施工项目管理与贯标工作相融合的探索与实践

由于建筑工程施工的单件性、复杂性，在工程项目实施过程中贯标工作与工程项目管理工作通常不太融合，有时甚至形成“两层皮”现象。因此，针对这一现象，在承建410t／h锅炉工程中，借贯彻2000版ISO9001标准的有力时机，进行了工程项目管理与贯标工作融合性的探索与实践，取得了较好的效果。     

Distinguishing the adoption of business intelligence systems from their implementation: the role of managers’ personality profiles

For decades, the marketing guidelines of enterprise software providers have focused on those managers who are likely to be more innovative in adopting new information systems. The current study argues that this approach demands improvements for two reasons: (1) this tactic may be biased, since past studies have only examined the single trait of innovativeness and its impact on an individual adoption intention and (2) the organisational implementation intention might be more important than the individual adoption intention, but the former has been largely ignored in the existing literature. Based on the case of business intelligence (BI) systems and data from 62 senior managers, this study is a pioneer in that it empirically reveals that managers’ individual adoption intention is distinct from their organisational implementation intention. Further, while managers’ innovativeness may be a significant determinant of their individual adoption intention towards BI systems, the issue of whether managers actually implement BI systems in their organisations is dominated by their involvement characteristics. Fruitful suggestions are proposed for practitioners and scholars.

针对海绵城市径流总量控制目标,提出一种在城市规划体系中控制性详细规划和修建性详细规划阶段分解落实年径流总量控制率的方法。在控制性详细规划阶段分解径流总量控制指标时,分步骤先后确定各项低影响开发措施的面积率和下沉深度;在修建性详细规划阶段,配合径流总量控制指标分解结果,给出适宜的各项低影响开发措施的技术实施导则,以保证各单项指标的正确实施,并以某项目为例介绍了技术实施导则的构建方法。     

机场综合监视与引导系统运动模块设计及实现

随着民航运输业的迅猛发展,机场起落流量逐年增大,机场内各种车辆的运行给机场场面管理带来巨大的压力。对于目前民航这种发展形势,近年来提出了地面滑行引导与控制系统概念,该概念旨在满足繁忙机场的滑行引导与控制需求。结合传统地面滑行引导与控制系统概念设计了滑行引导运动模块,并通过C＋＋实现。     

Information systems use as strategy practice: A multi-dimensional view of strategic information system implementation and use

Information systems (IS) are strategic in so far as they are used to realize strategic intent. Yet, while much has been said about aligning IS functionality with the strategic intent and how to organizationally implement strategically aligned systems, less is known of how to successfully implement strategic change associated with system use – a truly critical challenge within strategic IS implementation. Drawing on a strategy-as-practice perspective we address this gap by developing a multi-dimensional view of IS strategy, conceptualizing three key challenges in the IS strategy process, to explain how and why a paper mill, despite successfully implementing a strategic production management system, failed to produce intended strategic change. We call this outcome strategy blindness: organizational incapability to realize the strategic intent of implemented, available system capabilities. Using a longitudinal case study we investigate how cognitive rigidity of key actors and fixed, interrelated practices shaped the implementation of the new production system. We also identify core components and dynamics that constitute a richer multi-dimensional view of the IS strategy implementation (alignment) process. In particular, we identify three salient factors that contribute to strategy blindness – mistranslation of intent, flexibility of the IT artifact and cognitive entrenchment – and discuss how they affect strategic implementation processes. We conclude by discussing implications of our findings for IS strategy theory and practice, especially the contribution of strategy-as-practice to this stream of research.     

刍议情境教学在软件开发教学中的实施方式及作用
