The effect of particle size of silica, as catalyst binder, on the chemical and mechanical properties of iron based FT catalyst was studied in this work. The samples were characterized using XRD, BET, TEM, FT-IR, and H2-TPR, respectively. The attrition resistance and the FT activity were tested. Si-8–Si-15 catalysts prepared with 8–15 nm silica sol show good attrition resistance(attrition loss b 4%), especially Si-13 with an attrition loss of 1.89%. Hematite appeared in XRD patterns when silica sol above 15 nm is used. TEM micrographs show that no obvious Si O_2 particles appear when silica sol particle with size less than 8 nm was used, but Si O_2 particles coated with small ferrihydrite particles appear when silica sol above 8 nm was used. Si–O–Si vibration peak in FT-IR spectra increases with increasing silica sol size. Samples prepared with silica sol show good stability of FT reactions, and the average molecular weight of FT products increases with the increase of Si O_2 particle. 相似文献

以植被覆盖度较大的山东省兰陵县凤凰山铁矿区为例,选取覆盖该区的ASTER数据作为遥感数据源,首先进行了几何精纠正、大气校正和水体、阴影等干扰去除;然后在充分了解岩石波谱特征和ASTER数据波段特征的基础上选择了提取矿物蚀变信息的最优波段组合,采用主成分分析(Principal component analysis,PCA)法对研究区的铁染蚀变和羟基蚀变信息进行了提取,并对蚀变异常强度进行了标准化等级划分;最后通过分析蚀变信息与已知矿床的关系圈定了遥感异常区,并在矿化蚀变较强的地段选取8处铁染蚀变异常点和6处羟基蚀变异常点,通过布设踏勘路线进行了采样和验证。结果表明:从ASTER数据中提取的铁染和羟基蚀变信息的分布与实际情况吻合较好,其高值区分别对应着铁矿化和高岭土化强烈的地区,验证精度分别达到87.5%、83.3%。可见,在植被覆盖度较大的地区,ASTER数据的短波红外波段内仍包含丰富的矿物蚀变信息,可为地质找矿提供重要依据。 相似文献

This study investigated the possibility of fortifying iron microcapsule powder into milk and the effects of the fortification on the physicochemical and sensory properties of the products during storage. The iron microcapsules were prepared by the water‐in‐oil‐in‐water (W/O/W) emulsion technique. Fortifying the lower concentrations (0.1–0.3%, w/v) of iron microcapsules into the milk samples did not significantly change thiobarbituric acid values. The L‐values for the milk samples were not significantly influenced by fortifying iron microcapsules (0.1–0.7%, w/v). The overall acceptability scores were not affected when the lowest concentration of iron microcapsules (0.1%, w/v) was fortified into the milk. 相似文献

This article presents an approach based on Taguchi method and Grey relational analysis to optimize process parameters of friction welding of UNS31803 duplex stainless steel. The main objective is to maximize mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and impact toughness and to minimize corrosion rate. Heating pressure, heating time, upsetting pressure and upsetting time were the four process parameters taken each at three levels. According to Taguchi quality design concept, an L9 orthogonal array was selected for experiments. The best combination of process parameters was found by both Taguchi method and Grey relational analysis. The influence of the process parameters on overall quality characteristics of the friction welding process was evaluated by the analysis of variance (ANOVA) method. The confirmation test results with optimal parameters confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed method in this study. Later, comparison was done between Taguchi method and Grey relational analysis on the basis of improvement in multiresponse signal to noise (S/N) ratio over initial process parameters. Grey relational analysis was proved to be a better technique than Taguchi method for optimization of multiple responses. 相似文献

Nowadays aluminum alloys substitute copper in various applications for weight reduction and cost savings. This paper presents fuzzy-grey Taguchi technique for optimization of friction stir welding condition with seven weld quality attributes of dissimilar Al/Cu joints with the minimum number of experiments for effective productivity and product quality. Taguchi's L16 orthogonal array was used to conduct the experiments. Fuzzy inference system was adapted to convert the multi quality characteristics into an equivalent single quality parameter which was optimized by Taguchi approach. Four parameters namely, rotational speed of the tool, welding speed, plunging depth and tool pin offset were varied in four levels for investigating the effects on the process output like tensile strength, compressive strength, percentage of elongation, bending angle, weld bead thickness and average hardness at the nugget zone. The hardness profile is consistent with the variation of the structure within the nugget zone (NZ). Confirmation experiment was conducted using predicted optimum parameter setting and it showed that the proposed approach could efficiently optimize weld quality parameters. The microstructural analyses were also performed for all the zones of the joints at both Al and Cu sides. It revealed the finer grain size at the NZ compared to the base material due to dynamic recrystallization. 相似文献

针对滚动轴承故障诊断方法存在的问题, 将自回归(AR)模型和灰色理论应用到滚动轴承的故障诊断中,建立了灰色时序组合模型.该方法先把轴承振动信号分解成不同特征时间尺度的固有模态函数,从而把非平稳信号处理转化为平稳信号处理问题,然后选取表征轴承故障的IMF分量,通过灰色GM(1,1)模型模拟数据宏观变化趋势,并用时序AR(p)模型建立了残差序列以模拟数据微观变化趋势.通过对实测数据进行检验与比较,证明该组合模型具有很好的分析效果. 相似文献

The tribological properties of patterned surfaces were investigated under lubricated conditions. Micropatterns were fabricated
on a Si surface using a combination of photolithography and plasma etching. NiFe film with a 150 nm thickness was then deposited
on the patterned Si surface. We prepared four kinds of patterned surfaces: dimple, grating, bump, and mesh patterns. The dimensions
of the patterns were: size 30–40 μm, pitch 120 μm, and depth 10–12 μm. Friction tests were carried out using a pin-on-plate
tribometer. The pin specimen was made of cast iron and had a flat end. The normal load was varied from 9.8 to 98 mN, and the
average sliding speed from 1.0 to 5.0 mm s−1. Slideway lubricating oils or a gear oil were used as the lubricant, and the ISO viscosity grades of these oils were VG32,
VG68, and VG320. The results showed that the friction coefficients of the two reverse patterns showed very similar tendencies
and that circular patterns had a lower friction coefficient than did the rectangular patterns at a high bearing characteristic
number. The surface geometry of the Si surface did not affect the friction coefficients at a low bearing characteristic number. 相似文献
