冲裁模CAD／CAM结构库之原型法

本文首先给出了一种新的2.5D 实体表示法,然后在此基础上提出了“原型”的概念。原型法的思想运用在结构库的管理中主要体现在它将模具结构与构成这种结构的零件之间的强联系变成弱联系,结构库面向的对象是一个具有整体性和可运算性的结构原型。这样的原型结构库基本上达到了通用性与开放性的要求。     

Freelance 2000 DCS在轴流机上的应用

简要介绍了Freelance 2000 DCS的功能特点以及轴流机的控制要求.结合轴流机的控制特点，用Freelance 2000 DCS对原模拟电子系统进行改造，实现并改进了轴流机流量－静叶位置调节、防喘振控制、逻辑控制、状态监测、信息管理等功能。改造后的系统可靠性高、技术先进、信息管理功能强，其设计思想和方法均可供石化企业大型压缩机控制系统的设计和改造借鉴。     

鄱阳湖控制浅说

该控制工程主要效益是改变鄱阳湖“夏水冬陆”的现状，成为祖国名符其实的第一大淡水湖，水面与避署胜地庐山和历史名城南昌、景德镇等相连，改善沿湖环境，发展航运，增加水产，开发利用丰富的水资源和旅游资源使之与杭州西湖、瑞士日内瓦湖等并列为世界名湖。     

TPS分散型控制系统在骤冷风空调装置中的应用

主要介绍了Honeywell公司TPS系统在直纺涤纶长丝用骤冷风空调装置中的应用。重点说明了该系统的硬件配置和一些复杂控制回路的实施和组态。     

Energy use in controlled temperature marine aquaculture

Temperature control offers benefits in land‐based marine aquaculture: stock growth rates may be enhanced by heating in winter; mortality rates in summer may be reduced by cooling. However, if the plant is not well designed, temperature control may create very large energy demands. This paper describes the application of temperature control in abalone aquaculture in New Zealand, with a focus on energy considerations in plant design. An abalone farm using a semi‐closed water conditioning system is used as a case study for which an energy model, based on a heat pump system, is developed. 石油测井仪器可靠性指标探讨

在分析常用可靠性指标及其应用现状的基础上，根据可靠性理论及石油测井仪器的特点。提出了石油测井仪器的可靠性模型。在探讨常用可靠性指标对石油测井仪器适用性的同时，提出将平衡稳定工作时间NWTURE和免维修测井井次NOLWNM作为石油测井仪器可靠性指标的思想；探讨了获取可靠性指标的途径。给出了推荐使用的石油测井仪器可靠性指标。

Efficient mixed Timoshenko–Mindlin shell elements

The precise representation of rigid body motions in the displacement patterns of curved Timoshenko–Mindlin (TM) shell elements is considered. This consideration requires the development of the strain–displacement relationships of the TM shell theory with regard to their consistency with the rigid body motions. For this purpose a refined TM theory of multilayered anisotropic shells is elaborated. The effects of transverse shear deformation and bending‐extension coupling are included. The fundamental unknowns consist of five displacements and eight strains of the face surfaces of the shell, and eight stress resultants. On the basis of this theory the simple and efficient mixed models are developed. The elemental arrays are derived using the Hu–Washizu mixed variational principle. Numerical results are presented to demonstrate the high accuracy and effectiveness of the developed 4‐node shell elements and to compare their performance with other finite elements reported in the literature.
