对目前中国规范推荐用于边坡加固计算的垂直条分传递系数法进行研究,发现将该方法用于边坡锚固受力分析时,不仅存在垂直条块与加固结构体(锚杆和锚索)相互交叉,而且计算得出的锚固力与加固体的实际锚固力存在偏差等缺陷。在相关资料提出的、用于加筋土稳定性分析的水平条分法基础上,结合边坡锚固工程的特点,将该水平条分法做进一步拓展,使其能适用于锚杆和锚索等边坡锚固工程的稳定性计算,并通过工程实例对拓展后的水平条分法进行了验证。 相似文献

钢塑复合土工格栅的加筋效果好于其它筋材的原因在于其表面结构特性,在生产过程中塑料表面处理时,肋条压制成粗糙的花纹,以增强格栅表面的粗糙程度,提高CATT钢塑复合土工格栅与土体的摩擦系数。它与土之间不仅存在表面摩擦力,而且还存在镶嵌咬合力,从而增强加筋土体的稳定性。文中以不同规格的钢塑复合土工格栅作为加筋材料,以有色金属铜矿的尾矿作为填料土,通过拉拔实验,研究钢塑复合土工格栅与铜矿尾矿填料土的界面作用特性,获得了筋--土之间的剪切强度系数(C、φ)、似摩擦系数f*等结果,并对它们的影响因素进行了分析与探讨。 相似文献

A mathematical model has been proposed for predicting the changes in soil nitrogen status due to continuous fertilization in a continuous cropping sequence. The model also enabled the prediction of the steady state of soil nitrogen for a specified fertilizer practice.The model was applied to six years nitrogen availability data of four fertilizer practices in finger millet-maize-cowpea sequence followed in the Long Term Fertilizer Experiments conducted at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, India. Not much is known about the response of lowland rice to K fertilization under Brazilian conditions. A field experiment was conducted during four consecutive years to determine the response of three lowland rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivars to K fertilization on a Low Humic Gley soil. In the first two years, K was broadcast at rates of 0, 42, 84, 126, and 168 kg K ha–1. In the last two years K rates were reduced to 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100 kg K ha–1 and applied in a band. Potassium significantly (P < 0.01) increased grain yields but the response varied from cultivar to cultivar and year to year. Yield responses to K fertilization were superimposed on a general trend of increasing grain yields across the four growing seasons. Mean grain yields increased 14.3% with broadcast application of K in the first two years and 10.4% with banded application of K in the last two years when compared to the control treatments. Extractable soil K increased with K application rate and decreased with soil depth. Potassium was rapidly removed from the soil and yearly broadcast or banded application of K can be expected to result in a significant increase in grain yield of lowland rice in these soils. 相似文献

By protein engineering we have investigated changes to two aminoacid residues (Trp93 and Ser48) in the substrate pocket of yeastalcohol dehydrogenase 1. Upon changing Thr48 to serine we producedan enzyme which has markedly greater activity towards aliphaticalcohols with chain length up to 8, together with a generalincrease in catalytic activity (V/K). Changes at position 93were less pronounced, with the Phe enzyme being more activethan the parent towards the range of alcohols but with the alanineenzyme showing very little difference from the wild-type. Enzymeswith the double changes at 48 and 93 showed increased activitytowards alcohols with 38 carbons but the increases werenot additive over the single changes. The enzymes with changesat the two positions would metabolize both stereoisomers of2-octanol whereas the parent ADH would attack only one of them.None of the engineered enzymes would attack cyclohexanol oraromatic alcohols. The results are in general agreement withthe prediction that reducing the size of amino acids in thesubstrate pocket would enhance the ability to oxidize alcoholslarger than ethanol. 相似文献

Synthesis of Octapod Cu-Au Bimetallic Nanocrystal with Concave Structure through Galvanic Replacement Reaction 下载免费PDF全文
We synthesized octapod Cu-Au bimetallic alloy with a concave structure by employing a replacement reaction between AuPPh3Cl and Cu nanocubes. Using the Cu nanocube as sacrificial templates, we have successfully generated high-active sites on alloy nanocrystals by carefully tuning the replacement reaction and growth. The key is to afford the proper concentration of AuPPh3Cl-TOP to the reaction solution. When the Au precursor with high concentration is injected into the galvanic replacement reaction, the growth dominated the process and hollowed octapod Cu-Au alloy was obtained. In contrast, when the concentration of the Au precursor is low, the replacement reaction can only take place at the nanocrystals, leading to generate Cu-Au nanocages. This work provides an effective strategy for the preparation of hollow bimetallic nanocrystals with high-active sites. 相似文献
