HRB400月牙型螺纹钢筋试制

本文详细介绍了包钢采用平炉冶炼工艺试制HRB400钢筋的生产过程和检验结果，对试制中出现的问题提出了改进措施，并初步研究了稀土对HRB400钢筋质量与性能的影响。结果表明，采用平炉冶炼工艺可生产出符合GBl499—1988的HRB400钢筋。本次试验研究尚未看出稀土对HRB400钢筋的质量与性能产生明显影响。     

稀土元素钇对低膨胀合金GH909组织和性能的影响

研究了稀土元素钇对低膨胀合金GH909组织和性能的影响.结果表明,加入适量的钇可改善合金的塑性和持久性能,提高合金600℃下的抗氧化性能;但是,对合金热膨胀系数的影响不明显.扫描电镜和能谱分析证明,随着钇含量的增加,合金中的晶界析出相增多,且有细化和球化的倾向,同时出现富钇相.抗氧化试验结果表明,含钇合金的氧化膜在合金上的附着力很强,氧化皮很少剥落,这有利于提高合金的抗氧化性能.不过,钇含量超过0.019%时,对合金的抗氧化性能和持久性能有不利影响.     

四川省稀土产业考察报告

2003年9月11日-22日，中国稀土学会理事长毕群、名誉理事长周传典一行11人对四川省稀土产业进行了较为深入的考察。考察期间先后会见了四川省副省长王怀臣、成都市市长葛红林、四川省计委副主任朱以庄、产业发展处处长兼稀土办主任龙其云、五通桥区副区长陈友波、乐山市计委副主任     

铒氨基酸固态配合物的光声光谱研究

合成了Er(Gly)3Cl3·3H2O、Er(Ala)3Cl3·3H2O和Er(Gly)3Phen·3H2O二元及三元固态配合物微晶粉末,在300nm～800nm范围内测定并解释了其光声光谱。通过对光声相对强度计算得到铒氨基酸固态配合物的光声支量,讨论了氨基酸配体对中心稀土离子铒f-f跃迁的微扰作用。结合Er(Ala)3Cl3·3H2O配合物的光声光谱和吸收光谱研究了其荧光性质及弛豫模型。     

CO毒化AB5型合金分形特征研究

研究了三种贮氢合金 L a Ni5、L a Ni4 .7Al0 .3、Ml Ni4 .5Al0 .5被 10 0× 10 - 6 CO毒化后的分形特征 ,求出这三种合金在含 10 0× 10 - 6 CO的氢中循环 ,分维分别为 0 .2 5 4 7、0 .170 9、0 .0 72 5。可以较好的解释合金被毒化的宏观现象。     

Nanoscale Hybrid Langmuir－Blodgett Films Based on Cerium－Substituted Heteropolymolybdate and Polyquinoline

Nanoscale hybrid organic/inorganic Langmuir-Blodgett films of cerium-substituted heteropolymolybdates (CeHPMo) and π-conjugated macromolecule poly(1,2-dihydro-2,2,4-trimethyl) quinoline (PQ) were obtained with auxiliary film-forming material stearic acid(SA) or octadecylamine(ODA). The surface pressure-area isotherms illuminate the formation of the hybrid LB films of PQ/ODA/Ce-HPMo and PQ/SA/Ce-HPMo. The different film-forming mechanism was discussed when the different auxiliary film-forming materials were used in the system. The absorption spectra indicate that the molecules of PQ and Ce-HPMo are incorporated into the LB films. Tapping-mode AFM image reveals a granular surface texture of nanosized Ce-substituted heteropolymolybdate. STM image shows that the conductivity is greatly improved after Ce-substituted heteropolymolybdates are incorporated in the films.     

RE2(CoFe)17-xTix型合金的结构和磁性(RE=Nd,La)

用电子探针(EPMA)、 X射线衍射仪和20 T脉冲强磁场测试仪研究了RE2(CoFe)17-xTix(RE=Nd, La)的结构与磁性. 结果表明, Nd2Co17-xTix 经过1050 ℃×15 h均匀化处理, 在x=1时, Nd2Co17型化合物变成Nd(CoTi)12和Nd2(CoTi)7型化合物, 而呈现出单轴各向异性. 此时合金的饱和磁化强度为0.7 T, 各向异性场为2250.3 kA*m-1. 对La-Co-Fe-Ti 2∶17型合金的磁特性进行了研究. 随着铁含量的增加, 合金的饱和磁化强度明显增加, 但也明显地降低了各向异性场.     

Effect of Rare Earth Elements on Thermal Fatigue Property of Low Chromium Semi-Steel

The effect of rare earth elements on eutectic carbide‘s morphology of low chromium semi-steel in as-cast state and after heat treatment was investigated, and accordingly, the thermal fatigue property of this material was studied. The results show that RE can improve the eutectic carbide‘s morphology, inhibit the formation and propagation of thermal fatigue cracks, therefore, promote the thermal fatigue property, which is more noticeable in case of the RE modification in combination with heat treatment. The optimal thermal fatigue property can be obtained when treated with 0.2% RE modification as well as normalization at 950℃ for 3h.
