors. Recognizing the nature and formation progress of the ash deposits is essential to resolve the deposition problem hindering the wide application of large-scale biomass-fired boilers. Therefore, the ash deposits in the superheaters of a 220 t/h biomass-fired CFB boiler were studied, including the platen (PS), the high-temperature (HTS), the upper and the lower low-temperature superheaters (LTS). The results showed that the deposits in the PSs and HTSs were thin (several millimeters) and compact, consisting of a yellow outer layer and snow-white inner layer near the tube surface. The deposits in the upper LTS appeared to be toughly sintered ceramic, while those in the lower LTS were composed of dispersive coarse ash particles with an unsintered surface. Detailed characterization of the cross-section and the initial layers in the deposits revealed that the dominating compositions in both the PSs and the HTSs were Cl and K (approximately 70%) in the form of KCl. Interestingly, the cross-section of the deposition in the upper LTS exhibited a unique lamellar structure with a major composition of Ca and S. The contents of Ca and Si increased from approximately 10% to approximately 60% in the deposits from the high temperature surfaces to the low temperature ones. It was concluded that the vaporized mineral matter such as KCl played the most important role in the deposition progress in the PS and the HTS. In addition, although the condensation of KCl in the LTSs also happened, the deposition of ash particles played a more important role. 相似文献

The nanostructured diamond-like carbon/hydroxyapatite composite coating (DLC/HA) was deposited using magnetron sputtering technique with a densely packed columnar cross-sectional structure and a uniform granular surface morphology. After heat treatment, the amorphous structure of the coating was transformed into a crystal structure. Nanohardness and scratch tests results demonstrated the DLC transition layer significantly enhanced the nanohardness of Ti6Al4V substrates from 4.8 GPa to 10.4 GPa, and increased critical load from 16.6 N (pure HA layer) to 26.5 N (DLC layer) without obvious brittle fracture, flaking and delamination. Electrochemical and immersion tests results demonstrated that DLC/HA composite coatings with a dense gradient transition interlayer had better corrosion resistance and could prevent harmful metal ions being released into the SBF solution more effectively than single HA coatings. Furthermore, active Ca2+ ions can be rapidly released from the coating surface during initial immersion in the SBF solution, and facilitated the formation of bone-like apatite. 相似文献

The analysis for morphological evolution and crystallography of degenerate pearlite in 100Mn13 steel
During approximate 773 K aging treatment of 100Mn13 steel, degenerate pearlite will occur and evolve into lamellar pearlite during growth process. The microstructures of degenerate pearlite and its evolutionary lamellar pearlite are observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that after 748 K, 773 K and 798 K aging, degenerate pearlites occur at grain boundary. At growth front of degenerate pearlite forming at 773 K and 798 K, pearlite presents a morphology of short lamellae of carbide and ferrite, indicating a trend of developing into lamellar pearlite. The higher the temperature is, the more obvious the trend is, and even a conventional lamellar pearlite has developed. However, there is no morphological evolution for degenerate pearlite forming at 748 K aging. Besides, the constituents of degenerate pearlite is identified as M23C6 and ferrite, and Kurdjumov-Sachs orientation relationship exists between them, (01 )α//( 1 )M23C6, [111]α//[110]M23C6. This orientation relationship maintains in morphological evolution from degenerate pearlite to lamellar pearlite. 相似文献

本工作采用相场法模拟GaAs衬底上生长的In_(0.3)Ga_(0.7)As多层异质结构薄膜表面。通过引入多序参量,使用半隐性傅里叶谱方法求解Cahn-Hilliard方程可以求得带缓冲层结构的薄膜表面形貌。计算结果模拟了薄膜生长过程,研究显示,使用In0.15-Ga0.85As缓冲层,厚度从1nm增加到4nm,薄膜表面临界波长从34nm提升到80nm。随着缓冲层的厚度从1nm增加到10nm,使用正弦波表面的模拟结果显示,薄膜表面粗糙度从2.87nm下降到0.43nm,随机叠加波表面的模拟结果也类似,表面粗糙度从1.21nm下降到0.18nm。热力学分析和应变分布分析可以解释缓冲层对薄膜表面形貌演化的作用。该模拟计算方式对设计缓冲层结构有很大的帮助,模拟计算的结果可以与实验相比对。 相似文献
