Incoloy 800H合金的应用和性能分析

通过对耐热耐蚀合金Incoloy 80 0H的性能分析 ,指出它与普通奥氏体不锈钢相比具有较优的抗氧化性能、耐蚀性和高温蠕变强度。针对催化裂化装置同轴式沉降再生器内部所用Incoloy 80 0H焊件易出现裂纹的问题进行分析 ,认为在施焊过程中由于合金凝固时有低熔点金属或化合物的液态膜残留在晶界区 ,该合金具有高的焊接热裂纹敏感性 ,若焊材选择不当 ,焊丝填充不充分、缺少保护气等将导致晶间裂纹产生。提出了该合金采用TIG焊接防止热裂纹产生的措施。     

锅炉对流管爆裂原因分析

采用化学分析、金相检验及力学性能测定等方法，对锅炉对流管爆裂原因进行了分析。结果表明，长期超温运行而引起的蠕变是导致爆裂的主要原因。     

Comparison of inward and outward grown Pt modified aluminide diffusion coatings on a Ni based single crystal superalloy

Two commercial Pt modified aluminide coatings (RT22 and MDC150L) on the same single crystal Ni-based superalloy (CMSX-4) were studied by: scanning electron microscopy; transmission electron microscopy; energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry; and gravimetry. The RT22 coating is an inward grown coating (high activity), while MDC150L is produced by outward growth (low activity). Samples were oxidised in still laboratory air at 1050 °C for various times up to 2000 h. It was found that the outward grown coating produced a slower growing oxide that was more spallation resistant. Several possible reasons for this were identified including: coating purity; coating surface topography; and ductile to brittle transition temperature. The microstructural differences between the two coatings in the as-coated condition were investigated and the development of their microstructure during heat treatment was described. A model for coating growth during heat treatment was proposed.     

三元复合驱注入剖面测井初探

三元复合驱技术是在聚合物驱油技术基础上开展的进一步提高原油采收率的高科技手段，三元混合液在注入水中加入了一定量的聚合物，碱和表面活性剂，可以提高驱油效率，扩大波及体积，其注入液的主要特点是具有非牛顿性及强腐蚀性，据此设计了一套注入剖面测井仪，且仪器和电缆的选用须适应这两个特点，选用磁性定位器，井温仪，压力仪，电磁流量计多参数组合测井可以较好地解释三元复合驱注入剖面的测井问题，多参数组合测井综合解释可以提供更多，更好的资料和信息，现场试验证明了其仪器及技术方案的可行性，对今后将会出现的分层配注井也提出了测井方案。     

高纯硼烷中杂质的低温气相色谱分析

用低温色谱法解决硼烷的分解问题，使硼烷中氢的分析成为可能，该法又能消除硼烷和四硼烷（B4H10)对氧、氮和甲烷峰测定的干扰，此方法的建立使硼烷的标准制定成为可能。     

应用德国PAR88挤出机生产PVC异型材的工艺研究

从控制PVC异型材挤出机的工艺参数的角度，分析并论述了挤出机工艺参数对PVC异型材低温落锤性能的影响。     

莱钢中小型连轧生产线技术装备状况及改进

介绍了莱钢引进的具有 90年代国际先进水平的中小型型钢连轧生产线的工艺、设备特点及主要技术参数 ,以及对原机械设备、电气及工艺备件的改进和新产品开发情况 ,均取得良好效果。     

喷射轧制Fe-4.5%Si硅钢片的组织和性能

采用喷射成形和轧制工艺制备了厚度为0.5mm的Fe-4.5%Si高硅钢片，并对其密度、显微组织和电磁性能进行了测试分析，研究结果表明：在最佳的喷射成形和轧制工艺条件下，所制备硅钢片的磁感应强度B25为1.544T、B50为1.641T；铁损P1050为1.437W/kg、P1550为3.43W/kg，说明喷射成形轧制技术可以制备出高磁感应强度、低铁损的高硅钢片。     

Measurement of Thermal Diffusivity at Low Temperatures Using an Optical Reflectivity Technique

An experimental arrangement has been developed for measuring the transient temperature responses and the thermal diffusivities of foil materials in the range of 10 to 300K by using the optical reflectivity technique. The cryogenic system with optical windows is designed to provide temperatures from 10 to 300 K. The front surface of a foil specimen is heated by a pulsed Nd:YAG laser. In situ measurement of the reflectivity of a continuous-wave He–Ne laser at the rear surface is conducted on the microsecond time scale. Using the temperature dependence of reflectivity, the transient temperature response is deduced. The thermal diffusivity is obtained by fitting Parker's formulae to the experimental data on temperature rise. Stainless-steel foils are chosen as samples and are studied in the region from 10 to 300 K. The accuracy is examined by comparing the present results with the theoretical temperature responses and thermal diffusivity data from the literature. Good agreement is observed.     

钢筋混凝土圆形水池裂缝分析与处理

本文针对某钢筋混凝土圆形水池在使用过程中出现的裂缝进行计算和分析，讨论了温度对水池的影响，特别是考虑储水区与非储水区存在温差的条件对水池池壁裂缝的影响，并提出处理方案。
