火力发电厂性能指标一致化问题的思考和建议

针对火力发电厂纯凝汽式机组主要性能指标计算的影响因素,结合国内外不同标准对于机组工况的定义,提出了性能指标计算取值过程当中存在的工况不一致的问题,分析了问题存在的原因,提出了解决问题的建议。

Transgenic technology will bring health and environmental risks, which require people's assessment. The assessment includes two factors: ethics and values. From the perspectives ethics theory and consequences theory, this paper summarizes and analyzes the ethical principles and values involved in transgenic technology and argues that the policy-making concerning transgenic technology must base on deliberative democracy and be guided by precautionary principle. The relatively high costs of democratic policy-making, compared with that of experts policy-making, is the price modern people in the risky society have to pay.

On-line acoustic viscometry in oil condition monitoring

The paper describes the theoretical standpoints of developing magnetoelastic viscometers and a concept of viscosity measurement. The magnetoelastic viscometer has shown the readings close to the capillary viscometer. Testing of the oils with PMMA viscosity-index improvers by viscometers has indicated changes in rheological properties observed in the non-Newtonian behavior of the oils. With increase in content or molecular weight of the improver, the non-Newtonian behavior of the oil appeared at lower frequencies of viscosity measurements.     

Towards Zero Carbon Homes in England? From Inception to Partial Implementation

In 2007, the UK Government announced an ambitious zero-carbon target for all new housing in England. This paper shows how the definition and its associated policies emerged from discourses of environmental policy innovation; how the problem subsequently became framed as one of mainstreaming, consequent upon the apparent success of experimental schemes and defined in more detail through the interaction between pressure group politics and the technical analyses that accompanied the government's consultation exercises. Finally, it shows how regional and local variations in housing and property markets are likely to influence the ease of zero carbon development. The analysis uses concepts drawn from both the science and technology literature and the literature on policy implementation.

水热法制备粉煤灰钙基脱硫剂

文章研究了利用粉煤灰和Ca(OH)2为原料水热反应制备钙基脱硫剂。影响钙基脱硫剂钙剂利用率最主要的因素是水浴温度(TH),它的最佳值是90℃;温度上下浮动5℃,利用率将降低20%。其次还有水浴温度、粉煤灰与Ca(OH)2质量比(FC)、水固比(LS),这些因素的波动对利用率的影响相对较小。水浴时间(tH)达到8 h以上,FC在5～10的范围内变化,LS在8～18的范围内变化均能制备具有较高利用率的钙基脱硫剂。     

Negative refraction of a surface plasmon polariton

We study theoretically the negative refraction of a surface plasmon polariton. The system we consider consists of a vacuum that is in a contact with two metals that each fill a quarter space with a periodic boundary between them. The interface of each of the metals with the vacuum supports a surface plasmon polariton. When a surface plasmon polariton passes through the periodic boundary between the metals it transforms partly into the Bragg beams of the refracted and reflected surface plasmon polaritons and partly into volume waves in the vacuum. A suitable choice of the period can ensure that the only propagating Bragg beams of the refracted surface plasmon polariton are the specular beam and the (?1)-order beam, which is negatively refracted. With a suitable choice for the form of the profile function and its amplitude the specular beam can be made to vanish.

非重叠Mortar有限元法在电磁分析中的应用

Mortar元法（mortarelement method,MEM）是一种新型区域分解算法,它允许将求解区域分解为多个子域,在各个区域以最适合子域特征的方式离散。在各个区域的交界面上,边界节点不要求逐点匹配,而是通过建立加权积分形式的Mortar条件使得交界面上的传递条件在分布意义上满足。Mortar有限元法（mortar finite element method,MFEM）将MEM和有限元法（finite element method,FEM）相结合,在各区域中分别使用FEM网格离散,区域的交界面上通过施加Mortar条件实现区域间的自由度连续。该文阐述了非重叠Mortar有限单元法（non-overlappingMFEM,NO-MVEM）的基本原理,介绍了NO-MFEM的程序实现过程,使用NO-MFEM对2维静磁场问题和3维静电场问题进行了计算,并与FEM模型结果进行对比,验证了该文方法咐有效性。将NO-MFEM应用于电磁分析,丰富了电磁场数值计算理论,为运动涡流问题和大规模问题的分析提供了新的选择。
