Building prices and construction costs for housing construction in Germany are growing dynamically. The main cost drivers are still legal, normative and other regulations that are generally drawn up at federal level. However, the trend in building prices also shows that intense building activity is also affecting prices. This trend is also complex: the trend in the groups of trades concerned with carcass work can be categorised between the rate of inflation and increased building prices. The price trend in the whole of technical completion, on the other hand, is disproportionate, and it is these completion trades (heating, ventilation, sanitation and electrical) that are actually driving construction costs. Building materials for primary construction of our residential buildings are also developing at different rates. Masonry falls within the sphere of the general growth rate of prices, while reinforced concrete and wood are much higher. This overall trend shows the finiteness of supposedly simple solutions for accelerating the rate of construction in housing construction. Serial building can only offer a niche solution. Far more intelligent is the use of standardised construction, i.e. repetition of ideal ground plans, development types and standardised buildings that can be adapted to the conditions at each site. Furthermore, it is clear that the use of masonry construction in a multi‐floor residential building is still the most economical type of building to construct in Germany. 相似文献

The repeated unidirectional bending (RUB) process was carried out on an AZ31B magnesium alloy in order to investigate its effects on the cold stamping formability. The limiting drawing ratio (LDR) of the RUB processed magnesium alloy sheet with an inclination of basal pole in the rolling direction can reach 1.5 at room temperature. It was also confirmed that cell phone housings can be stamped successfully in crank press using the RUB processed AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet. The improvement of the stamping formability at room temperature can be attributed to the texture modifications, which led to a lower yield strength, a larger fracture elongation, a smaller Lankford value (r-value) and a larger strain hardening exponent (n-value). 相似文献

DIY Home Improvements in a Post-Soviet Housing Market: A Socio-Spatial Analysis of Vilnius,Lithuania
As part of the Large Analysis and Review of European housing and health Status (LARES), the WHO collected data in eight European cities during 2001 and 2002. Using this data, the paper analyses home-related ‘do-it-yourself (DIY)’ activities in Vilnius, Lithuania where housing was privatized following the collapse of Communism. The paper investigates whether DIY activities were prevalent near the ‘Old Town’ where officials encouraged renovation. It was found that overall, DIY activities were prevalent among households in 2001–2002 regardless of socio-economic status. However, residents of particular housing types were not more likely to engage in DIY activities nor was DIY activity associated with condition of buildings and open spaces between buildings. Nonetheless, perceptions of neighborhood quality were important in explaining DIY activity. The findings also show that DIY activity was no greater in/near the gentrifying city center than elsewhere. Interviews with Vilnius officials suggest several aspects of the local household or neighborhood environment not captured by the survey that help explain study findings. 相似文献
