催化裂化烟气转硫脱氮和助燃三功能催化剂FP-DSN的工业应用

烟气转硫、脱氮和助燃三功能新型催化剂FP DSN在中国石油天然气股份有限公司锦西石化分公司 1.4Mt/a重油催化裂化装置的工业应用表明 ,此种以La ,Ce ,Sr和Co等元素的氧化物或复合物为活性组分的催化剂 ,在其用量为催化裂化催化剂总藏量的 1%～ 2 %的情况下 ,有较强的脱除烟气中SOx 和NOx 的能力 ,大大减轻了烟气对反应器壁的腐蚀 ,减少了污染气体的排放 ,同时有CO助燃效果 ,装置可不使用其他专门的助燃剂。应用试验时 ,再生器烟气中SOx 的平均脱除率达 72 .85 %,NOx 的平均脱除率达 85 .90 %。该催化剂的使用对催化裂化产品的分布和质量无明显影响。该剂的应用为装置带来了可观的经济效益。     

Metallurgical failure analysis of cold cracking in a structural steel weldment: Revisiting a classic failure mechanism

Cold cracking of structural steel weldments is a well-characterized, well-documented, and well-understood failure mechanism. Extensive effort has been put forth to recognize the welding and materials selection parameters that are conducive to cold cracking; however, these engineering efforts have not fully eliminated the occurrence of such failures. This article describes cold cracking failure specifically related to the construction industry. This particular failure was successfully identified prior to final erection of the structural member, and the weld was successfully reworked. These actions potentially prevented a serious catastrophic event that could have occurred have occurred either later in the construction process or possibly during the use of the building. Individual welding parameters, such as electrode/wire selection, joint design, and pre/postheating, played a role in the failure, and a number of human factors relating to the actual fabrication practices also contributed to the failure process.     

改进催化裂解装置再生立管气固输送状态

荆门分公司催化裂解装置由于使用高堆密度催化剂，再生立管出现了气固输送故障，对反应温度和产品收率影响较大。采取改进措施后取得了显著效果，液化气收率可提高约4个百分点，丙烯收率可提高1－3个百分点。     

砖混结构现浇楼板的裂缝分析及预防措施

针对目前多层住宅采用砖混结构现浇钢筋混凝土产生裂缝的情况，分析了其产生原因，提出了预防措施。指出这些预防措施可使裂缝得到有效控制。

船艇电站仿真与综合管理系统

论文介绍了船艇电站模拟器的组成和实时仿真功能,着重描述了多层次的图形管理系统及其仿真界面。课题将多媒体课件制作与模拟器有机地结合,涵盖了船舶主要电气设备的控制电路,既利于实践训练又便于原理的讲解,并在实践中取得了良好的效果。     

静态水热脱铝处理对HZSM-5分子筛的结构、酸性和催化性能的影响

开发了一种静态水热脱铝的方法。HZSM-5经此法处理后,正戊烷的裂解活性增加,脱氢和芳构化性能加强。可用改变处理温度的方法来控制脱铝的程度。用XRD和吡啶吸附红外技术进行了研究。HZSM-5分子筛催化剂性能的变化用非骨架铝产生的强L酸中心来解释。     

A load dispatch method using fractional programming and semidefinite programming

This paper describes a load dispatch method which minimizes power cost—[fuel cost]/[electric output]—for a power system with thermal plants and energy storage facilities. The proposed method employs fractional programming to convert a minimization problem with fractional objective function to a series of quadratic minimization problems, and semidefinite programming to solve converted problems. The method provides the optimum time‐dependent power output/input and storage level of energy storage facilities as well as time‐dependent power output of thermal plants. The method has been applied to a power system with five thermal plants, two energy storage facilities of various performances, and five load demands. The optimum load scheme of four time mesh points is obtained for the thermal plants and energy storage facilities. The fractional programming successfully converges the optimal scheme through a few iterations. The semidefinite programming deals with a variable matrix of 164 dimensions, and 185 inequality constraints. © 2001 Scripta Technica, Electr Eng Jpn, 138(2): 49–58, 2002
