压力容器类焊接产品的质量分析与控制

从控制和保证压力容器类焊接产品质量角度出发，通过分析其在制造过程中每道工序可能出现的质量问题，总结出这类产品在制造过程质量分析的要领及内容，提出了质量控制的关键，为制定焊接检验方案提供依据。     

喷墨打印相纸及打印图像质量的分析

喷墨打印相纸随着数码相机的发展近几年在国内发展迅速。针对目前产品质量没有测量标准的现状,提出喷墨相纸的质量指标主要为4个,即白度、光泽度、油墨吸收性和防水性。给出了相应的测量方法。并指出相纸上油墨点的面积是衡量质量的第一重要指标,其次是点的圆度。另外对图像输出的质量介绍了一种科学的评价方法,即图像的逼真性分析。说明图像的打印墨点直径不应小于方形像素的对角线长,图像才能真实再现。     

Note on ‘Construction of Double Sampling s‐Control Charts for Agile Manufacturing’

He and Grigoryan (Quality and Reliability Engineering International 2002; 18 :343–355) formulated the design of a double‐sampling (DS) s control chart as an optimization problem and solved it with a genetic algorithm. They concluded that the DS s control charts can be a more economically preferable alternative in detecting small shifts than traditional s control charts. 现代电子产品焊接质量的检测技术

介绍了现代电子产品焊接质量的检测技术,以及用于检查焊点质量和组装板(SMA)功能的测试仪器的工作原理及测试能力.目前常见和广泛使用的焊接质量检测方法是人工目测检查,其主要问题是其主观性,只能用来检测电子元件的形状、尺寸、颜色、表面特征及焊点的外观质量;自动光学检测(AOI)可以在整个过程中发现和纠正缺陷,但只是外在的焊点缺陷;激光/红外线组合式检测系统、X射线检测系统可以分析焊点微米级水平的缺陷,能找出其他检测所不能可靠地发现的缺陷,包括空洞、焊点形状差和冷焊锡点等;另外,X射线检测系统能一次测试单面或双面电路,准确地定位缺陷,获取工艺参数,例如锡膏厚度等.     

幅频特性的数学分析

根据数控装置检测系统中传感器信号电路工作要求,以共射电压放大电路为例,分别考虑耦合电容、旁路电容、结间电容和分布电容对不同信号频率的作用,分析了电路的低频特性和高频特性,给出了上下限截止频率的解析式.由此得出,电路其他参数一定时,在低频段,下限截止频率与耦合电容、旁路电容成反比,在高频段,上限截止频率与等效输入输出电容成反比,从而为传感器系统设计提供理论依据.     

Similarity retrieval of iconic image database

The perception of spatial relationships among objects in a picture is one of the important selection criteria to discriminate and retrieve the images in an iconic image database system. The data structure called 2D string, proposed by Chang et al., is adopted to represent symbolic pictures. The 2D string preserves the objects' spatial knowledge embedded in images. Since spatial relationship is a fuzzy concept, the capability of similarity retrieval for the retrieval by subpicture is essential. In this paper, similarity measure based on 2D string longest common subsequence is defined. The algorithm for similarity retrieval is also proposed. Similarity retrieval provides the iconic image database with the distinguishing function different from a conventional database.     

Configurational and nonconfigurational interactions between odorants in binary mixtures.

Studies on odor mixture perception suggest that although odor components can often be identified in mixtures, mixtures can also give rise to novel perceptual qualities that are not present in the components. Using an olfactory habituation task, the authors evaluated how the perceptual similarity between components in a mixture affects the perceptual quality of the mixture itself. Rats perceived binary mixtures composed of similar components as different from their 2 components, whereas binary mixtures composed of dissimilar components were perceived as very similar to their components. Results show that for both types of mixtures, pretraining to Component A reduces subsequent learning about Component B in rats trained in the presence of A. 会计政策选择类型在理论上大体可分为机会主义型和效率(或有效契约)型。会计政策选择具有效率性,但也为经理人员的机会主义行为打开了大门。在我国,由于企业缺乏一系列有效的激励约束机制,会计政策选择的机会主义仍然严重。为此,必须建立适合我国企业有效的激励约束机制。     

乳化型轧制液的质量标准研究

对国内目前所使用的冷轧薄钢板(汽车钢板)轧制液母液和乳化液的质量指标及常用试验评定方法进行了考察，并对产品的性能要求进行了研究与分析，制订出一套标准以供参考，包括乳化液稳定性、润滑性、防锈性、抗泡性、使用周期及粘度、闪点等性能。     

芳烃抽提装置技术改造

由于中国石化锦西石化分公司600kt／a连续重整装置的建设，芳烃抽提装置的原料由原来的脱戊烷油变为Ce组分。为此，对抽余油水洗塔和芳烃分离部分的苯塔塔盘，以及苯塔塔顶和塔底抽出部分进行了改造，更换部分机泵和增加变频泵，并将常规仪表改为DCS控制。改造后装置实现一次开车成功，生产出合格产品。抽余油中总芳烃含量小于0．1％，苯回收率达到99%以上。
