热处理对Ti-25V-15Cr-2Al-2Mo-0.2C合金组织稳定性的影响

研究了热处理对Ti-25V-15Cr-2A1-2Mo-0.2C阻燃β钛合金组织稳定性的影响。结果表明，高温固溶并直接时效处理导致合金β基体上析出较多的α相沉淀，尤其在随后的热暴露组织中形成了恶化合金塑性的连续晶界α膜。然而，若在时效前再进行一次低温固溶处理则可明显减少α相的析出数量，合金的热稳定性因此而得到显著改善。     

SD2300在新型TMS320F28x DSP实时监测系统中的应用

SD2300是兴威帆电子公司生产的一种新型高精度实时时钟芯片。TMS320F2812是TI公司最新推出的DSP芯片，该芯片广泛地运用于测控和控制场合。文中给出了基于SD2300和TMS320F2812的时钟输入、低功耗“软件时间锁”的硬件和软件设计方法。     

Exchange and oxidation of CO on O-predosed Rh---Al2O3 and Rh---CeO2 catalysts

Exchange and oxidation of C¹⁶O were investigated at 450°C on ¹⁸O-predosed Rh and Pt catalysts supported on A1₂O₃, CeO₂ and CeO₂-Al₂O₃. In all cases, a rapid exchange of C¹⁶O with the surface can be observed. CO oxidation leads to C¹⁶O₂, C¹⁶O¹⁸O and C¹⁸O₂. Significant formation of C¹⁶O₂ is due to the relatively high ¹⁶O coverage in reaction resulting from the C¹⁶O exchange and from an exchange between O surface species and ¹⁶O internal atoms. Hydrogen is also formed via a water-gas shift reaction (CO + surface OH) in higher proportion on CeO₂-containing catalysts than on A1₂O₃. Chlorine inhibits all the reactions (exchange, oxidation and WGS) and particularly the internal exchange.     

温和条件下碳氢单键直接官能团化的新方法

介绍了近年来国内外在温和条件下碳氢单键直接官能团化反应的最新进展。官能团化反应的特点是，在常温常压和紫外光促进下，用过渡金属配合物催化碳氢单链活化，使烷烃、芳烃等烃类的碳氢单键直接官能团化，从而达到直接利用各种烷烃及芳烃作为化工原料合成有机化工产品的目的。通过紫外光催化可以使反应在常温常压下进行，能克服传统工艺能耗高、选择性差的缺陷。经不断深入研究，该反应可望在２１世纪成为环境友好的有机合成工艺。     

A Neural Network Model of Caenorhabditis Elegans: The Circuit of Touch Sensitivity

The paper presents a neural network model of the touch sensitivity circuit of the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans. We describe a serie of simulations in which neural networks are trained, using a genetic algorithm, to reproduce the habituation of the nematode's touch sensitive behavior. A lesion study of the network allows to make a direct comparison between the fine functioning of the model and the data collected in real organisms. The model accords well with the known neurobiological data and it suggests some hypotheses about the functioning of the neural circuit and of single neurons.

首先简单叙述了Ｃ３Ｉ系统在军事上的应用，然后针对我国各类大中型城市的交通现状及特点，涉及到城市交通管理、道路管理、车辆管理和城市交通管理指挥中心站、区域指挥站及各交叉路口控制站，提出将Ｃ３Ｉ系统体系结构运用到民用城市交通管理中去的构想。     

THE FRACTURE MECHANISM OF 475°C EMBRITTLEMENT IN A DUPLEX STAINLESS STEEL

The mechanism of “475°C embrittlement” of a duplex stainless steel was investigated using finite element modelling of the stress distribution at brittle fracture initiation. Brittle fracture initiated at a critical shear stress, which increased with ferrite hardness. The fracture stress was affected by the duplex microstructure. Fracture was nucleated by deformation twins, which were identified using electron back-scatter diffraction. The ductile-to-brittle fracture transition was sensitive to age-hardening and could be described simply by the effect of age-hardening and test temperature on the yield stress.
