Factors Affecting Temperature Distribution along Thickness of Plate during Cooling Process and Their Control Strategies

 Based on the finite difference method, the factors affecting the temperature distribution along the thickness of plate during cooling process were analyzed. They include heat of transformation, heat conduction coefficient, specific heat, carbon content, cooling time, plate thickness and water flow. These factors form the basis of cooling specifications. In order to ensure the temperature distribution homogenous along the thickness, some cooling strategies, such as, interval cooling, zonal arrangement of header, were applied on line. The on-line results showed that the finite difference method can correct simulate the cooling process and that the structure permanence of the steel improved greatly.     

纯十八胺在600 MW直接空冷机组停炉保护中的首次应用

介绍了采用纯十八胺对600MW直接空冷机组停炉保护的工艺、过程和效果。采用了给水系统和汽包同时加药的方式。机组启动后蒸汽品质较快地合格了,表明:直接空冷机组采用纯十八胺进行停炉保护过程简单,效果良好,能缩短机组启动时间,有较好的经济效益。     

高硬高碱水稳定处理的研究

针对高硬高碱水水处理系统，研究一种新型水处理药剂，研究结果表明该复合药剂是一种较理想的阻垢缓蚀剂。     

Thermal performance of flat vapor chamber heat spreader

Experiments were performed to examine the spreading thermal resistance of centrally positioned heat sources and the thermal performance of a water charged, gravity assisted flat vapor chamber to be used for electronic cooling. Parametric studies including different heat fluxes and operating temperatures were conducted, and the effect of the relevant parameters on the cooling performance in terms of the spreading resistance was presented and discussed. The present vapor chamber heat spreader showed a heat removal capacity of 220 W/cm² with a thermal spreading resistance of 0.2 °C/W.

马来西亚沐胶电厂的冷却取水泥沙问题计算研究

为了保证马来西亚沐胶电厂的冷却取水安全,需要研究解决蓄水池的泥沙淤积、清淤频率、冷却水的泥沙含量和粒径,以及引水通道过流能力等一系列泥沙问题。本文首先采用基于非均匀不平衡输沙数学模型对蓄水池的泥沙淤积问题进行了研究,给出了淤积量、淤积沿程分布、冷却水的含沙量和泥沙粒径,对蓄水池清淤频率提出了建议。针对电厂冷却蓄水池引水通道Bedengan河道的过水能力不足问题,提出了以展宽为主和以挖深为主的两种改造方案,给出了改造后的Bedengan河道的断面形态、底标高、底宽等设计参数。研究成果解决了沐胶电厂的工程泥沙问题,对保障电厂运行和冷却用水安全有重要实际意义。

Raising evaporative cooling potentials using combined cooled ceiling and MPCM slurry storage

Evaporative cooling is able to generate the cooling medium at a temperature approaching to the ambient wet bulb temperature. In this paper, a low-energy air-conditioning strategy is proposed, which is a combination of cooled ceiling (CC), microencapsulated phase change material (MPCM) slurry storage and evaporative cooling technologies. The assessment of evaporative cooling availability and utilization is done for five representative climatic cities, including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Lanzhou and Urumqi in China, and the energy saving potential of the proposed air-conditioning system is analyzed by using a well validated building simulation code. The results indicate that the new system offers energy saving potential up to 80% under northwestern Chinese climate and up to 10% under southeastern Chinese climate. The optimal design method of the slurry storage tank is also proposed based on the slurry cooling storage behaviors and cooling demand variations of the ceiling panels.
