压力容器类焊接产品的质量分析与控制

从控制和保证压力容器类焊接产品质量角度出发，通过分析其在制造过程中每道工序可能出现的质量问题，总结出这类产品在制造过程质量分析的要领及内容，提出了质量控制的关键，为制定焊接检验方案提供依据。     

喷墨打印相纸及打印图像质量的分析

喷墨打印相纸随着数码相机的发展近几年在国内发展迅速。针对目前产品质量没有测量标准的现状,提出喷墨相纸的质量指标主要为4个,即白度、光泽度、油墨吸收性和防水性。给出了相应的测量方法。并指出相纸上油墨点的面积是衡量质量的第一重要指标,其次是点的圆度。另外对图像输出的质量介绍了一种科学的评价方法,即图像的逼真性分析。说明图像的打印墨点直径不应小于方形像素的对角线长,图像才能真实再现。     

Note on ‘Construction of Double Sampling s‐Control Charts for Agile Manufacturing’

He and Grigoryan (Quality and Reliability Engineering International 2002; 18 :343–355) formulated the design of a double‐sampling (DS) s control chart as an optimization problem and solved it with a genetic algorithm. They concluded that the DS s control charts can be a more economically preferable alternative in detecting small shifts than traditional s control charts. 液晶光阀光电导层光吸收系数的研究

用化学气相沉积法制备了液晶光阀中光电导层———非晶硅薄膜,从实验中得出最佳制备工艺的参数取值。给出了用包络线法测量非晶硅薄膜光吸收系数的原理,测量了样品的光吸收系数随波长的变化规律。得到样品在最佳工艺条件下的光吸收系数高于1×103cm-1。     

Distributed Optical Fiber Sensor for Multi-point Temperature Measurement

The distributed optical fiber sensing technology is overviewed, which is based on Raman scattering light theory. Basic operation principle, structure, system characteristics and signal processing are discussed. This structure and method of the signal processing possess of certain spatial resolution, hence will ensure the practicability of system.     

Configurational and nonconfigurational interactions between odorants in binary mixtures.

Studies on odor mixture perception suggest that although odor components can often be identified in mixtures, mixtures can also give rise to novel perceptual qualities that are not present in the components. Using an olfactory habituation task, the authors evaluated how the perceptual similarity between components in a mixture affects the perceptual quality of the mixture itself. Rats perceived binary mixtures composed of similar components as different from their 2 components, whereas binary mixtures composed of dissimilar components were perceived as very similar to their components. Results show that for both types of mixtures, pretraining to Component A reduces subsequent learning about Component B in rats trained in the presence of A. 对国内目前所使用的冷轧薄钢板(汽车钢板)轧制液母液和乳化液的质量指标及常用试验评定方法进行了考察，并对产品的性能要求进行了研究与分析，制订出一套标准以供参考，包括乳化液稳定性、润滑性、防锈性、抗泡性、使用周期及粘度、闪点等性能。

在印刷品质量控制中为了得到更多的可靠数值,越来越多地选择用仪器测量法来代替主观评价法.这就是密度测量法和色度测量法.
