多媒体教学设备常见故障与检修措施研究

当前,在我国高校之中,多媒体教学是一种普遍采用的教学方式,其不仅大大提升了大学生的教学水平,而且还对于良好教学效果的取得具备着重大意义。如果要确保多媒体教学正常开展,且使之促进教学质量的提升,那么维持多媒体教室电教设施的平稳是必不可少的基础与条件。笔者在本文中联系自身多年管理与建设多媒体教室电教设施的体会,详细介绍了多媒体教室电教设施中多见的几类问题,并总结了处理这些问题的技巧和措施。     

Self-emulsifiable soybean oil phosphate ester polyols for low-VOC corrosion resistant coatings

A series of soybean oil phosphate ester polyols (SOPEP) was prepared by reaction of fully epoxidized soybean oil with phosphoric acid and simultanoeous hydrolysis in the presence of a polar solvent. The polyols were characterized by determination of acid value, oxirane number, hydroxyl value, molecular weight (GPC), and FTIR spectra. These polyols with varying amounts of acid phosphate groups could be self-emulsified to form aqueous dispersions after neutralization with organic base. These aqueous dispersion showed varying degrees of stability and their appearance ranged from opaque dispersions to translucent to clear solutions. Waterborne coating compositions were prepared using these aqueous dispersions as principal components and their thermally cured film properties were studied. it was found that by careful selection and formulation, SOPEPs can be successfully used for low-VOC waterborne coating formulations. SOPEPs with 3.5% phosphate ester content showed visibly superior corrosion resistance properties.

泥磷回收制磷危险性分析与防治

泥磷回收制磷属于化学危险品生产,由于黄磷本身的易燃特性和生产中其他因素的诱导,极容易发生泄漏引发火灾和灼伤。介绍了泥磷的产生和泥磷回收制磷的工艺特点。应用系统安全工程的原理和方法,辨识了泥磷回收制磷生产的潜在危险性;辨识了泥磷回收制磷生产过程中的物质危险性、装置危险性和工艺危险性。运用预先危险性分析法（PHA）对泥磷回收制磷的主要危险、有害因素进行分类和分级。根据对主要危险、有害因素分类和分级的结果,提出技术措施和管理措施来提高企业安全生产管理水平和预防生产性事故的发生。

介绍Ｍａｓｏｎｅｉｌａｎ公司生产的７０５００系列调节阀的结构，特点，并阐述部分调节阀在使用中存在的问题及改进措施。     

表面活性剂对HCl-FeCl3溶液中锌精矿在浆萃取浸出率的影响

The effects of surfactant on the solvent extraction in leaching sphalerite were investigated. It is found that sodium dodecyl sulfonate is the effective surfactant in improving the zinc recovery from sphalerite in the aqueous FeCl3-HCl-tetrachloroethylene system. Through the measurements of surface tension and viscosity of the sphalerite slurry modified with different surfactants, it is concluded that sodium dodecyl sulfonate in the concentration range of 0.05 to 0.2g L-1 can improve the viscosity of sphalerite slurry in the water, decrease the surface tension of leaching solution, prevent the aggregation of ore particles, and give very high zinc extraction .     

新溶剂体系对SBS生产工艺的影响

讨论了一种新溶剂体系对热塑性弹性体SBS工业生产工艺条件的影响，并与原应用纯环己烷溶剂的生产工艺进行比较。工业试生产结果表明，对SBS生产中溶剂精制工艺过程，应用新溶剂体系时精制塔系的气相压力增大，塔温降低，聚合反应单体质量分数在l8．0％～20．0％时对聚合反应与凝聚工艺控制没有影响，可较显著地提高装置生产能力，降低产品生产成本，同时其凝固点较低，有利于提高SBS生产体系对季节与地域的适应能力。     

纤维素LiCl/DMAc溶液流变性能研究

本文研究了9％LICI／DMAC纤维素溶液的流变性能。在该体系中纤维素溶液是非牛顿流体，属于假塑性流体，具有典型的幂律性。通过幂律方程拟合计算，其稠度系数为60～135，流动特性指数为0.62～0．70。随着浓度增大，稠度系数增大和流动特性指数降低；温度的变化对流动特性指数的影响不大，温度升高，流动特性指数略有减小，而稠度系数相对增大。溶液的粘度随着剪切速率的增大，开始时粘度迅速降低，后趋于稳定，这可能与纤维素分子在溶液中的取向有关。在不同剪切速率下，其流动活化能为23～30kJ．     

The Viscosity of cottonseed oil,fractionation solvents and their solutions

Cold fractionation of cottonseed oil is made difficult by the high viscosity of the oil. This study was aimed at demonstrating the effect of solvents on the viscosity of mixtures between 0°C and 25°C with a view to facilitating the fractionation of refined cottonseed oil. The solvents used were acetone, methylethylketone, methylisobutylketone, hexane and heptane. Measurements of viscosity were carried out by means of a capillary viscometer. The ratio of the viscosity of cottonseed oil to that of pure solvents is of the order of 300. The viscosities of solutions of various ratios of solvent to oil (1/3, 1/1, 3/1) are between those of cottonseed oil and the pure solvents. The effect of the solvent/oil ratio overrides that of solvent nature. The effect of solvent in reducing the viscosity of cottonseed oil is by descending order: acetone, hexane, methylethylketone, heptane, methylisobutylketone.
