Loading of a disk cutter on tunnel boring machines (TBM) is usually estimated from global machine thrust. In order to be able to measure cutting forces of an individual disk cutter, a new measurement method was developed and published in a previous paper (Entacher et al., 2012). This study presents the implementation process of the measurement method at the first TBM of the Austrian Koralm tunnel. Results show that peak forces are a multiple of average forces and that the distribution of forces across the tunnel face can be very irregular. The occurring forces are in very good agreement with geological features of the tunnel face such as highly fractured zones and orientation of schistosity. 相似文献

to the TBM fabrication process on reduced activation ferritic martensitic (RAFM) steel microstructure, and to establish the
appropriate hot isostatic pressure (HIP) conditions for the fabrication of RAFM/RAFM steels and beryllium (Be)/RAFM steels
joints without degradation of the mechanical properties of the RAFM steel or delamination of the joined interface. In this
study, RAFM and RAFM steels were joined by HIPing at 1050 °C under 100 MPa for 2 h. During the HIP process, the thermally
altered microstructure and mechanical properties were recovered to the as-received state by subsequent normalizing at 950
°C for 2 h and tempering at 750 °C for 2 h. Be and RAFM steels were also bonded successfully by the application of Ti/Cu interlayers

This study investigates the fundamental reasons of reduction for excavation performance on shield TBM in the Han River riverbed tunnel by means of analysis of field measurement data. For the study: (1) measurement data were analyzed by both the thrust and penetration rate data in a given section with rock types and direction types, (2) a number of disk cutter consumption and types of abrasion were analyzed, (3) an exhaust ratio of screw conveyor and design problem of screw conveyor were analyzed by earth mud which becomes the rock powder. As a result of this study, it was found that the lack of penetration depth caused by lower thrust, disk changes according to rapidly changing rock types, and installed angle of screw conveyor, play an important role in the excavation performance. 相似文献

针对TBM选型单指标决策的局限性和主观臆断的缺陷,引入功效系数法,实现影响TBM选型多个指标的综合决策和定量化。选取地质适应性、线网适应性、施工进度、设备造价、支护费用、洞室稳定性6个具有代表性评价指标,采用Delphi法确定各指标的权重系数,建立TBM选型功效系数法模型。运用所建模型对重庆市地铁6#线一期工程礼嘉站—平场站和平场站—黄茅坪站区间的TBM选型(开敞式TBM、单护盾式TBM、双护盾式TBM、复合式TBM)。研究结果表明:运用功效系数法进行TBM选型,实现了多指标的定量化决策,简单,准确,具有良好的工程应用价值。 相似文献
