用信息熵度量软件项目人员流动风险

风险能导致软件项目失败,从而给企业带来损失;它是软件工程的研究热点之一,人员流动风险是软件项目过程中的重大风险,然而却很少有人关注。信息熵能有效度量子系统的均匀程度,提出一种基于信息熵的定量的人员流动风险度量模型;人员对软件项目的影响越均匀,风险越小,否则,关键人员的流动将对项目造成重大影响。不仅论述了模型的合理性,而且给出了模型实例,模型中需要的数据可从企业内部获得。实践表明该模型科学合理,可以作为企业控制软件项目人员流动风险的依据。     

亚硝酸根试纸的开发与研制

本文通过实验确定了一种检测亚硝酸根含量试纸的制备方法。通过实验确定了试纸的材料和显色剂，并对显色剂制备过程中的影响因素进行了分析．实验结果表明：定性中速滤纸可以作为亚硝酸根试纸的材料；含有4-氨基苯磺酰胺和N-1-萘基乙二胺盐酸盐的显色剂A及含有1：1的α-萘胺溶液和对氨基苯磺酸溶液的显色剂B，按1：1混合后可以作为显色剂；通过应用实验表明，亚硝酸根试纸具有体积小、便于携带、检测方便、成本低廉等特点。因此，具有广泛的应用价值和市场开发前景。     

Late developers and the inequity of “equitable utilization” and the harm of “do no harm”

The analysis reveals that these rules increasingly favour first developers. Today, late developers have even less incentive to subscribe to these rules, but instead must either utilize their own dominance or have a powerful ally to develop their water resources. Given the Millennium Development Goals, the existing recommendations on the sharing of international rivers should be revised so as not to favour the early developers.     

DEVELOPER CONTRIBUTIONS: AN ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF SECTION 94 OF THE NSW ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT ACT OF 1979

Reduced funding from higher levels of government to local authorities for infrastructure has induced an increased emphasis on user pays financing techniques, such as Section 94 in NSW. However, an analysis of 1993 data on Section 94 contributions demonstrates that some small local authorities cannot use Section 94 to levy developers in an efficient manner. It is argued that alternative methods of raising funds from developers, like ad valorem taxes, should be employed instead by these councils.     

The Provision of Social Infrastructure in New Urban Development in Three Australian States

Improvements in the planning and provision of social infrastructure in new urban development in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney have been implemented over the last decade. The main focus of attention has been on improved ‘metropolitan coordination systems’ or ‘urban development programs’. The systems operating in the three states are examined with particular reference to the origin of the initiatives, the bureaucratic and financial arrangements which are in place, and the respective roles of local and state governments. Major issues for the future are identified, inparticular the importance of establishing standards and costings of human services, the role of local government, the significance of funding issues and the need to explore alternative sources of financing.

目前,数码纺织品喷射印花技术已少量应用于生产;而数码纺织品静电印花技术尚在研发中,并认为可较大程度地改善喷射印花技术存在的生产速率低和印花成本高的缺点.美国乔治亚技术学院依据纸张静电彩色复印原理,从事数码纺织品静电印花技术研究工作已有十多年,其关键问题为显色剂的制造.目前,美国应用热致相分离技术,已研究制造了一些静电印花所用显色剂.其中有些显色剂的印花加工性能,以及印花后织物的服用性能,都已达到要求.     

Cathodic reduction of 4-nitroso-N,N-dimethylaniline at various electrode materials

This study is concerned with the cathodic reduction of 4-nitroso-N,N-dimethylaniline to 4-amino-N,N-dimethylaniline in 1.0 M HCl and 1.0 M H₂SO₄ containing 10% MeOH. The effect of cathode material, supporting electrolyte, electroactive compound concentration, temperature and current density in the electrochemical synthesis of 4-amino-N,N-dimethylaniline were investigated. The best cathode material was tin, which gave a selectivity of 92.7% with a current yield of 90.3% at a current density of 6 mA cm^–2. The final electrolysis product was obtained as its respective HCl and H₂SO₄ salts and their structures were elucidated using spectrochemical techniques.
