New results in 2D optimal control theory

The infinite horizon optimal control problem is solved for 2D systems described by the Fornasini-Marchesini model. An ₂-approach permits us to reduce the optimal control problem to a norm minimization one in Hilbert spaces. Both necessary and sufficient conditions for solvability and the structure of the solution are established. Moreover, a comparison with known results is presented, and the singularities of the 2D Riccati equation are examined in order to characterize suboptimal control laws that apply whenever the solvability conditions are not satisfied.     

On structure and stability of (Hg, Mo)-1212 superconductors based on SAED and EDS analysis

A superconductor with nominal composition Hg_0.8Mo_0.2Sr₂Y_0.5Ca_0.5Cu₆₊ withT _c up to 96 K has been isolated and carefully examined by electron diffraction and X-ray energy dispersive spectrum analyses. Its structure can be attributed to space groupP4/mmm and lattice constantsa=3.82 å andc=11.91 å. Inhomogeneous distribution of the cations was observed, which is considered to be the key to the broadening ofT _c in theR-T curve. The effect of humid atmosphere on the stability of the sample has also been investigated.     

Lateral WSe2 Homojunction through Metal Contact Doping: Excellent Self-powered Photovoltaic Photodetector

Here an IR-heating chemical vapor deposition (CVD) approach enabling fast 2D-growth of WSe₂ thin films is reported, and the great potential of metal contact doping in building CVD-grown WSe₂-based lateral homojunction is demonstrated by contacting with TiN/Ni metals in favor of holes/electrons injection. Shortening nanosheet channel to ≈2 µm leads to pronounced enhancement in the performance of diode. The fabricated WSe₂-based diode exhibits high rectification ratios without the need of gate modulation and can work efficiently as photovoltaic cell, with maximum open circuit voltage reaching up to 620 mV and a high power conversion efficiency over 15%, empowering it as superb self-powered photodetector for visible to near-infrared lights, with photoresponsivity over 0.5 A W⁻¹ and a fast photoresponse speed of 10 µs under 520 nm illumination. It is of practical significance to achieve well-performed photovoltaic devices with CVD-grown WSe₂ using fab-friendly metals and simple processing, which will help pave the way toward future mass production of optoelectronic chips.     

杭州“智慧医疗”系统功能属性用户需求研究

目的确定杭州"智慧医疗"系统用户使用现状及各版块功能属性用户需求模型。方法在综合前期现状调研获取的杭州"智慧医疗"各版块用户行为现状及焦点小组和深入访谈发掘的用户各版块需求基础之上,编制KANO问卷对31家医院455名用户进行调查。结果 (1)用户对于智慧医疗的了解度和使用频率均不高;但使用意愿较强。(2)确立了各版块的KANO属性归类,其中属于线性属性(O)的有诊间结算的支付安全性,属于魅力型(A)的有分时预约的预约便捷性和时间精确性、诊间结算的便捷性、多功能自助机的便捷性和人工指导服务、智慧医疗App的使用便捷性和功能全面性、微信平台推送内容的便民性和及时性。结论 (1)用户对智慧医疗的总体了解度和使用频率均不高,但使用意愿较强,智慧医疗系统应基于用户需求进行优化并强化宣传推广。(2)各功能属性优先顺序如下:诊间结算的支付安全性、分时预约的预约便捷度、诊间结算的便捷度、分时预约的时间精确性、多功能自助机的人工指导服务、操作便捷度、智慧医疗APP功能全面性、使用便捷度、微信平台推送内容的便民度、推送内容及时性。     

多状态可修复k/n系统的随时间响应可靠性研究

利用离散时间的马尔科夫链和半马尔科夫链对复杂的多状态可修复k/n系统元件的多样性进行了分析,给出了元件状态变化以及在状态逗留时间的概率分布计算公式,然后给出了元件在状态变化、状态寿命变化的一步概率转移矩阵,最后根据对元件的分析,导出了系统的可靠度与可用度的预测模型。算例表明,得出的模型易行、有效。

目的针对目前快递包装在功能上发生的新变化,研究基于功能需求与用户体验的快递包装的设计策略,力求增加快递包装的适用性和附加价值,减少包装物废弃和资源浪费。方法秉承减量化和可循环的绿色包装设计理念,分析快递包装的功能变化与用户体验等层次的要求。结论基于功能需求与用户体验来进行的快递包装创新设计,需要外观设计独特,有趣味;信息传达智能化、突出品牌;结构设计注重保护性、针对性和便利性;通过趣味设计,交互体验,情感共鸣,来拓展快递包装的用途。
