Specific energy optimization in sawing of rocks using Taguchi approah简

This work aims at selecting optimal operating variables to obtain the minimum specific energy （SE） in sawing of rocks. A particular granite was sampled and sawn by a fully automated circular diamond sawblades. The peripheral speed, the traverse speed, the cut depth and the flow rate of cooling fluid were selected as the operating variables. Taguchi approach was adopted as a statistical design of experimental technique for optimization studies. The results were evaluated based on the analysis of variance and signal-to-noise ratio （S/N ratio）. Statistically significant operating variables and their percentage contribution to the process were also determined. Additionally, a statistical model was developed to demonstrate the relationship between SE and operating variables using regression analysis and the model was then verified. It was found that the optimal combination of operating variables for minimum SE is the peripheral speed of 25 m/s, the traverse speed of 70 cm/min, the cut depth of 2 cm and the flow rate of cooling fluid of 100 mL/s. The cut depth and traverse speed were statistically determined as the significant operating variables affecting the SE, respectively. Furthermore, the regression model results reveal that the predictive model has a high applicability for practical applications.     

Self-excited vibration problems of maglev vehicle-bridge interaction system

The self-excited vibration problems of maglev vehicle-bridge interaction system were addressed, which greatly degrades the stability of the levitation control, decreases the ride comfort, and restricts the cost of the whole system. Firstly, the coupled model containing the quintessential parts was built, and the mechanism of self-excited vibration was explained in terms of energy transmission from levitation system to bridge. Then, the influences of the parameters of the widely used integral-type proportion and derivation（PD） controller and the delay of signals on the stability of the interaction system were analyzed. The result shows that the integral-type PD control is a nonoptimal approach to solve the self-excited vibration completely. Furthermore, the differential-type PD controller can guarantee the passivity of levitation system at full band. However, the differentiation of levitation gap should be filtered by a low-pass filter due to noise of gap differentiation. The analysis indicates that a well tuned low-pass filter can still keep the coupled system stable.

根据城市居民对供水的可靠性、稳定性、经济节能性的需求,课题组提出了一种基于"双储"模式的供水系统,并按照本市德胜住宅小区的供水要求,设计了一套由储水池、气压罐、变频器、多台水泵机组等主要设备构成的全自动变频恒压供水系统.经过近半年的运行测试,系统有效地解决了传统供水方式中存在的问题,增强了系统的总体性能,有明显的节能效果.

Research on graphite powders used for HTR-PM fuel elements

Different batches of natural graphite powders and electrographite powders were characterized by impurity, degree of graphitization, particle size distribution, specific surface area, and shape characteristics. The graphite balls consist of proper mix-ratio of natural graphite, electrographite and phenolic resin were manufactured and characterized by thermal conductivity, anisotropy of thermal expansion, crush strength, and drop strength. Results show that some types of graphite powders possess very high purity, degree of graphitization, and sound size distribution and apparent density, which can serve for matrix graphite of HTR-PM. The graphite balls manufactured with reasonable mix-ratio of graphite powders and process method show very good properties. It is indicated that the properties of graphite balls can meet the design criterion of HTR-PM. We can provide a powerful candidate material for the future manufacture of HTR-PM fuel elements.     

基于“投资-效益”准则的RC桥墩全寿命总费用

基于性能的抗震设计于20世纪90年代兴起以来,目前在土木建筑方面的文献较多,但是关于桥梁的研究成果较少。采用五级钢筋混凝土桥墩结构性能水平,以钢筋混凝土桥墩墩顶位移角为量化指标,建立了钢筋混凝土桥墩性能水平与钢筋混凝土桥墩位移角限值之间一一对应的关系。将地震危险性分析与最优设防烈度结合起来,建立基于投资-效益准则的RC桥墩全寿命总造价计算的通用框架。     

基于高能效及公平性的移动设备定位算法

通过分析校园师生基于GPS的真实活动轨迹,以及何种算法才最适合具有自私性的移动用户展开合作,提出一种高能效及用户公平定位技术.通过采用代理设备合作思想,提出一种集中式最优算法,在保证固定精度界限和设备公平的基础上,实现移动设备GPS时间平均功率最小化.通过控制退避时间和GPS关闭时间,提出一种分布式准最优算法.最后,基于多种拓扑结构进行全面的仿真实验,验证了算法的高能效性和公平性.     

亭子口水电站跌坎消力池减压模型试验研究

采用1:40减压模型,通过测试流态、水下噪声和脉动压力等水力参数,对亭子口水电站闸墩尾部跌坎式底流消力池的空化空蚀特性进行了研究。成果表明：闸墩尾部区域存在强度为发展阶段的剪切流空化,采用8.00 m高度的跌坎消力池后,消力池底板空蚀破坏的可能性较小;但消力池边墙与闸墩内壁侧扩距离较小时,边墙空蚀破坏的可能性较大;消力池边墙与闸墩内壁侧扩距离增至4.20 m时,边墙空蚀破坏的可能性显著降低。
