Thermal stability of interfaces between metals and InP-based materials

The thermal stability of interfaces between metals (Ni, Pt, Ti, Mo) and III-V compound semiconductors has been investigated by the application of Rutherford backscattering spectrometry. Metal diffusion and interfacial lattice disorder of the semiconductors were analyzed for various metal/semiconductor samples annealed at temperatures up to 500°C. The interfaces of Ni/GaAs and Ti/GaAs were found to be more stable than those of Ni/In-based semiconductors and Ti/ In-based semiconductors, respectively. Faster diffusion of Pt atoms was ob-served in In-and As-containing materials than in P-containing materials. Mo/ semiconductor interfaces were the most stable.

二(二甲苯基)丙烷合成工艺的研究

二氯丙烷(DCP)与二甲苯在混合金属氯化物催化剂(HD90)作用下合成二(二甲苯基)丙烷,生产过程简单,产品收率高。在60—80℃的温度下,二甲苯与二氯丙烷摩尔比为6∶1,HD用量50克/摩尔DCP的条件下反应5—6小时,二(二甲苯基)丙烷的收率可达88％以上。     

含氮化合物废气选择性催化氧化技术研究进展

通过对当前含氮化合物废气治理技术的对比分析,总结选择性催化氧化的相关技术优势。根据对含氮化合物的种类及来源分析,介绍氨气、腈类、胺类及其他含氮化合物的催化净化技术。重点总结催化剂的种类、研发进展和在实际使用中可能遇到的问题,同时展望含氮化合物废气选择性催化氧化技术的研发方向。     

松香及其衍生物在浮选分离中的应用

介绍了松香的来源、化学组成及理化性质；讨论了松香及其衍生物在非硫化物矿浮选分离、有色金属离子的浮选分离以及从水溶液中浮选分离有机物等方面的应用情况。     

Schottky barrier heights of contact metals to p-type ZnSe

Schottky barrier heights (SBHs) of a variety of metals (In, Cd, Nb, Ti, W, Cu, Ag, Au, Ni, Pt, and Se) contacting to p-ZnSe grown by a molecular beam epitaxy method were determined by analyzing capacitance-voltage (C-V) and/or current density-voltage (J-V) curves. The SBH values of the Au and Ni contacts were determined from intersections of straight lines of the C⁻²-V curves to be 1.23 and 1.13 eV, respectively. The J-V calculations provided a large SBH value of 1.2 ± 0.1 eV for a variety of metals, indicating that the Fermi-level could be pinned at the contact interface. Reduction of the SBH values to a level lower than 0.4 eV and/or increase of doping concentrations to a level higher than 10²⁰ cm⁻³ are essential to obtain an ohmic contact with contact resistivity of around 10⁻³ Ω·cm².     

Effects of crack size and weld metal mismatch on the has cleavage toughness of wide plates

The heat affect zone (HAZ) is in many cases considered to be the most critical part of a weldment. In this paper, the effect of crack size and weld metal mismatch on the HAZ cleavage toughness of wide plate specimens with X-groove has been investigated by the J-Q-M theories and a simple micromechanism for cleavage fracture. Two crack sizes have been studied (a/w = 0.1 and 0.3). In the analyses, the HAZ yield strength is assumed to be higher than the base metal. For each crack size, weld metal local overmatch and local evenmatch with respect to the HAZ are considered. For a given global strain, the results indicate that weld metal overmatch and evenmatch yield the same crack tip loading in terms of J-integral for a/w = 0.3. For a/w = 0.1, overmatch gives lower crack tip loading than evenmatch. For a given crack tip loading, weld metal local evenmatch in general results in less effective crack tip loading than the overmatch. Overmatch is detrimental to HAZ toughness, but this detrimental effect becomes less significant when the crack size decreases.     

圆锥形零件冲压变形与成形载荷的分析

由于悬空侧壁部分的变形状态是圆锥形零件成形的关键，而径向拉应力是实现悬空部分成形的必要条件，同时也是该部分冲压成形成败的关键为此，经力学分析得出了侧壁部分径向拉应力的解析式和造成圆锥形零件破裂的最大径向拉应力的计算式。同时分析了圆锥形零件的成形载荷。     

Production and properties of micro‐porous glas bubble zinc and aluminium composites

Micro‐porous syntactic foams were produced by means of integration of glass bubbles into aluminium and zinc matrices. Preforms of glass bubbles were pressure infiltrated with the alloys AlSi9Cu9 ans ZnAl4Cu using squeeze casting. The preforms were sintered thermically without the use of bonding agents. Using the combination of different sintering steps syntactic foams with locally different densities could be produced. The mechanical properties of the foams were tested indicating a high compression strength of the foams and a very good compression energy absorption. Furthermore, corrosion behaviour and behaviour at higher temperatures were investigated.
