目的 探讨耦合机制下传统村落品牌形象设计的方法,指导传统村落品牌形象设计实践.方法 运用耦合分析法与符号构建法,分析传统村落品牌形象设计与地域文化之间的耦合关系,通过耦合受众感知,构建传统村落品牌形象的受众认知度;耦合地域特色文化,构建传统村落品牌形象的核心内涵、独特性与识别性;耦合传统村落品牌形象应用场景,构建传统村落品牌形象的实用价值与品牌力量.结论 通过对耦合机制下传统村落品牌形象设计方法的研究,避免村落形象设计趋同化,彰显传统村落基因魅力,塑造个性显著的传统村落品牌形象,在提高受众认知度的同时,提升传统村落影响力与综合竞争力.将研究方法应用到赫图阿拉满族传统村落品牌形象设计实践中,使研究理论更加科学合理,并为其他传统村落品牌形象设计提供理论参考.     

Sacred objects into state symbols: the material culture of chieftaincy in the making of a national political heritage in ghana

ABSTRACT

Although chieftaincy has remained a highly contested institution, it is one traditional institution that most Ghanaians identify with: chiefs have been and still are regarded as the custodians of the nation's cultural beliefs and practices. Their position as intermediaries between the ancestral spirits and the people they represent makes them sacred figures and their regalia sacred objects. Chiefs are also very important in facilitating the provision of social infrastructural projects and ensuring law and order in their communities. Such was the power and prestige of chiefs that under colonialism the British administration incorporated them into colonial governance. However, while the nationalist leaders in the immediate postcolonial era did not find it appropriate to incorporate chiefs into national governance, they nonetheless used some cultural materials of chieftaincy to legitimize and Africanize their authority and give the new state of Ghana a unique political identity. By incorporating chieftaincy objects into the newly designed political culture, the state profiled and reified chieftaincy as a national heritage. This article discusses the intricacies of turning sacred objects of chieftaincy into national state symbols.     

The eagle and the dove: constructing catholic identity through word and image in nineteenth-century united states

ABSTRACT

In nineteenth-century United States the subject of Catholic devotional practices figured prominently in anti-Catholic polemical literature. To combat anti-Catholic sentiment the editors and illustrators of Catholic popular literature recast devotional practices through the lens of the Enlightenment and the American Revolution. Through images and narrative these authors forged connections between Catholic rituals and American practices of civil religion like the observance of national holidays and the veneration of the American flag. By recasting the practices like the veneration of relics, the lives of saints and devotions within the framework of an American civil religion, Catholics claimed that Americans engaged in similar practices and rituals. In this way Catholics naturalized their dogmas and interpreted them within a framework familiar to non-Catholic Americans, thus countering claims by detractors that they were superstitious and idolatrous.     

Pro/E二次开发在焊接符号标注中的应用

利用Pro/E的二次开发平台Pro/TOOLKIT,对焊接符号在Pro/E中的标注进行二次开发,实现了焊接符号标注的功能扩展,满足了在Pro/E中方便使用符合国标的焊接符号的要求,最后以角焊缝焊接符号标注为例进行说明。     

基于最小二乘法的水系网符号粗细分布配置

在小比例尺自动化制图中,河流是按锲线表示,上游细下游粗。在水网(河网)地区,单幅图中上下游符号粗细不能产生矛盾,同时,不同图幅接边时其符号粗细也不能矛盾,以达到水网符号表达美观清晰等制图质量要求。对水网符号粗细分布的合理配置就是针对这些问题的。本文基于最小二乘法原理,以上游河段的最粗不能大于下游河段的最细为原则,构造了最小二乘模型,通过水网计算实例,说明了该方法结果稳定,能得到最优解,河网符号整体效果好,为解决水网符号粗细分布的合理配置提供了一种有效途径。     

基于特征提取的三维标注技术

对三维模型表达产品信息的方式和三维标注技术进行了研究,提出了基于特征提取的三维标注方法,定义了三维的精度特征符号.基于Pro/E平台,建立了三维精度特征符号库,并将三维精度特征符号和三维模型定义在同一组数据中.实现了3D模型上产品设计信息的三维标注,其中三维标注信息能被提取并保存在数据库中,用于后续的加工制作.

文中采用图解形式,介绍美国机械工程图样中有关尺寸公差、形状公差、位置公差标注的一些特殊符号,帮助同行提高正确识图的能力。     

浅谈传统民居建筑符号在现代环境设计中的应用

每一个地域都有属于自己的地域文化特色,这些特色必然反应在当地的建筑上,而现代的建筑日趋千城一面,传统地域文化特色日渐削弱。笔者在此将目光聚焦在传统民居建筑的符号上,并试图对这些符号在现代环境设计中的应用方式进行归纳总结,以期人们更多地关注我国异彩纷呈的多民族文化的特点的承扬。     

高校校徽的文化符号构成与认知研究

目的研究高校校徽设计中文化符号对文化意象认知的影响,总结具有高识别性、记忆性和艺术性的优秀校徽的文化符号的设计规律,为后期高等教育类标志设计提供参考。方法收集三十九所985工程高校的校徽图片,分解其文化符号,获得客观的高校校徽与文化符号之间的联系。在此基础上进行意象认知实验,邀请受众对这三十九所高校校徽的人文、教育、学校三种文化意象进行主观评分,获取主观的校徽和文化意象之间的联系。此后邀请专家团队采取焦点小组法对实验样本进行探讨和分析,得出高校校徽设计中文化意象的设计规律。结论校徽是一所学校内在精神的外在视觉表现,大学校徽作为大学品牌形象的核心元素推动着学校文化建设发展,在强调标志设计艺术性的同时应该考虑标志设计的识别性和记忆性。同一种文化符号采用不同的设计表现方式会产生不同的文化意象;不同的文化符号会产生不同的意象认知;受众对文字符号的文化意象认知高于人物和建筑类的文化符号。
