Rock phosphate fractions were examined for their porous structure by nitrogen adsorption. The pore size distribution and the shape of pores does not seem to depend on the particle size. The specific surface area values present two regions, one above and one below that of the particles with 125 μrn diameter. Particles of a given size were leached with dilute phosphoric acid (1.5 mass% P2O5) at 25°C. It was observed that there is a widening of the initial pores during leaching. The particles collected at the initial period of the reaction are pitted and those collected at the final period are disintegrated.  相似文献

A general procedure is proposed for innovative research and development of gas-solid reactor systems, with a brief explanation of the significance of each step in the procedureBased upon the contacting mode between gas and solid phases, as well as the ways of supplying thermal energy to the reacting regions, various types of gas-solid reactor systems are classified by using tables of so called “matrix” form, for thermal cracking and gasification of heavy oils, gasification of coal, gasification of solid waste, calcination of limestone, clinkering of cement and reduction of iron ore.The importance of fundamental concepts is emphasized for successful research and development by presenting several examples; namely, calcination of limestone, thermal cracking of heavy oils and gasification of solid waste materials.In connection with the direction in which fundamental research should be oriented, four primary ways of thinking are proposed, which can be applied to obtain innovative ideas for further research and development in this field.One example of the author's practical experience was selected to show the role of the fundamental research in the course of large scale development. Finally the author outlines the role of chemical reaction engineering to innovate the novel gas-solid reactor systems which may be inevitable for simultaneous solution of the three big E's; namely, Energy, Environment and Economy.  相似文献

以硫酸脲分解磷矿是一种新的N、P复肥生产方法,硫酸脲分解磷矿有其特殊的反应机理。利用在线显微摄像与物化分析相结合,可以很好地表征硫酸脲分解磷矿的反应机理。实验表明:硫酸脲与磷矿在液固接触的界面微区进行反应,反应微区内有离解、反应、结晶、复合等过程,并伴随有晶型转变。反应生成的硫酸钙晶体复盖反应粒子表面,形成包裹层增大传质阻力。反应物质通过CaSO40.5H2O晶膜的传递阻力是影响整个反应过程的重要因素。  相似文献

以广西凤凰高锰高砷硫化银精矿为原料,进行了全湿法提银扩大试验,结果表明银的直收率和总回收率达到91 59%和95 67%;锰和铅回收率分别为99 18%和87 41%;粗银粉和铅精矿品位分别为32 565%和72 43%。同时该工艺防止了硫、砷、铅等有毒元素对环境的污染,脱锰产生的H2S经两级碱吸收即全部以Na2S·9H2O的形式回收。  相似文献

以红土镍矿为原料,用热重分析(TG)和X射线衍射分析(XRD)等方法,对红土铁矿干燥焙烧条件进行研究.结果表明,在矿石粒度为0~3 mm且小于180目颗粒占25%,配焦粉量8%,焙烧温度850℃,焙烧时间90 min,干燥焙烧效果最佳.  相似文献

FCLS (Ferric Chromium Lignin Sulfonate) was used to aid the separation of chalcopyrite from marmatite. Flotation, adsorption and zeta-potential tests of treated marmatite and chalcopyrite were performed. The flotation of marmatite was strongly depressed, while that of chalcopyrite was only slightly depressed, over a wide range of pH values when FCLS was used as depressant in the presence of Butyl Xanthate (BX). The adsorption of BX onto chalcopyrite or marmatite takes place over a wide pH range. The adsorption density of BX on chalcopyrite and marmatite decreases as the pH increases. The adsorption density of FCLS onto marmatite is greater than the adsorption density onto chalcopyrite. The zeta potentials of chalcopyrite and marmatite become more negative due to the addition of xanthate and FCLS.  相似文献

Chromium ore fines containing coal (COFCC) can be rapidly heated by microwave to conduct the voluminal reduction, which lays a foundation of getting sponge ferrochromium powders with a lower content of C. Under the conditions of COFCC with n(O):n(C) (molar ratio) as 1.00:0.84 and n(SiO2):n(CaO) as 1.00:0.39, the samples were heated by 10 kW microwave power to reach the given temperatures and held for different times respectively. The results show that the low-C-Cr ferrochromium metal phase in the reduced materials forms before the high-C-Cr ferrochromium metal phase does. With increasing temperature the C content of ferrochromium metals is in a positive correlation with the content of Cr. The C content of ferrochromium metal in reduced materials is 0–10.07% with an average value of 4.68%. With the increase of holding time the Cr content in ferrochromium metals is in a negative correlation with the content of C, while the content of Fe changes in the contrary way. In the microwave field the kinetic conditions of carburization are closely related with the temperature of microwave heating, holding time and carbon fitting ratio. 随着铁矿资源的日益贫乏,对低品位矿石的开发利用成为选矿的发展趋势。山东省某矿业公司矿石属于风化程度较高的低品位铁矿石,样品粒度为10~0mm,含水量1%~2%。根据试样的性质和风化矿分选的经验,采用干式磁选抛尾、干选粗精矿再磨再选的试验流程,获得品位为66%的精矿产品,对低品位铁矿石的开发利用具有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献
