WEB服务器主要是面向互联网的,随着人们对互联网服务的需求不断扩大,各种互联网应用服务日益增多,Web服务器便成为众多信息化应用中最容易遭受攻击的对象。文章中主要介绍了几种常见的Web服务器安全威胁,并提出了相应的安全防范技巧。     

Mold-filling characteristics of AZ91 magnesium alloy in the low-pressure expendable pattern casting process

The magnesium (Mg) alloy low-pressure expendable pattern casting (EPC) process is a newly developed casting technique combining the advantages of both EPC and low-pressure casting. In this article, metal filling and the effect of the flow quantity of inert gas on the filling rate in the low-pressure EPC process are investigated. The results showed that the molten Mg alloy filled the mold cavity with a convex front laminar flow and the metal-filling rate increased significantly with increasing flow quantity when flow quantity was below a critical value. However, once the flow quantity exceeded a critical value, the filling rate increased slightly. The influence of the flow quantity of inert gas on melt-filling rate reveals that the mold fill is controlled by flow quantity for a lower filling rate, and, subsequently, controlled by the evaporation of polystyrene and the evaporation products for higher metal velocity. Meanwhile, the experimental results showed that the melt-filling rate significantly affected the flow profile, and the filling procedure for the Mg alloy in the low-pressure EPC process. A slower melt-filling rate could lead to misrun defects, whereas a higher filling rate results in folds, blisters, and porosity. The optimized filling rate with Mg alloy casting is 140 to 170 mm/s in low-pressure EPC.     

大型薄壁铝铸件表面沟槽缺陷的产生及消除

针对大型薄壁铝铸件内腔表面出现的沟槽缺陷,从差压铸造、树脂砂、铸件结构等工艺条件方面探讨了产生的机理,并通过试验和对比研究,确定排气不畅是该缺陷的首要引发因素,找到了消除该缺陷的工艺方法,提出了相关预防措施,避免了因此产生的废品损失.     

离心铸造汽缸套白斑产生机理

针对离心铸造汽缸套的白斑特征，以模拟试验手段探寻原因。用金属凝固理论解释白斑形成机理。经过装车试用，验证了白斑对摩擦性能的影响。     

Strengthening technology and mechanism for semi-solid die casting of aluminum alloy

Combined with theoretical evaluation,an optimized strengthening process for the semi-solid die castings of A356 aluminum alloy was obtained by studying the mechanical properties of castings solution treated and aged under different conditions in detail,then,the semi-solid die castings and liquid die castings were heat treated with the optimized process.The results show that the mechanical properties of semi-solid die castings of aluminum alloy are superior to those of the liquid die castings,especially the strengthening degree of heat treated semi-solid die castingsis much greater than that of liquid die castings with the tensile strength more than 330 MPa and the elongation more than 10％,and this is mainly contributed to the non-dendritic and more compact microstructure of semi-solid die castings.The strengthening mechanism of heat treatment for the semi-solid die castings of A356 aluminum alloy is due to the dispersive precipitation of the second phase(Mg2 Si) and formation of GP Zone.     

Analysis of Intermetallic Phases Formed on Surface Vapor Oxidized H13 Hot Work Steels in Molten Aluminum

In this paper, the author dipped surface vapor oxidized H13 steel specimens into 700℃ molten aluminum liquid for a certain period of time. Analyze the intermetallic phases formed on the H13 samples surface with optical microscope and X-ray diffraction method. The observation of immersion test sample's cross-section shows that Fe3O4 film will protect die substrate from molten aluminum erosion. The identification of the intermetallic phases reveals that they consist of 2parts, which is named as the composite layer and the compact layer. Further investigations are made in order to know the phase constituents of the 2 layers, they are Al8Fe2Si (outer composite layer), (AlCuMg) and Al5Fe2 (compact layer),respectively. The experimental results show that on the same specimen, a convex surface with bigger radius of curvature is more likely to be molten and the melting loss speed is also faster than a flat and smooth surface. The thickness of compact layer on a smooth surface is much bigger than that of the convex surface. Therefore, the author supposes the compact layer is favorable in stabilizing the die surface material from further melting loss, as their formation on the die surface, the melting loss speed will decrease.     

粉煤灰填充尼龙6浇铸制品的研究

将粉煤灰用硅烷偶联剂处理后填充到尼龙6浇铸制品(MC尼龙)中,可以改善制品的吸水性、收缩率及热稳定性等,还可以降低成本。该项研究结果有很大的实用价值。     

三聚氰胺粉料后处理工艺技术改造

经过技改后的三聚氰胺粉料后处理工艺，克服了以往采用螺旋输送机冷却和正压输送工艺所带来的工作环境恶劣、产品因温度较高而不易包装、机械故障频繁等许多难以解决的问题。改用吸送式气力输送后处理工艺后，既能输送，又能冷却、提纯三聚氰胺，实现自动化包装，并彻底改善工作环境。     

我国化肥催化剂工业现状

全国48家化肥催化剂制造厂总能力为57Kt/a,产量近30kt/a,设备利用率不到50%。平均万吨氨耗催化剂10.36t,高于国外5.60t水平。现生产31个品种203个型号的催化剂中有103种经部级鉴定,但经常使用的约50种。目前化肥催化剂工业水平与国外相比还存在四方面差距。
