随着石油工业的发展,API螺纹由于其结构上的限制无法满足深井、超深井和高温高压油气井的要求,正逐步被连接强度高、密封性能优异的气密封螺纹接头所替代。为此,针对气密扣台肩与密封面过渡区域应力集中严重的问题,设计了一种带有应力释放槽结构的新型气密扣,利用有限元仿真研究了气密扣主要结构参数对其性能的影响。研究结果表明:较小的齿形角度变化对螺纹整体的等效应力分布影响较小;0°承载面齿形角性价比较高,10°导向面齿形角最为合适,10°台肩最为合适。研究结果可为气密扣结构参数优化设计提供理论依据。  相似文献

A series of 2′,7′‐diarylspiro(cyclopropane‐1,9′‐fluorene) derivatives are efficiently synthesized and characterized to determine the reason for the “green‐light” emission of these compounds. These compounds exhibit bright‐violet to blue photoluminescence (PL) (λPLmax = 353–419 nm) with excellent PL quantum efficiencies (ΦPL = 83–100 %) in solution and show high thermal stabilities (Td = 267–474 °C). The variation of the optical properties of these molecules in the solid state depends on the different stacking modes of these compounds containing different substituents, which are revealed by crystallographic analysis. CH…π hydrogen bonds instead of intermolecular π–π interactions act as the driving force between adjacent fluorenes, even though a very small dialkyl group (cyclopropane) is introduced at the C‐9 position of fluorene. The crosslike molecular stacking efficiently reduces the energy transfer between the herring‐like aggregates and therefore results in the absence of a “green‐light” emission tail. In order to determine the cause of the “green‐light” emission tails, the fluorescence spectra of the films annealed in N2 or in air are recorded. Broad green‐light emission tails were observed for the films annealed in air, which might be caused by fluorenone defects generated during processing or during the course of the photophysical analysis by reaction with residual oxygen.  相似文献

Hierarchically ordered structures facilitate the incorporation of diverse functions simultaneously. The present report introduces a simple and novel strategy for producing hierarchically ordered polymeric films. Hierarchical ordering of aqueous droplets on a polymer solution is realized by the imposition of physical confinement via various shaped gratings. After drying of the solution, well‐ordered hierarchical structures were fabricated in the remaining polymer film. The size of the grating structure and the lattice size of spontaneous hexagonally packed aqueous pores comprise two different length scales, thereby offering multiscale ordering. Interfacial wetting of the polymer solution to the grating surface was crucial in terms of obtaining a highly ordered structure that can be tuned by dissolving a small amount of surfactant in the polymer solution. The present novel approach provides a new opportunity for lithography‐free fabrication of complex hierarchical structures.  相似文献

本文针对目前高层建筑中常用的外钢框架-内混凝土核心筒混合结构体系的弹塑性地震位移的实用计算开展研究。在合理选取一定数量的地震记录及典型的结构形式的基础上,采用经实验检验的分析模型与计算程序,得到了钢-混凝土混合结构的弹塑性层间相对位移与主要结构参数之间的大致规律,并通过统计分析,得到了混合结构的弹塑性层间相对位移与各参数的定量关系,以此提出了进行罕遇地震下高层钢-混凝土混合结构弹塑性位移验算时的计算数表。  相似文献

Aluminum‐gallium‐nitride alloys (Al x Ga1– x N, 0 ≤ x ≤ 1) can emit light covering the ultraviolet spectrum from 210 to 360 nm. However, these emitters have not fulfilled their full promise to replace the toxic and fragile mercury UV lamps due to their low efficiencies. This study demonstrates a promising approach to enhancing the luminescence efficiency of AlGaN multiple quantum wells (MQWs) via the introduction of a lateral‐polarity structure (LPS) comprising both III and N‐polar domains. The enhanced luminescence in LPS is attributed to the surface roughening, and compositional inhomogeneities in the N‐polar domain. The space‐resolved internal quantum efficiency (IQE) mapping shows a higher relative IQE in N‐polar domains and near inversion domain boundaries, providing strong evidence of enhanced radiative recombination efficiency in the LPS. These experimental observations are in good agreement with the theoretical calculations, where both lateral and vertical band diagrams are investigated. This work suggests that the introduction of the LPS in AlGaN‐based MQWs can provide unprecedented tunability in achieving higher luminescence performance in the development of solid state light sources.  相似文献

Edges of 2D transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) are well known as highly reactive sites, thus researchers have attempted to maximize the edge site density of 2D TMDs. In this work, metal‐organic framework (MOF) templates are introduced to synthesize few‐layered WS2 nanoplates (a lateral dimension of ≈10 nm) confined in Co, N‐doped hollow carbon nanocages (WS2_Co‐N‐HCNCs), for highly sensitive NO2 gas sensors. WS2 precursors are assembled in the surface cavity of Co‐based zeolite imidazole framework (ZIF‐67) and subsequent pyrolysis produced WS2_Co‐N‐HCNCs. During the pyrolysis, the carbonized ZIF‐67 are doped by Co and N elements, and the growth of WS2 is effectively suppressed, creating few‐layered WS2 nanoplates functionalized Co‐N‐HCNCs. The WS2_Co‐N‐HCNCs exhibit outstanding NO2 sensing characteristics at room temperature, in terms of response (48.2% to 5 ppm), selectivity, response and recovery speed, and detection limit (100 ppb). These results are attributed to the enhanced adsorption and desorption kinetics of NO2 on abundant WS2 edges, confined in the gas permeable HCNCs. This work opens up an efficient way for the facile synthesis of edge abundant few‐layered TMDs combined with porous carbon matrix via MOF templating route, for applications relying on highly active sites.  相似文献

针对某西部油田商检时发现的特殊螺纹油管接头现场端接箍胀大问题,进行调查研究、有限元分析、上扣验证试验和密封验证试验。结果表明:特殊螺纹油管接头工厂端上扣后,现场端接箍的螺纹中径胀大很小,但密封面直径胀大较大; 接头的壁厚越厚、上扣转矩越大、拐点转矩越低和台肩宽度越窄,密封面直径胀大就越明显。研究还发现接箍过大的胀大量会导致接头密封失效。为防止接箍胀大而影响密封性能,建议生产厂严格控制拐点转矩、适当延长转矩台肩宽度,并将这两项指标列入检验标准; 同时,建议油田制订验收标准时限定接箍密封面直径胀大量,并据此调整验收标准的公差范围。  相似文献

为了研究油套管螺纹接头不同密封结构参数与密封面粘扣的关系,以Φ346.08 mm×15.88 mm P110套管特殊螺纹接头为例,设计了不同的密封面参数,并进行实物上、卸扣试验,通过试验分析提出可以用摩擦功这一量化指标来表征密封面抗粘扣性能。研究表明,当摩擦功小于387 kJ时,粘扣风险较低;密封结构不匹配会导致密封面接触发生“犁削效果”,即使摩擦功很小也会发生粘扣,属于非正常摩擦磨损。  相似文献

We present a study of the electro-optical properties ofHg 1- xCdxTe epitaxial layers and Hg1-x CdxTe/CdTe (0.28 < x < 0.30) superlattice structures by x-ray diffraction, lateral transport and photo- and magneto-luminescence measurements. Systematic studies of the excitation intensity and magnetic field dependence of the photoluminescence revealed direct evidence of an excitonic contribution to the observed luminescence in Hg1- xCdxTe epitaxial layers. Similar investigations of the superlattice structures indicated that excitonic corrections were required to adequately fit the luminescence data. Optical gains of 80 cm−1 were obtained for an excitation intensity of 100 kW/cm2 indicating suitable electro-optical properties for making efficient mid-infrared laser diodes.  相似文献
