“顶岗置换”模式培养高师准幼儿教师的探讨

＂顶岗置换＂模式不仅促进了一线学前教师的职后培训,更有利于高师准幼儿教师的培养;同时,＂顶岗置换＂对高师准幼儿教师的培养提出了相应的挑战：顶岗对学生的高要求——能否从学生变为教师,顶岗对学生的低回报——能否从教中学。提出相应策略,促进＂顶岗置换＂模式下准幼儿教师的培养。     

初探混联法生产氧化铝的工艺优化

在目前的生产条件下。通过大量的混联法物料衡算，定量地研究了供矿铝硅比、熟料铝硅比和拜年法赤泥铝硅比对混联法的制造成本、能耗和拜年法与烧结法的生产比例的影响规律，提出我国混联法生产进一步优化的方向和途径。并开发了研究和评价的计算软件。为混联法的生产和设计的进一步优化奠定基础。     

On input‐to‐state stability‐based design for leader/follower formation control with measurement delays

This paper addresses the design of low‐level controllers for leader–follower formations of nonholonomic vehicles in the presence of bounded measurement delays. The concept of input‐to‐state stability is extended to encompass the effect of bounded delays and restrictions on the input. A method is proposed to integrate a Smith predictor in a backstepping design on the basis of nested saturations and nonlinear small‐gain assignment, which allows for time delays in the feedback loop. Robustness analysis under uncertain bounded time delays is provided, and design tradeoffs resulting from the use of bounded controls are discussed. Illustrative simulations are shown to validate the design and robustness analysis in the context of a simple leader–follower trailing control problem. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Categorizing health-related cues to action: using Yelp reviews of restaurants in Hawaii

Yelp, a social media site, undeniably has an influence on consumers' food choice in spite of its ability to reflect consumers' real voice being criticized. Since unhealthy food choices contribute to health problems, such as obesity and malnourishment, we attempted to examine these problems by better understanding consumers through health-related cues to action—a construct from the Health Belief Model (HBM)— on Yelp Honolulu's restaurant reviews. Our research revealed 13 main categories: Ingredient, Type of food, Taste, Lifestyle, Cooking, Option, Price, Portion, Well-being, Nutrition, Hygiene, Emotional attachment and indulgence, and Feeling. We argue that these categories may ultimately lead consumers to make healthier food choices. In search of the most appealing way to communicate with the target group, underlying concepts that derived from these categories can be tested. Marketers in food industry (or public health policy-makers) can craft their strategies for healthy food brands/products (or healthy eating scheme) based on the concept test research. Moreover, Yelp can apply these insights in the development of their algorithm and filter system in order to help consumers find healthy food if they wish to do so. Restaurants can also improve their strategy, menu, and communication execution to meet the growing demands of health conscious consumers.

通过对纤维艺术的学习与研究,我对纤维构成织物的设计有了进一步的思考。在传统编织基础上不断发展起来的现代纤维艺术,一方面在艺术领域得到了有目共睹的长足发展,另一方面在市场经济下也不断地回归实用与设计。在纤维构成织物的设计中包括直接完成半成品或成品的一次性设计和在此基础上进行的二次性设计。尤其,对"传统织物的一次性设计"进行研究是很有必要的。     

商业诽谤犯罪中网络服务提供者行为的技术与法律分析

在本案中,刑法及其司法解释完全从商业诽谤犯罪实行行为的角度进行解释,没有重视网络信息服务提供者的行为特点,实际上导致难以根据刑法以及司法解释分析网络服务提供者在网络商业诽谤违法犯罪中的责任。在商业诽谤刑事案件中,网络服务提供者不仅有义务向侦查机关提供有关资料,而且由于其在信息监管责任缺位,必须对其设置责任追究的机制,从而推动其履行商业诽谤信息审查义务。     

Is compulsive internet use related to sensitivity to reward and punishment,and impulsivity?

Aim of the present study was to examine whether the personality correlates sensitivity to reward and to punishment, and impulsivity predict compulsive internet use (CIU). Furthermore, the predictive value of these personality correlates was compared to the predictive value of factors relating to psychosocial wellbeing. The results showed that particularly rash spontaneous impulsivity predicts CIU and that this personality factor is more important than psychosocial wellbeing factors. Sensitivity to reward, which is supposed to play a role in craving processes associated with substance abuse and eating disorders, could not be related to CIU. The data suggest that internet users who are characterized by an impulsive personality feature, are less able to control their use of the internet, which makes them more vulnerable to develop CIU.
