Vascular tissue engineering has made prodigious progress in recent years by converging multidisciplinary approaches. Latest technological advancements foster the development of next-generation tissue-engineered vascular grafts (TEVGs) for treating various vasculopathies. While traditional therapeutic methods rely on bypassing the severely damaged vessels with synthetic counterparts with no growth potential, contemporary perspectives focus on biodegradable conduits bestowing an inherent remodeling capability. This review highlights emerging innovative trends and technologies adopted to pragmatically fulfill current scientific needs while improving overall TEVG performance in pre-clinical and clinical settings. A comprehensive overview of various milestones achieved in the past few decades is first summarized, followed by an appraisal of the significant hurdles for clinical translation. The latest techniques to rationally address critical challenges, viz., intimal hyperplasia, thrombosis, constructive graft remodeling, and adequate neo-tissue formation are discussed. Finally, an update on ongoing clinical trials is provided and future perspectives required to persuade TEVGs to become a clinical reality are delineated. 相似文献

In this paper, we propose a superjunction trench gate MOSFET (SJ TGMOSFET) fabricated through a simple p pillar forming process using deep trench and boron silicate glass doping process technology to reduce the process complexity. Throughout the various boron doping experiments, as well as the process simulations, we optimize the process conditions related with the p pillar depth, lateral boron doping concentration, and diffusion temperature. Compared with a conventional TGMOSFET, the potential of the SJ TGMOSFET is more uniformly distributed and widely spread in the bulk region of the n drift layer due to the trenched p‐pillar. The measured breakdown voltage of the SJ TGMOSFET is at least 28% more than that of a conventional device. 相似文献

采用Nd∶YAG连续激光器对2mm厚NiTi形状记忆合金(SMA)进行激光焊接。研究了激光焊接过程中激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量、侧吹保护气流量等主要工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响。结果表明,激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量等工艺参数的合理匹配是实现NiTi合金良好焊缝成形的关键因素。线能量为59~75.6J/mm时能获得最佳焊缝成形;离焦量在-2~3mm时均能使厚度2mmNiTi合金试件焊透,其中离焦量在0~1mm可以得到最佳焊缝成形;当侧吹气流量为15~20L/min时,气体保护效果和焊缝成形最好。通过大量工艺实验得到2mm厚NiTi合金焊接速度与激光功率的不同匹配对焊缝成形影响的曲线,为NiTi合金焊接加工及工程应用提供参考。 相似文献

Forx = 0.2, the metal vacancy concentrations are determined between 336 and 660° C for three different compositions(y) within the homogeneity region and range from 2.4 to6.8 x 1019cm−3. The enthalpy of formation of a singly-ionized metal vacancy is derived to be between 0.17 and 0.45 eV depending upon the
deviation from stoichiometry (compositiony). Forx= 0.4, three samples of different y-values give the metal vacancy concentrations from 1.9 to 5.5 x 1019cm−3 between 316 and 649° C, and the enthalpy of vacancy formation between 0.25 and 0.40 eV. Compared to the recent data on HgTe(s),
these experimental results show a slight but significant decrease in the enthalpy of vacancy formation from HgTe to Hg0.8Cd0.2Te, which supports theoretical predictions of the bond weakening effect of Cd for the latter alloy system. Based on the simultaneously
determined equilibrium Hg partial pressures within the homogeneity range, the vacancy concentration-partial pressure isotherms
are constructed. The Hg partial pressures are also measured along the three-phase boundaries of the solid solutions of bothx = 0.2 and 0.4, and these are in close agreement with published data obtained by optical absorption measurements. 相似文献

Numerous research articles exist for backbone formation in wireless networks; however, they cannot be applied straightforward in cognitive radio network (CRN) due to its peculiar characteristics. Since virtual backbone has many advantages such as reduced routing overhead, dynamic maintenance, and fast convergence speed, we intend to propose a backbone formation protocol in CRN. In this paper, we propose a tree‐based backbone formation protocol along with its maintenance. Our protocol is based on non‐iterative approach, thus leading towards limited message overhead and faster convergence speed. The proposed algorithm first forms the tree by maintaining the parent‐child relationship, and second, the parent nodes are connected together to form the virtual backbone.
