HDA-1特种不锈钢焊条的研制及应用

以不锈钢焊丝作焊芯，通过药皮过渡某些合金，用常规方法制造一种特殊焊条。焊层金属为铁素体 奥氏体双相组织，具有良好的抗裂性和抗高温(900—1200℃)氧化性能，特别耐含S气氛的高温氧化。经用户在镁还原罐上两年多的使用，获得了理想的效果。     

Hydrogen Absorption and Release Behavior in Hydrogen Decrepitation Process of Nd-Fe-B Alloys

The behavior of hydrogen absorption and release in hydrogen decrepitation (HD) process of Nd-Fe-B alloys were investigated. The results reveal that the reactivity and the amount of hydrogen absorption in HD process are related to the surface activity of the alloy so that the fresh and active surface has a higher efficiency. The presence of Nd-rich phase at the grain boundary is an essential factor of the HD activity of the alloy at room temperature. On degassing, hydrogen is released from the HD powder continuously with increasing temperature. And the residual hydrogen is as low as 0.0015% at 1073K, which shows that the hydrogen is almost exhaused. It is feasible to remove the hydrogen from the HD powder by heating treatment at the temperature of 523-723K for 1h prior to the magnetic field forming in order to decrease the harmful effect of hydrogen on the easy axis alignment of HD magnet.

由中国疾病控制中心辐射防护和核安全医学研究所(原卫生部工卫所)及协作单位包钢白云鄂博矿职工医院共同完成的“呼吸道吸入天然钍(ThO2)和稀土矿尘联合作用的研究”项目，获2003年度北京市科学技术奖二等奖。     

稀土Pr对Al2O3-SiO2(Sf)/ZL109复合材料组织及性能的影响

本文采用挤压浸渗法 ,制得不同稀土含量的硅酸铝短纤维增强铝基复合材料。用光学显微镜观察了复合材料的铸造显微组织 ,分析了稀土含量对共晶硅组织形态的影响 ;用扫描电镜对复合材料基体中的稀土相进行了观察 ,探索了稀土相的分布位置及其形态 ;并对不同稀土含量的复合材料进行了摩擦磨损实验 ,结果表明稀土能增强复合材料的耐磨性     

退火损伤对Er注入GaAs和Yb注入InP发光的影响

本文报道了CaAs∶Er、InP∶Yb发光样品的二次离子质谱、X-射线双晶衍射测量结果及其与Er离子的表面成份的关系.分析讨论了退火损伤对GaAs∶Er和InP∶Yb发光的影响以及Er~(3+)复合体发光中心模型.     

用φ20mm离心萃取器两步法制取高纯钇

本文研究了中钇富镧稀土的氧化物溶液在环烷酸中的萃取行为，测定了镧钇组成、温度变化与分离系数的关系；在Ｐ＿（５０７）体系中研究了ｐＨ值与分配比的关系；提出用环烷酸、Ｐ＿（５０７）两种萃取剂制备高纯钇的工艺流程。用８４台φ２０ｍｍ离心萃取器进行了一个月的台架试验，结果证明两种萃取剂有很好的互补性，在满足钇的纯度要求下有较高收率。离心萃取器具有易分相、体系存留量少、液流密闭性好等优点，它更适宜于粘度大、级数多、产品纯度要求高的体系。     

杂多配合物的催化性能研究 (Ⅰ)K_(19)[Ln(α_2—P_2MO_(16)VO_(61))_2]·nH_2O型杂多酸盐的合成与表征

本文首次报道通式为K_(19)〔Ln(α_2—P_2Mo_(16)VO_(61))_2〕·nH_2O的四元杂多酸盐的合成条件、结构及基本物理化学性质研究的有关内容。用元素分析、电导测定及离子交换实验、红外、紫外及热分析鉴定了这些配合物,从而推测配体P_2Mo_(16)VO_(61)-为α_2—型Dawson结构,当配体与稀土离子Ln~(3+)形成配合物后,Ln~(3+)与配体空穴外沿的桥氧进行配位,形成配位数为8、结构与K_(16)[Cc(IV)(α_2—P_2W_(17)O_(61))_2]·50H_2O相似的四方反棱柱型配合物。
