课堂教学质量的综合量化评估研究

结合所设计的两层结构的课堂教学质量综合评价指标集，应用模糊数学理论，设计提出了一种课堂教学质量综合量化评估方法。并将该方法应用到实际，结果证明所提出的方法能科学、客观、公正、准确地反映出课堂教学的综合质量，为提高高校教学质量，加强教学管理提供了量化依据。     

电力线载波通信技术在楼宇智能监控中的应用

介绍了一种基于电力线载波的楼宇智能控制系统的实现方法。其以LM567为核心，通过调制发送和解调接收，在电力线上实现了语音信号和控制信号的复用传输。

Vehicle routing concepts in the closed-loop container network of ARN—a case study

In this paper we discuss a real-life case study to optimize the logistics network for the collection of containers from end-of-life vehicle dismantlers in the Netherlands. Advanced planning concepts, such as dynamic assignment of dismantlers to logistic service providers, are analyzed using a simulation model. Based on this model, we periodically solve a vehicle routing problem to gain insight into the long-term performance of the system. The vehicle routing problem considered is a multi-depot pickup and delivery problem with alternative delivery locations. A special characteristic of the problem is the limited vehicle capacity of two containers. We solve this problem with a heuristic based on route generation and set partitioning.     

Percussion Laser-Drilled Holes: Characteristics and Characterization Procedure

Percussion laser drilling, being a thermal process, produces holes having widely differing characteristics than that of the mechanically drilled holes. In the present study, on the percussion laser drilling of through holes in a nickel-based superalloy (SUPERNI 263A), 21 characteristics were identified, and the methods of their determination were proposed. The effect of peak power of laser pulses on the identified hole characteristics were studied.     

Quality Management in Pakistan's Bedwear Industry

Pakistan's bedwear industry contributes significantly to Pakistan's industry in general and to its textile industrial output and exports in particular. The exports of bedwear have increased steadily. However, its key basis of competitive advantage has been low cost. After greater liberalization from 2005 onwards and due to tariffication of quotas, the bedwear industry will not only have to scale higher tariff walls but will be more exposed to the threat of anti-dumping duties as it relies primarily on low prices to penetrate the export markets. To enhance its competitiveness, it will have to combine better quality with low costs and quick response. Research in quality management in Pakistan's bedwear industry was, therefore, undertaken. A postal self-completion questionnaire was mailed to 38 members of Pakistan Bedwear Manufacturers' and Exporters' Association (PBMEA). The response rate was almost 79%. It was found that this industrial segment was in various stages of development. This study demonstrates both the effectiveness and the limits of quality assurance in improving the levels of quality which remain a moving target in a dynamic liberalizing international trade environment that is more competitive since 2005. The bedwear industry, therefore, needs to graduate to advanced practices in quality management in order to remain competitive in rapidly changing times.     

基于MSP430单片机的海浪水压场自动测量系统

提出了基于MSP430单片机的水压场自动测量系统的设计方案和实现方法；并进行了实际测量．解决了自动测量系统中的低噪声、低功耗、高分辨率、大容量存储等关键技术．实验结果表明，该系统具有自动运行、电池供电、记录时间长等特点，适用于高海况条件下的海浪水压场的测量．     

一种用于光纤陀螺光源的新型ATC系统设计

针对光纤陀螺的光源对ATC的基本要求，给出了造成谐振腔温度变化的因素，对LD的帕尔贴制冷原理和传统ATC的工作过程给出了详细的数学分析，建立了LD光源的ATC数学模型；根据系统在高频和低频干扰下的仿真结果，进行了系统参数优化和改进，设计了一种新型的高精度、双向调节ATC系统，在降低功耗的同时大大减小了光源驱动电路的散热和体积，实现了光源驱动电路的高精度、低功耗和小型化．在-30℃～30℃范围内的实际测试数据显示该系统较传统ATC精度提高了一个数量级，达到了0．1％，温度控制精度达到0．1℃，该系统对于光纤陀螺精度的提高和其它半导体激光器的温控研制有着重要的参考价值．     

具有热阻、热漏和内不可逆性的联合卡诺热机生态学优化

用有限时间热力学的方法分析具有热阻、热漏、内不可逆性的定常流联合卡诺型热机循环．导出了在傅立叶导热定律下联合循环功率、效率和生态学指标的性能，并进行优化；得到功率、效率和生态学指标之间的优化关系，并由数值计算分析了功率、效率和循环熵产率之间的关系．所得的结果表明，最大生态学指标下的效率十分接近于联合循环可以达到的最大效率；相应的熵产率也要低于以输出功率为优化目标时的熵产率．     

电力系统稳定性研究的方法论思考

文章对电力系统稳定性研究内涵进行了评述，然后从认识论和方法论上加以分析，讨论了认识过程从功角稳定到电压稳定的转变、从线性向非线性的转变、从简单系统到复杂系统的转变、从重视解析方法到重视非解析方法的转变过程，为电力系统稳定性研究提供方法论指导。
