斯蒂芬酸铅含量对某型雷管作用可靠性的影响?

为解决某型雷管瞎火、半爆的问题,分析了工艺过程对针刺药组分和其中斯蒂芬酸铅含量的影响。试验结果表明,工艺过程中针刺药分药和回倒环节会引起针刺药中铅钡共晶含量的波动,当铅钡共晶中斯蒂芬酸铅的含量较低时会导致雷管作用失效。通过建立斯蒂芬酸铅含量与雷管作用可靠性的关系,合理解释了故障批产品几个异常现象,指出应通过使用较小的盒子盛装针刺药等措施来确保生产过程受控。     

LDNP生产工艺改进对其电点火头性能的影响

分析了点火头基药2,4-二硝基苯酚铅(LDNP)的制备原理,结合制备LDNP的生产工艺,提出了一种改进的LDNP制备方法。该方法加料时,NaOH后于Pb(NO_3)_2加完,并且在后处理时利用冰醋酸将反应体系pH值调成中性。将采用改进方法制备的LDNP用来生产电点火头,经发火性能等测试,结果表明,该方法有利于提高电点火头机械强度、发火可靠性和一致性。     

Facile synthesis of CsPbBr3/PbSe composite clusters

In this work, CsPbBr₃ and PbSe nanocomposites were synthesized to protect perovskite material from self-enlargement during reaction. UV absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectra indicate that the addition of Se into CsPbBr₃ quantum dots modified the electronic structure of CsPbBr₃, increasing the band gap from 2.38 to 2.48 eV as the Cs:Se ratio increased to 1:3. Thus, the emission color of CsPbBr₃ perovskite quantum dots was modified from green to blue by increasing the Se ratio in composites. According to X-ray diffraction patterns, the structure of CsPbBr₃ quantum dots changed from cubic to orthorhombic due to the introduction of PbSe at the surface. Transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoemission spectroscopy confirmed that the atomic distribution in CsPbBr₃/PbSe composite clusters is uniform and the composite materials were well formed. The PL intensity of a CsPbBr₃/PbSe sample with a 1:1 Cs:Se ratio maintained 50% of its initial intensity after keeping the sample for 81 h in air, while the PL intensity of CsPbBr₃ reduced to 20% of its initial intensity. Therefore, it is considered that low amounts of Se could improve the stability of CsPbBr₃ quantum dots.     

微波法测定氧化钼块中钼和水分含量

将氧化钼样品经处理转化为钼酸铅沉淀后，以微波炉代替马弗炉对沉淀进行了干燥试验，同时对氧化钼的水分测定也采用了微波干燥法。结果表明，利用微波法可使沉淀干燥的时间由30min缩短为7min，氧化钼干燥时间由2h缩短为4min。显著提高了样品中钼和水分的测定速度。     

苯芴酮-溴代十六烷基三甲胺分光光度法测定析出铅中的锡

用硝酸-酒石酸分解试样,在含有酒石酸(0.16mol/L)的盐酸溶液中,锡(Ⅳ)与苯芴酮-溴代十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)生成有色络合物,采用分光光度法直接测定析出铅中的锡.此络合物在波长530nm处有最大的吸光度,摩尔吸光系数ε=6.74×104,锡(Ⅳ)含量为0.25～80μg/50mL,符合比尔定律.该法快速、准确、重现性好,适应于析出铅中含锡0.005%～1.60%的测定.     

铅镉锑合金的研制

对铅镉锑合金的试制过程进行了论述(包括合金成分的确定、合金生产的关键技术及解决途径)，同时指明了合金的用途和技术参数。研制结果表明：该合金具有一定的先进性和创新性，适合目前电动车蓄电池对板栅合金的要求。     

钙基膨润土的改性方法及对Pb2+吸附性能的研究

论述了钙基膨润土的酸改性方法,试验出了酸改性的最佳条件;并用酸改性后的钙基膨润土对Pb离子的吸附性能研究,得出吸附的最佳条件,取得较好的效果;对其吸附铅离子的机理进行了初步的探讨。     

金堆城百花岭选矿厂钼浮选金属走向查定及分析

考查了金堆城百花岭选矿厂钼、硫、铜、铅在选钼流程中的走向与分布，提出了进一步优化工艺的措施和降低钼精矿铜、铅等杂质的方法。     

Growth of lead molybdate crystals by vertical Bridgman method

The growth of PbMoO₄ crystals by the modified Bridgman method has been reported in this paper. The feed material with strict stoichiometric composition is desirable for the Bridgman growth of the crystals. The continuous composition change of the melts during growth can be avoided because the volatilization of melts is limited by sealed platinum crucibles. By means of the optimum growth parameters such as the growth rate of < 1.2 mm/h and the temperature gradient of 20 ∼ 40°C/cm across the solid-liquid interface under the furnace temperature of 1140 ∼ 1200°C, large size crystals with high optical uniformity were grown successfully. The distribution of Pb and Mo concentration along the growth axis was measured by X-ray fluorescence analysis. The single crystallinity of the grown sample was evaluated by the double-crystal X-ray rocking curve. The transmission spectra were measured in the range of 300–800 nm at room temperature.
