网电空间战与能力建设研究

随着信息化步伐的加快,网电空间正在不断加深对人类社会的影响。网电空间的重要作用已经得到世界各国的广泛认同。网电空间战将成为未来战争的重要部分。本文分析了网电空间的定义和重要性,介绍了网电空间战的威力,研究了美国网电空间战能力建设中的重要举措,指出我国加强网电空间战能力建设的必要性。     

Enhancing social media competitiveness of small businesses: insights from small pizzerias

Social media provide an online platform for enterprises to engage existing customers and attract new customers. Although social media can be easily set up at no cost, however, due to limited human and financial resources, many small businesses find it challenging to compete against large enterprises in social media use. While more and more small businesses have jumped on the bandwagon of social media in recent years, few studies investigated the social media strategies that can help small businesses to survive and even thrive against large competitors in the social media arena. Therefore, we studied 32 small pizzerias in a mid-size U.S. city in terms of their social media use for business. Our study found that small pizzerias emphasizing social media use on community relations and social responsibility tend to be more successful in attracting and engaging local customers. This study also sheds light on both effective strategies and successful practices of social media use by small pizzerias. The insights and recommendations identified from this study can help small businesses to enhance their social media competitiveness against large enterprises.     

“信息论与编码”双语教学课程建设与实践

近年来,随着信息技术的飞速发展和对外交流的日益频繁,我校和中国其他高校一样在双语教学方面做了一系列的探索与实践。文章就我校开展的《信息论与编码》双语教学课程的特点,提出了在本科教学中的双语教学课程建设与教学改革方案并在教学中取得了良好的效果,具有一定的借鉴意义。     

PVC建材表面缺陷检测系统研究与设计

为满足PVC建材表面缺陷在线系统高速、高分辨率的检测要求,提出PVC建材表面缺陷检测的系统设计方案。为保证检测系统的实时性,硬件上采用面阵CCD摄像机与LED面光源相结合的图像采集装置,软件上采用实时处理和准实时处理相结合的图像处理方法。针对缺陷图像高噪声、直方图单峰明显的特征,提出边缘检测分割技术与数学形态处理相结合的算法流程。通过分析图像缺陷的统计特性,提取PVC建材表面缺陷区域的特征参数,利用基于决策树的分类器将缺陷分为气泡、色痕、裂痕等。实验结果验证算法的有效性和实时性,其缺陷的检出率达到95%以上,识别率达90%以上。     

利用贝叶斯结构模型的复杂形状建筑物提取

现有的建筑物轮廓提取方法在处理非矩形的复杂形状建筑物时存在局限性,为克服这一缺点,提出一种航拍图像复杂形状建筑物轮廓的提取方法.针对复杂形状建筑物结构不规则的特点,提出一种贝叶斯结构模型.该模型以概率的形式表示建筑物边缘之间的连接关系;并引入Boosting决策树方法,综合考虑建筑物边缘周围的颜色和纹理等多种图像信息,增强了模型的鲁棒性.另外,设计了一种长度归一化的能量函数来描述建筑物轮廓,并运用图优化算法全局寻优,实现对建筑物轮廓的提取.实验结果表明,该方法能有效地提取多种复杂形状建筑物的轮廓.

摘要：随着信息和信息技术的发展,信息工程技术越发的发挥着重要作用,信息工程技术以越来越高的频率出现在我们眼前,信息工程技术的应用越来越得到人们的重视。本文介绍了信息工程技术,介绍了信息工程技术建设办公自动化和违法建筑违法用地监测的意义和方法。     

组态控制在混凝土搅拌楼系统中的应用

本文根据混凝土搅拌楼的生产流程和控制要求,提出了新的工业控制技术-组态控制在混凝土搅拌楼控制系统的应用研究过程。重点介绍了利用MCGS组态软件进行监控界面开发的过程。分析了控制系统的体系结构,完成了系统运行状态的实时显示、报表显示、多样化报警、数字校称、配方管理等功能.研究提高了系统的实用性、安全性,是混凝土搅拌楼控制系统新的发展方向。     

Mining e-Learning domain concept map from academic articles

Recent researches have demonstrated the importance of concept map and its versatile applications especially in e-Learning. For example, while designing adaptive learning materials, designers need to refer to the concept map of a subject domain. Moreover, concept maps can show the whole picture and core knowledge about a subject domain. Research from literature also suggests that graphical representation of domain knowledge can reduce the problems of information overload and learning disorientation for learners. However, construction of concept maps typically relied upon domain experts in the past; it is a time consuming and high cost task. Concept maps creation for emerging new domains such as e-Learning is even more challenging due to its ongoing development nature. The aim of this paper is to construct e-Learning domain concept maps from academic articles. We adopt some relevant journal articles and conference papers in e-Learning domain as data sources, and apply text-mining techniques to automatically construct concept maps for e-Learning domain. The constructed concept maps can provide a useful reference for researchers, who are new to the e-Leaning field, to study related issues, for teachers to design adaptive learning materials, and for learners to understand the whole picture of e-Learning domain knowledge.     

面向网格简化的数据结构快速生成方法

针对网格简化算法需要的显式和完整拓扑关系,筛选出有效的数据结构,结合MC(MT)算法计算过程的特点,设计六体素法算法。该算法能在MC(MT)算法抽取等值面的同时完成简化算法所需的数据结构,减少了简化算法前数据结构预处理所耗费的时间和空间。     

基于WEB的示范性建设专业网站管理系统的设计

根据高校示范性建设专业建设与申报的需要,主要利用Dream Weaver 8和MicroSoft Access 2000数据库系统构成一个完整的软件开发环境,设计一个通用高校示范性建设专业网站的后台管理系统平台。为高校示范性建设专业的网站建设提供完整的网站框架,各专业教师只需利用该后台管理系统平台就可方便快捷的完成各示范性建设专业的所有网络资源和网站的建设。
