Taking into account the effect of structural compliance, inverse dynamics of the active over-constrained parallel manipulator 6PUS–UPU with five degrees of freedom is solved in this article. Firstly, the relationship between driving forces and actuated force screws of each limb is derived. Then the coordination of elastic deformation between limbs which consider the effect of gravity and inertia is acquired. Finally the unique solution of driving forces for the active over-constrained parallel manipulator is derived by incorporating the force equilibrium equation of the moving platform. To validate the theoretical derivation, dynamics simulation model of manipulator based on rigid–flexible mixed structure is shown and numerical examples are given. Comparison with the traditional method of dynamics based on pseudo-inverse is also made. Finally, a feasible experimental method, as an effective test to the theoretical calculation, is proposed and applied on the prototype.  相似文献

The degradability of starch from various feedstuffs was investigated in vitro by incubation of 500-mg amounts in 50 ml of a 3:1 rumen fluid/buffer solution at 39°C for 6 h. The rumen fluid was obtained from one of three cows fed on hay or hay and concentrate. The degree of degradation after 6 h incubation varied strongly for the 23 feedstuffs investigated. The degradation of starch from the same feedstuff in rumen fluid from a hay-fed cow was significantly lower than in rumen fluid from a concentrate-fed cow. It seemed that differences in degradability between feedstuffs were not determined by the ration of the donor cow, but merely by the properties of the starch. Processed feedstuffs showed a higher degradation of their starch than the unprocessed feedstuffs, independent of the ration of the donor cow. Particle size influenced degradation, but not of the starch of tapioca meal. A fairly constant ranking in degradability between the various feedstuffs was found. Fermentation of mixtures of feedstuffs showed about the same rate of degradation as found for the single products. Only when great differences in the degree of degradability existed was the degradation of the total starch enhanced. The time of collection of rumen fluid strongly influenced the in-vitro degradation of starch.  相似文献

The proton uptake of 18 compositions in the perovskite family (Ba,Sr,La)(Fe,Co,Zn,Y)O3‐δ, perovskites, which are potential cathode materials for protonic ceramic fuel cells (PCFCs), is investigated by thermogravimetry. Hydration enthalpies and entropies are derived, and the doping trends are explored. The uptake is found to be largely determined by the basicity of the oxide ions. Partial substitution of Zn on the B‐site strongly enhances proton uptake, while Co substitution has the opposite effect. The proton concentration in Ba0.95La0.05Fe0.8Zn0.2O3‐δ is found to be 10% per formula unit at 250 °C, 5.5% at 400 °C, and 2.3% at 500 °C, which are the highest values reported so far for a mixed‐conducting perovskite exhibiting hole, proton, and oxygen vacancy transport. A comprehensive set of thermodynamic data for proton uptake in (Ba,Sr,La)(Fe,Co,Zn,Y)O3‐δ is determined. Defect interactions between protons and holes partially delocalized from the B‐site transition metal to the adjacent oxide ions decrease the proton uptake. From these results, guidelines for the optimization of PCFC cathode materials are derived.  相似文献

A low power mixed signal DC offset calibration (DCOC) circuit for direct conversion receiver applications is designed. The proposed DCOC circuit features low power consumption, fast settling time and a small die area by avoiding the trade-off between loop response time and the high pass frequency of the DCOC servo loop in conventional analog DCOC systems. By applying the proposed DC offset correction circuitry, the output residue DC offset voltages are reduced to less than 38 mV and the DCOC loop settling time is less than 100 μs. The DCOC chip is fabricated in a standard 0.13-μm CMOS technology and drains only 196 μA from a 1.2-V power supply with its chip area of only 0.372 × 0.419 mm2.  相似文献

根据实验数据分析了引起片式高压多层陶瓷电容器击穿的机理,结果表明:在静电场中节瘤的凸点电场强度,是电极平面节点电场强度的3倍;端头尖端电荷密度远大于周围电荷密度;空洞和分层中的空气在高压下电离,造成的介质变薄,是MLCC被击穿的重要原因。据此提出改进措施。通过提高膜和印叠质量控制电极厚度、排粘时间和升温速率、调整端浆比例等措施,控制相关因素,使高压产品的耐压性能提高1.5倍左右。  相似文献

A new voltage-programmed driving scheme named the mixed parallel addressing scheme is presented for AMOLED displays, in which one compensation interval can be divided into the first compensation frame and the consequent N-1 post-compensation frames without periods of initialization and threshold voltage detection. The proposed driving scheme has the advantages of both high speed and low driving power due to the mixture of the pipeline technology and the threshold voltage one-time detection technology. Corresponding to the proposed driving scheme, we also propose a new voltage-programmed compensation pixel circuit, which consists of five TFTs and two capacitors(5T2C). In-Zn-O thin-film transistors(IZO TFTs) are used to build the proposed 5T2C pixel circuit. It is shown that the non-uniformity of the proposed pixel circuit is considerably reduced compared with that of the conventional 2T1C pixel circuit. The number of frames(N) preserved in the proposed driving scheme are measured and can be up to 35 with the variation of the OLED current remaining in an acceptable range. Moreover, the proposed voltage-programmed driving scheme can be more valuable for an AMOLED display with high resolution, and may also be applied to other compensation pixel circuits.  相似文献
