关于我国上市公司财务治理问题的探讨

以产权理论、代理理论和信息经济学等理论为基础，分析了财务决策权配置的影响因素，如产权状况、信息特征和资本结构等；并从代理成本、信息成本的角度提出了财务治理权配置的基本模型；根据对模型的分析，提出了完善我国财务治理机制的建议。

税务代理作为社会中介服务体系的一个重要组成部分,应在维护征纳双方的合法权益方面发挥重要作用,但是在实际代理过程中却存在着一些不尽人意的地方。本文从目前税务代理存在的问题出发,对如何更好地发挥其作用进行了探讨。     

科技产业化环境存在的主要问题及原因分析

“九五”以来，我国科技产业化环境建设取得了有目共睹的成绩，但仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题：如相关体制环境、配套政策法规需要改革完善；科技与金融结合通道不畅；中介服务能力不足；复合型人才缺乏；科技产业化体系分割、分散；科技计划管理存在不足等。产生这些问题的主要原因是：如科技体制改革相对滞后；政府宏观调控作用有待加强；政府一些微观管理措施欠妥；科技产业化的依靠力量相对弱小等。     

Knowledge building in mathematics: Supporting collaborative learning in pattern problems

While it has been suggested that patterning activities support early algebra learning, it is widely acknowledged that the shift from perceiving patterns to understanding algebraic functions—and correspondingly, from reporting empirical patterns to providing explanations—is difficult. This paper reports on the collaborations of grade 4 students (n = 68) from three classrooms in diverse urban settings, connected through a knowledge-building environment (Knowledge Forum), when solving mathematical generalizing problems as part of an early algebra research project. The purpose of this study was to investigate the underlying principles of idea improvement and epistemic agency and the potential of knowledge building—as supported by Knowledge Forum—to support student work. Our analyses of student-generated collaborative workspaces revealed that students were able to find multiple rules for challenging problems and revise their own conjectures regarding those rules. Furthermore, the discourse was sustained over 8 weeks and students were able to find similarities across problem types without the support of teachers or researchers, suggesting that these grade-4 students had developed a disposition for evidence use and justification that eludes much older students.

Factor analysis of the attitudes of 133 rehabilitation and agency practitioners and trainees yielded four major factors: Coping-Succumbing, Emotional Need-Emotional Satisfaction, Sensitivity-Self-Consciousness, and Inferred Morality. The findings of this study are compared and contrasted with findings using similar instruments with different populations so as to explore psychometric issues. The meaning of the future: Toward a more specific definition of possible selves.

Possible selves are traditionally defined as conceptions of our selves in future states. The author discusses the way the theory is used in the literature and argues that there is a need for a clearer definition, because there appear to be a number of common misinterpretations regarding possible selves. Important features of possible selves are discussed, in particular their nature as experienced meaning, their relation with the rest of the self-concept, and their social and cultural nature. It is suggested that agency is an important aspect of possible selves and that they can be seen as narratives. The clearer definition suggested is that possible selves are conceptions of our selves in the future, including, at least to some degree, an experience of being an agent in a future situation. Possible selves get vital parts of their meaning in interplay with the self-concept, which they in turn moderate, as well as from their social and cultural context. 本文从非营利组织的视角,重点探讨公立高校在委托代理中的风险分担和激励问题以期提升其运行效率.首先分析了代理风险的表现形式,接着剖析了代理风险的产生原因,然后重点就委托人与代理人之间的博弈关系建立了相应的博弈模型,分析了模型的含义并求解.在公立高校的运行中,委托人和代理人在不同的风险偏好状态下,风险分担的方式也不同.公立高校要提升运行效率,宜针对委托代理中的风险产生的原因和委托人、代理人的风险偏好特性而采取科学的监督管理方法.
