在阐述客户服务意义的基础上，提出对中国石化成品油销售企业客户服务体系建设的建议，即建立以客户为尊的服务理念；建设特色企业文化；完善员工服务体系；注重细节，提高服务质量；整合现有客户体系资源，拓展服务功能。     

降低成品油二次物流运输成本的思考

介绍了传统成品油进货和管理模式存在的诸如成品油物流以行政区划、中问环节多、信息化程度不高、运输路线未优化造成物流成本提高等问题。提出要降低成品油二次物流运输成本，当务之急是加强成品油物流的信息化建设；调整管理模式，打破行政区域界限，开展经济辐射半径内的库站物流配送；引进竞争机制，打破运输垄断，一、二次物流结合，大、小车型搭配，提高运营效率；做好运杂费全面预算、核算及运行费用的过程控制。     

加油站油品防盗的措施

为防止加油站油品被盗，应采取加强夜间值班管理、加强油品的计量管理和加强安全管理的高科技建设三项措施。     

Operational aspects of adsorption air‐conditioner used in diesel locomotive

A locomotive cabin adsorption air‐conditioner has been equipped in #DF4B‐2369 locomotive; and has been successfully run for 2 years. It is powered by waste heat from the exhaust of the diesel engine. The influence on heat transfer is described by the equivalent heat transfer coefficient or thermal resistance of components inside the adsorber. The variation of adsorption capacity is expressed by a non‐equilibrium adsorption function. The dynamic heat transfer process of adsorption air‐conditioning system is treated with the lumped parameter method. Some typical running experimental results are present. The diesel engine rotating speed and locomotive speed influenced on the refrigeration system are discussed. The maximum mean refrigeration power is regarded as an objective function. Based on experiments and theoretical analysis, the running characteristics of the air‐conditioning system are optimized. Some techniques of performance improvement are suggested as well. Performance of thermostatic and electronic valves controlling the compressor capacity

The performance of the energy consumption of an electronic valve and a classical thermostatic valve has been compared when these expansion valves are adopted in a vapour compression plant subjected to a cold store. The main aim is to verify experimentally which type of expansion valve would be preferable from energy point of view when a classical thermostat or a fuzzy logic algorithm are used as the control system for the refrigeration capacity. The fuzzy logic‐based control is able to modulate continuously the compressor speed through an inverter. The results show that with a fuzzy algorithm, the thermostatic expansion valve allows an energy saving of about 8% in comparison with the electronic valve. When on–off control is used, the electric energy consumption obtained both with the electronic valve and with the thermostatic valve is comparable. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

应用人工神经网络处理部分广东地区煤质分析数据,建立网络模型,预测出煤的发热量,经实测值与预测值比较,在一定的煤种范围内预测值与实测值比较接近。     

基于击键动力学和口令的双因素用户验证

提出基于击键动力学和口令的一种新的身份验证方法，该方法监视用户在输入口令时的用户击键特征的有关数据，通过采用监视键盘输入时一种新的三键持续时间的击键特征表示，用一种表示用户节奏的相对击键速度的距离衡量方式，在正常样本上建立用户模式，然后用新样本与用户模式的距离匹配情况来验证用户身份的合法性。实验表明该方法简单实用，识别效率高。     

国产风机盘管空调系统常见问题分析

分析了国产风机盘管使用中常见的问题,指出机组因风量不足、冷量风量匹配不合理以及风机盘管某些设备故障,导致了风机盘管精度低、舒适性差、能耗高等一系列问题。指出应引起空调设计和运行维护人员的注意。
