The overall behavior of concrete depends on its meso structures such as aggregate shape, interface status, and mortar matrix property. The two key meso structure characters of concrete, bond status of interface and nonlinear property of matrix, are considered in focus. The variational structure principle is adopted to establish the macro-meso constitutive law of concrete. Specially, a linear reference composite material is selected to make its effective behavior approach the nonlinear overall behavior of concrete. And the overall property of linear reference composite can be estimated by classical estimation method such as self-consistent estimates method and Mori-Tanaka method. This variational structure method involves an optimum problem ultimately. Finally, the macro-meso constitutive law of concrete is established by optimizing the shear modulus of matrix of the linear reference composite. By analyzing the constitutive relation of concrete established, we find that the brittleness of concrete stems from the imperfect interface and the shear dilation property of concrete comes from the micro holes contained in concrete. The kinetics of intergranular oxidation of silicon in a 20Cr-25Ni Nb-stabilized stainless steel are reported, at temperatures in the range 1140–1230 K, in CO2 at 40 bar pressure. The depth of attack increased parabolically with respect to time, with an activation energy of 335±30 kJ/mol. The mechanism of growth is discussed in terms of classical internal-oxidation theories, and an alternative explanation based on an available-space theory is developed. The internal oxidation rates in a number of different alloys are compared with diffusivities of metals in the base alloy. It is proposed that intergranular oxidation in the 20–25 Nb steel is controlled by the rate of outward diffusion of iron or chromium in the alloy.  相似文献

The applicability of the rapid iodide migration test was systematically studied. Comparative experimental tests of different test conditions, including several external voltages, test durations, concrete ages and mixing proportions, were carried out to make clear the transport behaviors of iodide under parallel electric fields. Numerical simulations were also done using the finite element method to found the correlation between chloride and iodide transport behaviors. The test and numerical results show that the chloride transport behaviors of RIM and RCM tests have a good correlation under the several conditions used in the present paper. Moreover, the influence of external conditions (external voltages, test durations) on the test results is small. Thus, it can be concluded that the RIM method is available to determine the chloride penetration resistance of the chloride-eroded structural concrete.  相似文献

A new kind of composite buffering material was made by filling the voids of honeycomb paperboard with polyurethane. Drop tests were performed to evaluate the dynamic energy absorption capacity of the material. Based on the tests results, we analyzed the mechanical behaviors of the material under different conditions and obtained the inherent influencing laws of some factors on the material's dynamic buffering performance. It was shown that the dynamic buffering performance varied directly with impact velocity, and inversely with the void diameter, thickness and buffeting area of the composite material.  相似文献

The surfaces of X80 pipeline steel welded joints were processed with a CO2 laser, and the effects of laser heat treatment (LHT) on H2S stress corrosion in the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) solution were analyzed by a slow strain rate test. The fracture morphologies and chemical components of corrosive products before and after LHT were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectroscopy, respectively, and the mechanism of LHT on stress corrosion cracking was discussed. Results showed that the fracture for welded joints was brittle in its original state, while it was transformed to a ductile fracture after LHT. The tendencies of hydrogen-induced corrosion were reduced, and the stress corrosion sensitivity index decreased from 35.2% to 25.3%, indicating that the stress corrosion resistance of X80 pipeline steel welded joints has been improved by LHT.  相似文献

This work investigates the stabilizing impact of MnO on the leaching behavior of hazardous Cr-containing CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-Cr2O3-MnO stainless steel slags after equilibrating at various elevated temperatures and evaluates the potential immobilization of Cr into a MnCr2O4 spinel phase from the existing Cr2O3 phase. The MnCr2O4 spinel phase was found to be an excellent Cr-stabilizer in stainless steel slags, where the leaching tendency of potentially hazardous Cr-related ions decreased with higher MnO content and lower equilibration temperatures within the range of 0 to 15 mass pct. and 1500 to 1300°C, respectively. Thermodynamic calculations by conducting the phase stability diagram also showed that the MnCr2O4 spinel phase was relatively stable and the Ca3Si2O7 (Ca3-xMnxSi2O7) phase was relatively unstable compared with other crystal phases in acid extractant with pH value of 3.2. Combined with the scanning electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffraction results along with the thermodynamic calculations, the leached Cr-related ions was predominantly originating from the unstable amorphous glass phase.  相似文献

This paper investigates the machinability of AISI 316L stainless steel without and with NMI treatment, when machined with three different PcBN tool grades: low cBN content (50% vol.), medium (65% vol.) and high (90% vol.). The NMI treatment consisted of resulfurized and Ca-treated steels with two different Si/Al ratio. The tool materials were evaluated in terms of tool life, showing the best performance for the medium cBN content grade. Results showed that the crater wear has a more significant effect on the tool performance than the standard wear criteria of maximum flank wear. The worn tools were examined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), focused ion beam (FIB) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). In most cases, the crater exhibited three distinct regions from the edge to the end of the contact zone: the plateau, middle crater, and the upper region. Plateau and crater region displayed tool protective layer (TPL), consisting mostly of Al, Si, Mg and Ca-oxides; and some dimples in the tool from preferential wear of cBN grains. In the upper region of the best performing material, a ~1.5 μm thick TPL of mostly MnCr2O4 spinel was found, a result of the transfer of Mn- and Cr-rich oxide NMIs found in this material or oxidation of workpiece material, during the machining process.  相似文献
