5G技术发展使用户能够通过车联网和V2X(vehicle to everything)技术快速获取周围物理环境的信息。车辆、电网运营商等也能根据路网信息进行更好的资源分配与调度,从而促进现代化智慧交通、智慧城市等发展战略的实现。考虑到现代化城市不同区域承担着不同功能,在车辆停靠、电网容量、土地约束、成本价格等方面具有不同特征,为优化充电站部署,建立了V2X辅助下城市区域特征差异充电站模型。考虑实际情况,引入M/M/S/K排队模型和用户充电决策模型对用户行为进行刻画。进一步建立优化模型,在用地面积、电网容量以及服务需求的约束下,通过充电站点选择和充电桩部署,最大化运营商收益。为求解该问题,设计了一种基于站点容量和用户充电行为的充电站网络规划方法,首先求解给定站点的最优充电桩部署数目,然后对候选站点进行筛选聚合实现充电站网络优化。仿真验证了所提优化方法的有效性,所提充电站网络优化方法能够有效提高站点内充电桩利用率,减少运营商建设成本,提升运营商整体盈利。 相似文献

Evaluating land use efficiency is critical to the revision of general land use planning. An assessment indicator system for regional land use efficiency was established in this paper from the aspects of society, economy, ecology and environment. The weight of each indicator was defined by an analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and the entropy method (EM). Then, a case study in Zhanjiang was carried out to analyze the regional land use efficiency from 1996 to 2004 and its development by using the method of multifactor composite evaluation and an analytical model of the degree of coordination. The results indicate that land use efficiency with respect to society and the economy improved, whereas the ecological and environmental efficiencies were found to decrease. The degree of coordination in Zhanjiang is still at the status of basic coordination. Finally, measures for enhancing the ecological and environmental establishment are suggested in order to improve the regulations of land use structure and patterns, establish ecological forests for the public good and green corridors and prevent the soil erosion. 相似文献

Part of this investigation is the flora of three different urban land-use types which represent typical biotope characteristics of Berlin and Potsdam. The majority of these urban land-use types is located in the former GDR territory of East Berlin and Potsdam, which were almost unexplored and are therefore of special botanic interest. The focus lies on the inventory of wild-growing vascular plants, their diversity, richness, and value for nature conservation.The first investigated land-use type are the landscape parks of Potsdam with their plant communities of meadows and lawns which differ from many other grasslands of today in having unique plant species due to their historic garden design and the continuous way of extensive garden management. Second, the residential areas of the 20/30s in Berlin and their diversity of wild-growing vascular plants and planted trees which reflect the original garden management and the gardening traditions of this decade are presented. The third urban land-use type is the area of the Berlin wall with urban wasteland communities. It will be shown that also in the inner city with a high population density a special variety of species makes urban wastelands worthy for nature conservation. 相似文献

ABSTRACTA re-visitation of trends and developments in water legislation in the light of experience and new legislation from selected countries confirms the findings of prior stocktaking, while bearing out advances in many areas: achieving adaptability of regulatory water-allocation mechanisms; blending efficiency and equity of allocation; ‘greening’ of water laws; bridging the land–water divide; and giving customary and de minimis water rights their due. The development of the spatial structure of a traditional Korean village and its social hierarchy is analysed using a river engineering approach to determine the relevance of river flooding and examine how floods have transformed the landscape around the village. The subject focuses on the village of Hahoe, which was registered as a World Heritage Site in August 2010 for its well-preserved traditional architecture and beautiful natural landscape. The village is located on a small plain surrounded by mountains and within a loop of the serpentine Nakdong River. As a riverside village surrounded by water on three sides, its development is assumed to have been influenced by flooding, but no study has previously investigated the correlation between village development and inundations. 相似文献
