加热方式对聚丙烯酸酯复合胶乳合成反应的影响

采用乳液聚合方式,在搪瓷釜中制备聚丙烯酸酯复合胶乳,根据热量衡算,计算了反应过程中所需的热量,比较了蒸汽加热和热水加热方式的加热效果,以及两种加热方式对乳液粒径和搪瓷釜粘釜情况的影响。结果表明:蒸汽加热方式耗时较短,且乳液成品粒径较小,粘釜情况较热水加热方式有所改善。     

Differential geometry properties of lines of curvature of parametric surfaces and their visualization

We present algorithms for computing the differential geometry properties of lines of curvature of parametric surfaces. We derive a unit tangent vector, curvature vector, binormal vector, torsion, and algorithms to evaluate their higher-order derivatives of lines of curvature of parametric surfaces. Among these quantities, it is shown that the curvature and its first derivative of the lines of curvature lend a hand for the formation of curved plates in shipbuilding. We also visualize the twist of lines of curvature, which enables us to observe how much the osculating plane of the line of curvature turns about the tangent vector.     

太阳能供热系统优化设计的相关问题研究

随着我国建筑总量和建筑能耗的快速增长,传统的供热方式已难以满足建筑供热的需求,而利用太阳能为建筑物供热,则可获得良好的节能和环保效益。就太阳能供热系统优化设计的相关问题进行了分析和研究,以期能为太阳能供热技术的推广和应用提供一定的理论依据。

介绍了一套投资少、传热效果好，控温准确的双闭路循环供热、供冷装置。该装置通过实施，运行平稳、安全可靠。     

Quick Activation of Optimized Zeolites with Microwave Heating and Utilization of Zeolites for Reusable Desiccant

Effectiveness of microwave heating in an activation treatment of zeolites was studied and utilization of zeolites for reusable desiccant was examined. X zeolite was chosen as a target material for its large adsorption capacity. Na-X zeolite easily caused a thermal runaway by microwave radiation of 500 W but Ca contained X zeolite merely reached ca. 573 K under the same conditions. Mixtures of Na-X and Ca-X with suitably mixed ratios did not cause the thermal runaway and their heating temperatures were controlled (>573 K) at will. Under the most suitable conditions, the mixture reached a dehydration degree of 92%. A degradation degree of adsorptive capacity of the mixture for water was examined after three treatments. The average degradation degree was 1.5% per treatment. The heating method is promising as a quick and easy technique to activate zeolite. By applying the method, the zeolites with suitable mixing ratios are usable as a reusable desiccant for home use.     

基于FPGA的自动变模控制感应加热电源全数字锁相环研究

针对感应加热电源频率跟踪设计中传统锁相环电路设计复杂、跟踪速度慢、锁相频带窄、单独模块设计修改繁琐等问题,提出一种基于FPGA的自动变模控制感应加热电源全数字锁相环,即拓展锁相环中心频率频带和采用变模控制实现快速频率跟踪.应用SOC技术完成系统设计,并进行典型频带的计算机仿真.仿真结果证实了该设计具有宽范围的锁相能力及快速精确的频率跟踪性能,满足感应加热电源对负载频率变化的快速跟踪要求.     

基于遥感和模糊数学的矿山地质环境综合评价研究-以红格钒钛磁铁矿区为例

利用IKONOS影像对红格钒钛磁铁矿区的矿山地质环境进行监测,结合实地调查资料,利用模糊数学综合评价法建立了研究区的评价指标体系,并对研究区矿山地质环境进行了综合评价。以研究区内5个规模较大的矿山为评价单元,得到白草铁矿、潘家田铁矿和小黑箐铁矿的矿山地质环境评价等级为Ⅰ(好),优于阳雀箐铁矿的Ⅱ(一般)和红格铁矿的Ⅲ(较差)。研究成果可为矿山地质环境评价、矿产资源合理开发及矿山生态环境综合整治等工作提供参考。     

Coupling of nuclear heating reactor with desalination process

A seawater desalination plant using a nuclear heating reactor (NHR) coupled with the multi-effect distillation (MED) process was developed by the Institute of Nuclear Energy Technology, Tsinghua University, China. The seawater desalination plant was designed to supply potable water demand to some coastal location or island where both fresh water and energy sources are severely lacking. The NHR design possesses intrinsic and passive safety features, which was demonstrated by the NHR-5 experiences. The intermediate circuit and steam circuit were designed as the safety barriers between the NHR and MED desalination systems. With the power range of the heating reactor within 10 to 200 MWt, the desalination plant could provide 8,000 to 160,000 m³/d of potable water of appropriate quality. The design concept and parameters, safety features, and comparative investigation of coupling schemes are presented in the paper.     

烧碱蒸发装置的改进

通过改进工艺流程，科学确定加热面积的配比，合理选择采盐泵等技术改进措施，提高了生产强度，满足了高气压的生产条件，延长了洗效周期，减少了设备的腐蚀，提高了成品碱的质量，满足了生产联二脲的要求并降低了汽耗和电耗，年可节约ll0万元。     

三层结构的氧化锆陶瓷整体烧结研究

对三层结构的ZrO2陶瓷的整体烧结行为进行了较深入的研究,提出了提高三层结构的ZrO2陶瓷整体烧结的措施。研究结果表明:对于三层结构的ZrO2陶瓷,通过采取波浪型界面结构,改进表面层配方,降低升温速率等手段能获得整体烧结性能良好,抗弯强度达到682MPa,硬度15.56GPa的力学性能优良的复合陶瓷材料。
