芳烃抽提装置技术改造

由于中国石化锦西石化分公司600kt／a连续重整装置的建设，芳烃抽提装置的原料由原来的脱戊烷油变为Ce组分。为此，对抽余油水洗塔和芳烃分离部分的苯塔塔盘，以及苯塔塔顶和塔底抽出部分进行了改造，更换部分机泵和增加变频泵，并将常规仪表改为DCS控制。改造后装置实现一次开车成功，生产出合格产品。抽余油中总芳烃含量小于0．1％，苯回收率达到99%以上。     

Limit load analysis of strength undermatched welded T-joints under bending

An increasing amount of laser beam welded T‐joints (e.g. skin‐stringer) of aluminium alloys are now in use in advanced fuselage applications designed as ‘integral structures’ for weight and cost savings. It is known that weld joints generally show lower strength (undermatching) than base metal in both laser beam and friction stir welded joints of 6xxx series Al‐alloys. Damage tolerance considerations in terms of the residual strength of such joints require limit load solutions to be used in engineering fitness‐for‐service (FFS) analysis. The paper, therefore, provides an upper bound limit load solution in closed form for welded T‐joints (idealized) with strength undermatching and subject to a bending moment. In addition to the necessary requirements of the upper bound theorem, the kinematically admissible velocity field chosen leads to a stress field, which satisfies the equilibrium equations and some stress boundary conditions in the plastic zone. This is an advantage of the solution and, therefore, it is expected that the upper bound obtained is close to the exact limit load of such joints.     

Evaluation of Laminated Circular Elastomeric Bearings

This paper evaluates the behavior and performance of laminated circular elastomeric bearings and compares them to those of square and rectangular bearings. The study included an experimental evaluation and a nationwide survey of state Department of Transportations on the use and performance of circular bearings and bearings in general in their states. The experimental investigation studied the bearings' behavior in compression, compression and rotation, and compression and shear. Results from this limited study showed that the three bearings have similar stress-strain behavior in compression and they are in agreement with the AASHTO LRFD guide stress–strain curves. In compression and rotation, the AASHTO LRFD substructure moments are slightly less than the measured values for circular bearings and rectangular bearings rotated about their strong axis for a compressive stress of 10.3?MPa (1.5?ksi) and slightly higher than those of rectangular bearings rotated about their weak axis. In compression and shear, the shear stiffness of circular and square bearings is in agreement with theoretical values within the range of design displacements. Results from the survey showed that many states are using circular bearings and more states would consider using them, however no maintenance or monitoring data were available on their short-term and long-term performance.     

催化重整装置的扩能改造

介绍湛江东兴炼油厂的重整装置由200kt／a扩能至300kt／a中有关催化重整反应动力学模拟计算软件的应用、反应工艺技术的改造、装置标定的情况。结合装置实际情况，采用两段装填、两段混氢技术提升了装置的技术水平。标定结果表明，改造后的装置达到了预期目的。     

鞍钢现有人造富矿产能及1600万t/a生铁规模的合理炉料结构的探讨

简要介绍了鞍钢现有人造富矿生产能力，分析了鞍钢生产1600万t／a生铁所需要的炉料数量、品种和质量，并提出了解决炉料缺口的方法和措施。     

高炉与风机配置的优化

根据高炉风机配置的具体情况 ,为充分发挥大风机生产优势 ,建立了适宜的送风制度及装料制度 ,对利旧风机采取了自动防喘振控制、高压水阻软启动的措施 ,风机仪表采用集散控制 ,并优化上料系统 ,提高了高炉上料能力。一系列优化方案保证了高炉稳定、安全、顺行 ,1号、2号高炉利用系数分别由 3 .3 64、3 .43 2t/m3.d提高到 3 .917和 3 .767t/m3.d。     

Eye movements of young and older adults during reading.

The eye movements of young and older adults were tracked as they read sentences varying in syntactic complexity. In Experiment 1, cleft object and object relative clause sentences were more difficult to process than cleft subject and subject relative clause sentences; however, older adults made many more regressions, resulting in increased regression path fixation times and total fixation times, than young adults while processing cleft object and object relative clause sentences. In Experiment 2, older adults experienced more difficulty than young adults while reading cleft and relative clause sentences with temporary syntactic ambiguities created by deleting the that complementizers. Regression analyses indicated that readers with smaller working memories need more regressions and longer fixation times to process cleft object and object relative clause sentences. 本文总结了近年冶金炉渣氮酸盐容量的研究方法，氮在炉渣中存在形态与炉渣氧分压的关系，炉渣氮化物容量与温度及炉渣成分的关系，并给出设计钢液脱氮渣系的基本原则。     

实行全面质量管理 做好江口水电站工程设计

江口水电站是芙蓉江干流开发中的骨干工程。为认真履行江口工程的设计合同，确保优质、高效地完成江口工程的各项设计工作，长江委设计院实行全面质量管理，建立了一套规范化的统计管理程序，制订详细的设计计划，落实江口工程项目各级责任人的质量责任制，采取特殊技术措施，对工程设计过程中的各项质量活动进行全过程的管理，使江口工程在满足质量标准、合同进度的情况下，工程投资最省。     

评定飞航导弹单发命中概率的方法研究

通过对抽样检验方法的研究,确立了区间估计的下限公式,用来在已知样本值的情况下确定导弹单发命中概率出现在该区间内的置信水平和精确度。
