Effect of the particle size ratio on the conductivity of conductor-insulator powder composites: Numerical simulation

A theoretical method for determining the percolation limit and effective conductivity of composites based on polydisperse mixtures of insulator and conductor powders is proposed. The effect of the particle size ratio between the insulator and conductor on the percolation limit and effective conductivity is studied. 商品混凝土目前价格偏高 ,用户不情愿接受 ,影响了它的推广应用。针对这一问题 ,本文提出了用“活化填料”、“活化水泥”配制高性能商品混凝土的技术路线并分析了其技术经济效益     

粉煤灰和木钙双掺用于胶结充填的正交组合试验

通过粉煤灰和木钙双掺用于尾砂胶结充填的交组合试验，提示了双掺的作用机理，建立了试验指标的二次回归程，得出了双掺时粉煤灰和木钙的最佳掺量。     

黄泛区公路地基压实标准的研究

采用有限差分的计算方法，分析了黄泛区公路地基在不同压实度和压实深度条件下的沉降规律，提出了地基的压实标准和处置技术措施．研究认为，对高度〈6m的路基，保证90％的压实度对减少路基的工后沉降变形至关重要．对高度〉6m的路基，提高地基压实度，特别是将压实度由90％提高到93％，对降低地基沉降的作用不大．加大地基的压实深度，与提高压实度表现出相似的规律性，但对降低地基沉降的效果更明显．应根据路基高度提出地基的压实控制标准．路基高度≤2m，地基表层30压实度应≥93％；路基高度2～6m，地基表层30压实度应≥90％；路基高度〉6m，地基表层30压实度应〉185％．指出采用强夯、冲击碾压实地基，是黄泛区经济有效的工程技术措施．     

Study on Numerical Simulation of Mold Filling and Solidification Processes under Pressure Conditions

The mold filling and solidification simulation for the high pressure die casting (HPDC) and low pressure die casting (LPDC) processes were studied.A mathematical model considering the turbulent flow and heat transfer phenomenon during the HPDC process has been established and paralled computation technique was used for the mold filling simulation of the process.The laminar flow characteristics of the LPDC process were studied and a simplified model for the mold filling process of wheel castings has been developed.For the solidification simulation under pressure conditions,the cyclic characteristics and the complicated boundary conditions were considered and techniques to improve the computational efficiency are discussed.A new criterion for predicting shrinkage porosity of Al alloy under low pressure condition has been developed in the solidification simulation process.
