地方高校城市规划专业课程结构改革的市场化取向

文章根据地方高校人才培养的定位提出,地方高校城市规划专业人才的培养应该以服务地方经济建设为根本宗旨,回应地方人才市场需求,在课程设置、课程开发等方面注重与市场对接,以此大力推进课程结构改革。     

MARKET-BASED APPROACHES TO OPTIMIZATION

We present a general discussion of what constitutes a market-oriented approach to optimization. We demonstrate how a general framework can be used to conceptually improve two well-known approaches from the literature, and discuss computational properties of the different approaches. We also show how existing theory could be adjusted to be directly applicable to the theory of the two approaches, thus proving special theory unnecessary. We want to bring out the pedagogical aspects of market mechanisms, to take full advantage of its potential.     

中国绿色食品产业发展市场化研究

通过认证模型的改进与经济模型使用,分析了中国绿色食品发展慢的主要原因是市场化程度不够,为此提出中国绿色食品认证的程序改革,以期提高市场化程度,引入更多的投资,加速其发展。最后,运用规模经济模型分析并预测了中国实行绿色食品认证市场化后,绿色食品产业规模可实现Q=AN(α+β)LαKβ型指数型增长(其中N≥1,α+β≥1)。

失业是市场经济不可避免的产物，也并不违背社会主义经济原则。因此，尽快建立社会失业保险制度，是我国深化改革、实现市场作为资源配置基础性作用的重要条件，也是建立竞争的开放的劳动力市场，解决某些国有大中型企业经济效益低下问题的必要前提。设计一个有效的失业保险制度，使它既可以维护稳定的社会秩序，又能够有力地促进经济发展，是我们尽快地实行失业机制，推进市场化改革的当务之急。

对欧盟天然气工业的发展作了详尽描述。通过分析我国天然气市场的情况,提出我国在市场经济条件下发展天然气工业的几项措施：营造法律环境,建立健全政府监管体制,鼓励有序竞争,推进天然气的市场化进程。

Resource-Oriented Multicommodity Market Algorithms

In search for market equilibrium in multicommodity markets, price-oriented schemes are normally used. That is, a set of prices (one price for each commodity) is updated until supply meets demand for each commodity. In some cases such an approach is rather inefficient, and a resource-oriented scheme can be highly competitive. In a resource-oriented scheme the allocations are updated until the market equilibrium is found. It is well known that in a two-commodity market resource-oriented schemes are possible. In this article we show that resource-oriented algorithms can be used for the general multicommodity case as well, and present and analyze an algorithm. The algorithm has been implemented and some performance properties, for a specific example, are presented.
